They are so kind and professional, after calling the owner responded so quickly and fix my appoinment politly. Had amazing experience with match communications.

Came in late just before they closed shop to get my hitch mounted, and they were able to mount my hitch in about 10 minutes. Charged only $60, whereas Rackattack quoted $300 and Burnaby Hitch quoted at least $110

Called the shop and the owner told me to just bring my car in to figure out why my trailer connection wasn't working. I had taken it to Burnaby Hitch and Rack Attack and neither of them fixed it properly. When I got there the owner dropped what he was doing, looked in a couple of places and figured out that it was a blown fuse. Took him about 3 minutes, he popped in a new fuse, showed me it was working, and then walked off saying "No charge! " I will be recommending E & H from now on, what incredible service.

Martin was friendly & professional. He did the job exactly as quoted and faster than expected. Highly recommend. He added a front hitch to my Class C RV (E-350)
