Megan is Very friendly, welcoming folks and very knowledgeable and really know how to make you feel at ease and get your teeth super clean! My teeth feel wonderful and I left there with a big smile on my face every time I visited the clinic. Highly recommended.

Staff are great, dentist is kind and caring. Taking care of me and given me advice. My other dentist would make getting a needle feel like it was the size of a pen, this place gives you numbing cream and you hardly feel it. So far they have made an experience I dread not fist clenching or palm sweating as I have been in the past. Blvery grateful.

Wonderful customer service and patient care! Never have been a big a big fan of going to the dentist but the Eagle Creek Dental team has made my recent appointments such pleasant experiences! Chelsea in reception was so patient and thorough in working with my insurance, the hygienist team all put my worries at ease by answering questions and taking time to explain procedures. Dr. Bedi was kind and efficient, taking time to provide excellent patient care while also keeping the appointment at the expected duration. I highly recommend Eagle Creek Dental Centre. They are friendly, greet me by name and can be flexible with appointment times. The location is perfect for anyone who works at Victoria General Hospital and there always seems to be a parking spot right out front.

My adult son has autism and the cleaning has been outstanding. The hygienist, Serena, has bent over backwards to make sure he is comfortable, giving him a sense of control over the experience. Highly recommend her.

The reception staff are super friendly and makes sure you feel welcomed as you come into the doors. If you need to reschedule an appointment, book an appointment, or have further evaluation everyone working there communicates very well with each other.

My registered dental hygienist is Thainara and I couldn’t say enough good stuff about her. She’s super gentle on your teeth, communicates well with Dr. Gurjot Bedi, and has great customer service skills.

I have gone to other dentist clinics before where dental hygienists were really rough when cleaning teeth. I would definitely recommend and I do recommend people to come to Eagle Creek Village Dental Centre. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff is amazing! The words efficient, accommodating, and compassionate come to mind immediately. Both Dr. Son and Dr. Bedi put one at ease immediately. I have never had a bad experience in 4 years attending here. The staff and Dentist teams are so friendly. I am a very nervous patient with medical issues. They always put me at ease. I like the staff, everyone has been amazing. Cleaning and regular checkups the team have been gentle and have a choice of music, or something on the screen to keep you busy while they work. I had to make an emergency appointment and they fit me in within a day. It was the best dentist for me. I recommend them greatly.

Staff are very professional and helpful. Dental hygienist are extremely good at treating the symptoms of plaque and tartar. Serena took the time to keep me on track to get the longest time to keep my permanent teeth.

My husband and I both go there. They are so welcoming and they work hard to accommodate you if you need a quick fix or if you are in pain.
We've had everything done there. Wisdom teeth removal, cavity fixes, regular cleanings.the works. Every time has been a great experience (well.for a dental appt ;).
They treat you with respect and communicate and they make sure to actually care for your teeth.not just fill appointments and make money.
We both switched from different dentists we were super pleased with and I am very thankful we did.

From front desk staff Maria and Lisa to the dental assistant Myrna and ending with Dr Bedi, I had great service. Was made to feel that I was able to be advised of what was required for good dental health and given several cost options.

I am not a fan of dentist or hygienist but the staff at Eagle Creek are really good at what they do. If you have worries about going to a dental firm please try this dental office they really do care.

I was very pleased to get a quick appointment for an extraction after a badly broken tooth (my regular dentist could not do it for another 3 weeks!) and excellent care. I'll be switching to Eagle Creek as it feels like a place that actually does care about their patients, and manages their practice accordingly. Dr. Bedi and his assistant were kind and got me through the extraction. I won't say I'm looking forward to going back, but I like their attitude and their service level. Saturday hours are good too) Oh, and the cost was lower than it would have been at my old dentist.

This place is awesome. Nobody wants to go to the Dentist, ever, but if you have do this has the friendliest staff, and best team going. Would very highly recommend.
