Make sure you get roof, siding, appliances etc warranties before you close on any manufactured home company you buy from we unfortunately asked for them multiple times after we paid and no one would respond so never got them the crew that delivered our home. High Five you were awesome.

Delays and excuses. No accountability or compensation offered. We held up our end of the contract while they have delayed our home delivery not 1,2, but 3 times. Have stolen what was supposed to be first celebration of birthdays and numerous holidays in our new home. They sold, sold, sold and overwhelmed the factory and then blame everything else for their greed and selfishness. These are real families lives you are dealing with!

If you are wondering which make of manufactured home to buy, choose a Moduline brand/make! I would highly recommend Eagle Homes, and Robin McLachlan as your sales rep. Two years ago I went to "the other guys" and can easily say my experience with Robin and Eagle Homes was FAR superior. Honesty goes a long way. The process was exactly how you would want it to be with Eagle; everything laid out, no surprises, even communication/questions from the people building my home in the factory to be sure I would be completely satisfied with how it was being built! Robin was always responsive, even after hours and on his day off. The completion date arrived exactly as estimated, the delivery and set up crew arrived exactly as planned.they are an amazing team! Then I got to tour my new home and was smiling ear to ear the whole time. Compared to the brand new one I bought 2 years ago from "the other guys", this home is FAR superior in workmanship, and attention to detail. Things are so solid, clean lines, finished to perfection. I was SO happy seeing how great this one looked, and SO happy I went to Robin and Eagle Homes. The rest of the staff in Kamloops are amazing too. THANK YOU ALL Team Eagle Homes! I couldn't be happier!

Eagle Homes was professional and reliable while we were going through the process of getting our modular home. We researched different companies & floor plans over a couple of years before making a decision. Robin, our salesman at Eagle Homes was with us right from the start. Eagle Homes was the best choice that we could have made! We highly recommend Eagle Homes!

Like others have stated, Eagle Homes will not acknowledge warranty issues and like to brush off any issues owners may have. We have an overly saturated lawn due to poor design combined with spring thaw that results in mud and a ruined lawn. They will not honour warranty concerns at all. They say their warranty is transparent, well yes it is, as it doesn't exist! Don't buy from Eagle Homes.

Jaime and the team at Eagle Homes are so incredibly helpful. They have some great options to look through on their lot. We worked with them coming back and forth for almost a year until we were ready to take the final plunge. Jaime specifically was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and never pushy.
