I have been coming for 6 months now and the gym has everything you can ask for plus the people that work there are amazing! I lost my AirPods case a few days ago and they found it for me:)

Great gym, with very well maintained equipment, a good area for weights and dumbbells, lots of bikes, great area for cardio.

By reading the replies from the owner，I can tell ur a crazy human being. I wonder why you are so desperate for proving what ur clients say is wrong.

Gym has everything you need to get a good pump on, convenient location and the staff is great.

Did a drop in here today, met 4 staff and the owner, everyone one of them made me feel as though I was there every day. Great equipment, clean and great environment.

Dynamic is an immaculate gym. I love to workout here everyone seems and is motivated to workout and to see results which pushes me to become better. The studio room is my favourite for meditating after the gym. If you haven’t check them out start today cause it’s a must all equipment accessible from machines to heavy lifting weights. Staff members are super kind and welcoming. Great community gym

2nd MAJOR RED FLAG: There’s a common negative factor among the reviews about Dynamic Fitness, and that’s Jeff. Just read all his years worth of snarky responses to honest, poor reviews.

You might join this gym because of all the positive reviews, but then one day the staff will give you a pretty nasty experience, and when you complain, expect the owner to disrespect you harder for it while boasting his decades of success because he must have been doing something right for this place to still be open. Oh right, the location.

Don’t let the location fool you into believing this is a great place to commit to. In summary - relating to the many negative reviews- owners Jeff and Allison are very negative, manipulative, and degrading. After all, they are better than you.

Excellent Customer Service. Privately owned. Équipement is great and there's even à sauna at à great price.

Loved it! All equipment you could ever need, very clean, and a large women's only section. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Highly recommend:)

I love this gym! Such a great community! I am so glad we have this gym in New Westminster. I have enjoyed my experience here so far and I look forward to making progress in my health and fitness journey!

First of all, i miss this gym so much! Lol. We just moved here in Vancouver and unfortunately had to cancel my membership. I just want to say that this gym was a big help when I decided to lose weight and live healthier/actively. The staff here was very helpful and was insightful when I was starting out and was clueless at what I was going to do. Also, the owner Jeff was so easy to talk to right when I was signing up, up until when I was cancelling my membership. The location is so convenient as well! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a membership. All the best to Dynamic!

Working out for 2,5 years at Dynamic Fitness. I appreciate the equipment cleaning process, as well as the variaty of machines available, also the fact there is a lady's section to exercise with a separated and isolated bathroom on it, guareenting lady's privacy at clothing change and personal hygiene needs. Most muscle section and aerobic machinery are new with good technology and instructions. All of it is at a reasonable price, especially after 2 years membership with 10 dollars discount and in addition of a convenient location.

Been to this gym for many years and it’s always made me comfortable and confident while working out. Lots of machines and room to work out. Very clean. As well as great staff!

This is the best gym so far. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Super clean. Nice people. Jelaina (my personal trainer) is absolutely phenomenal. The way she boosts me with confidence and positivity. Always making me realise of my capabilities, my strengths. Always pushing me to do more. Jelaina, you’re amazing and I am so glad I got you as my trainer. Looking forward to more fun and powerful sessions with you.

Just joined this gym and could not be happier. Love the location, the selection of equipment, the music, the atmosphere and the other members of this gym. All the staff I've met so far have been great too. Price point is awesome for all you get. The hours could be better but overall this is a great gym to belong to. If your looking for a gym in New West, this is the best one in town. I looked at several others in our community and I'm very happy I went with this gym.

Decent gym, but some of the employees are super unprofessional on a regular basis. The owner and the older gentleman have interrupted my workout at least once a week with issues that are not of my own. They interrupt my workouts to talk and ask questions about a friends membership? Why are you bothering people about other peoples membership? Renewing the membership was also a hassle, the owner seemed to not know prices, gave me a set price and right before I paid he increased the price by $40 with no explanation, when I asked he said he got the price wrong at first. Water fountain hasn't been working for months now "because of covid" yet every other gym you go to, they are all working. And if you try to buy a water bottle they do not accept card. Gym is 5/10, Customer service 1/10. Some suggestions for improvements:

1. Dont bother a member during a workout to ask about someone else's membership. Super unprofessional and even illegal if personal information is shared, which it was.

2. Be more clear with pricing, maybe have the prices stated on a paper? And not come up with pricing on the spot

3. Fix the water fountain, it makes no sense for it to not be working, people can use the same weights but can't press the same button to have water?

I’m sure this is a nice place to workout as I have not been here before, but I called just to see if they had drop in and the lady who answered the phone was rude. She questioned me with an attitude like I made no sense for wanting to drop in. Then tried to pitch a membership to me when I’ve never been there before, so I politely said I’m not interested and hung up. For future reference it’s normal for people to want to drop in at a gym and if someone inquires about a drop in you don’t have to have so much attitude, especially if you want them to sign up they won’t want to after an unpleasant experience.

This gym is dynamic and unique in its own way. All the team members are professional especially Jeff who guided me to join the gym and provided great service in the email. Larrisa at front desk is an awesome person who gave me great advice to faciliate sauna for my injury. The gym is always clean and has also a great women space to fulfil your fitness goals. Cheers to all the hardworking members and keep it up with organized environment in the gym.

From the online photos I expected a more cardio-focused gym, but that's definitely not the case. This is a facility where you can not only do your cardio and HIIT but also have a decent strength-training workout.
The set of machines and free weights is well thought and balanced. The space is clean.
In my first visit, I talked to Jelaina who was super friendly and helpful. This is an ethical place with transparent rules and they will really try to accommodate your needs.
Kudos to Dynamic Health and Fitness team.
