Won’t recommend this place. Went there for simply winter tire change and alignment. The mechanics so unprofessional that they put the tires in wrong direction. Also, the owner is inspecting the car at the end and he doesn’t notice his mistake. Very unprofessional. What they care about is money!
It’s a good thing, that when i went to another mechanic for a checkup, they did show me how the tires were put in a wrong direction which would have not been working in snow.

I replaced struts and my alignment was a mess. Made 1 call (message) to Dynamic Auto Center ltd and I was in the very next day and out in like 30 min. Sofar after an 80km drive on highway it's smooth as silk. TY DAC!

Very impressive work done on alignments and servicing for vehicles. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs alignments or any other type of service done on their vehicle.

Extremely Disappointed with Unpunctuality at Dynamic auto repair

I am extremely disappointed with the level of unpunctuality exhibited by Mr Haris the Technician My recent experience with their services has left me frustrated and inconvenienced.
Upon scheduling an appointment for a simple repair, I was assured that the work would be completed within a specific timeframe. However, the shop failed to deliver on their promises, and my vehicle ended up being in their possession for much longer than anticipated.
Not only did the delay disrupt my daily routine, but it also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had to adjust my plans and rely on alternate transportation options, which were both time-consuming and costly.
Furthermore, the lack of communication from the staff regarding the reasons for the delay was disheartening. I had to constantly follow up with them to get updates on the progress, and even then, the information provided was vague and unhelpful.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking at Dynamic auto centre Ltd. Unpunctuality is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.

I booked an appointment with them and when I went to my appointment I had to wait for hours while he was working on someone else’s car and he didn’t even apologize, and he was very rude and after I left I was frustrated.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I noticed a lack of professionalism in the way the staff handled customer inquiries. They seemed disinterested and dismissive, making me feel like I was just another inconvenience to them.
Furthermore, the repair work on my vehicle was subpar and did not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable auto repair shop. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue properly, but they also created additional problems that were not present before.

He is Moody and very rude person and bad service never had people like him rude and not on time not answer the phone I took 4 days on my time and not did anything unfortunately

Always positive experience to service and inspect the fleet in this Facility, Aris and Roma do top quality work

I went into and spoked with Aris. He was very helpful and so amazing, he helped me his service was amazing. I would recommend this auto centre to everyone if they need help with their car.
