I would love to give higher stars because I LOVE doctor Ubie. Most of the receptionists are cold and no one EVER answers the phones. If your Doctor gets something wrong on your prescription and the pharmacy faxes them……you will NEVER hear back. I blame the manager for not hiring more staff and training reception staff better. Here is a tip…. If you are not warm and friendly DO NOT do reception. They have more then enough money to rectify the situation and I see MANY complaints about the situation, so they are well aware.

The old receptionist is the most reason that I had to move my family of four after almost 10 years.
I wish whoever the owner is had a look at these reviews! Almost everyone is complaining about receptionist.

Cannot get a hold of this place. They don’t have an email and they don’t answer their phones. When you do call you have to go through 2 minutes of listening to an automated message and then you will be put on hold for a very long time. It is also hard to understand the receptionists over the phone.

On top of that, the first appointment will be at least a month out and it’s only a meet and greet. It’s not the Prime Minister, no one needs or wants that. It’s a huge waste of time (and Parking money) especially when there are real medical issues to discuss.

Pointless to have to make an account before i can see there are no available appointments today. All so they can save money not answering phones.

Worst receptionists ever. The doctors really need to qualify who they hire. You have to call for 3 hours to get a hold of someone and they don’t do their job, follow up or care about any patients. The doctors get paid too much to not hire qualified people.

The people at the front desk are so rude, I couldn't get to 1 appointment with my family Dr.and the staff told me the Dr.refused to treat me as a patient anymore. Is that even legal? They didn't warn me something like that could happen and they just did it.

Rude receptionist. They canceled my booked appointment with no apology. She is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Poor patient care, no follow up, difficulty booking appointments. If you are elderly dont see Dr. Khatra

We have been going here for a long time, then our family doctor changed and now our new doctor is terrible, first one year ago my mother when there to talk about her chest problems because she could stop coughing/throwing up, that was a year ago, and then the appointment they made after a year, was a call. Second, when i went there with my mom and brother, the doctor said twice, to my mom, in front of me, that she is a bad parent and didn't even listen to her. And they also made my mom pay for something she didn't have to pay for. The doctor is unprofessional, rude and egotistical.

Incompetent receptionists, messed up my appointment, and gave out other patient’s information when I tried to correct them.

Minimum 4 weeks wait to get an appointment to see my family doctor (Dr. Manak) to review blood work results. Expect to wait an extra hour even with an appointment, and the doctor doesn’t communicate well either.

Waste of time and energy, just use an online doctor to save yourself from this junk clinic.

No communication with customers. Not user friendly web site. I lost my family doctor because they do not inform their patients about changes in their facility

The worst doctors, specially doctor Khatra. Just when you think you can’t make a sick person more ill, these doctors will prove you wrong.

The doctor is pretty nice. Definitely has the knowledge and experience and also the willingness to help. The reception/front desk is as bad as it can be. Whether it’s calling in, going in person or even booking online. Not only do they show 0 care about your case, but also speaks in a attitude that sounds like they want to prevent you come coming.

Office has devolved from a once respectable practice. Online booking system is flawed and doesn’t update with cancellations, only 1 doctor available during the week for appointments, if you’re lucky. 3 day wait for phone appointments? Read how many reviews there are about the staff at reception, it’s not a coincidence. Switching doctors today.

Dr. Khatra is very friendly, down to earth and super helpful. I wish I could say the same about this supporting staff but it's quite the opposite. I think I called 4 times to get results which were completed more than 2 weeks ago and nobody every called me back and still have not heard back. Aside from that they need to learn a thing or two about customer service because it goes a long way to smile and respond in a very kindly manner. The women who work there seem as if they hate their job because the attitude is completely the opposite of what you would expect.

This place is so poorly run it's pathetic. You can't get ahold of anyone. The phone lines are always busy no one picks up. The fact are they never answer there phones. The doctors make you wait and are late. It you need an appointment expect to wait three weeks or longer. They are over booked thats why u dont get to see a doctor. It's all about the money not about the patients. Save your time and energy and find someone else!

This place has terrible customer service for some reason:
1- The Receptionist talking very badly each receptionist tell you the diffrent information.
2- Their management is horrible.
3: make sure to ask them for confirmation of the appointment because
they are telling you it is set up, but it is not
4-some receptionists don't know how to talk to patients.

Very, very bad service with the receptionist I don't know for what reasons they don't answer the phone I had been calling since 2 days I got one of the receptionist who finally answered the phone she was very rude not professional at all even told me we are dealing with 3 doctors appointment we do not have time to answer the phone. This position is NOT a hotel receptionist job it's a medical clinic where every phones calls are important people need help or need advise that's the reason they call. If you guy can't do this job please walk away, because do not spoiled the reputation of the Doctor as they are very nice and very helpful.

You will have to wait for an hour after a booked appointment, and the doctor that was with me was Dr. Ubhi. She was very unprofessional and did not even recognize some of the pills names! It seemed like she impatient and wanted to finish before I asked questions. Never go back!

Doctors are really helpful and appreciated what they do for my family but the wait can be up to 1 hour with having an appointment

I think Dr. Kevin Gill is one of the best doctors I’ve dealt with. He is caring, thorough and very professional.

This clinic is horrendous, the receptionists are awful! I have been trying to book an appointment for 2 days now and I cannot get through to them on the phone. It keeps telling me to hold and the wait time is 5 mins. I wait and wait and then it goes to voicemail. I have left 3 voicemails and no one has called me back

1.receptionist is rude to most people, the older one, especially young people like me.
2. Even after an apt, i have waited over an hour, they always book me with another doctor, coz the doc i saw last is nt available for a week.
3. The frst doc i met here, Dr. Paul Minhas was nice bt never got a booking with him again.
4. Worst part, the last doc who saw me ordered an ultrasound coz i was having bad stomachaches for awhile, bt they never called back with my results. When i called them twice, they said the doc is unavailable. They're quite an irresponsible clinic as a whole!

My doctor here is helpful, knowledgeable and listens. The receptionist is rude, disrespectful and has no compassion. She doesn’t know or care what people’s scenarios are. When I called to book an appointment I explained my reason and she gave me a time. When I came in for what I thought would be a quick exam (in which the doctor was happy to give me the time and did not rush) she said “you took way too long and the people out here were mad, next time I’m booking you for 20 minutes. ” Maybe she should do her job and listen to the amount of time a patient might need and schedule accordingly.

My family doctor here is amazing. I feel like he's genuinely trying to understand and figure out the issues I'm experiencing. My previous family physician didn't seem to have much interest in listening to me; rather, he quickly made his own judgement before I finished explaining everything. The only problem I have with this clinic is that sometimes I have to wait like an hour, but this is the only issue. I genuinely appreciate the effort my family physician is putting on me.

I highly recommend Dr. Katie Gates. She is very sweet, caring and friendly. I’m not one to like the doctor but she makes me want to go!

Appointments are made easily and serviced in a timely fashion, in fact we have never had such short waits at any clinic in our life. Dr. Katie Gates isoutstanding. Our whole family goes there.

The attitude of the the receptionist was awful and not ethical. I have been there a few times and I have noticed that even if I have made appointments in advance and always being there on time, the receptionist (the older lady) often manipulated the sequence of the appointment and let someone she favors or someone she knows cutting in line. It turns out it took me another hour to wait and see my doctor. Please avoid this clinic.

Dr. Gurdeep Manhas is AMAZING. Straight forward, caring, kind, and results driven. All my questions were answered and handled with professional care. Highly recommend him as he's very special!

They took me in as a new client for my Family Dr G. Manhas when everywhere else was closed. He has only ever been attentive and helpful to all my concerns. Yes sometimes they are overrun busy, what drs office isn't? I also haven't experienced any rudeness from the admin. They are there to get their job done as efficiently as possible & sometimes that comes across as brusque. All in all I am happy with my experiences here!

Great experience overall. I called on a Sunday and they were were not accepting walk ins anymore. I explained that I couldn’t wait until the next day for an appt and they were able to fit me in their schedule. I waited for around 45 mins, but it was much less than I would have waited in a hospital emergency. The doctor was great.

I called at 4: 00pm on a Monday. I inquired if an appointment was necessary for the walk-in-clinic and if there was a long wait time to see a Dr. They booked me in for a 5: 00 appointment and when I arrived right at 5, I was taken into a examination room right away. Dr. Gurnam Khatra walked in within minutes afterwards.

He was professional, approachable, understanding and easy to talk. He didn’t rush me or the procedure, I found his questions to be appropriate, thorough and thoughtful for the issue at hand. I worked in healthcare for 7yrs and he was one of the nicest Dr’s I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

My first time visit about a week ago with Dr. Humraj Khatra was a great one at this clinic. He is compassionate and took his full time to listen to all my concerns without rushing me like most medical clinics. It was worth the drive from Surrey and the hours are very convenient for my work hours. Definitely a place I recommend for everyone to check out.:)

Front staff are rude and cold on the phone, often not understand why you need to speak to a doctor or need assistance. You often are not able to "HOLD" but not given the chance to say anything because they put you on HOLD anyway.plus, if you are on HOLD for too long, the phoneI automatically hangs up on you. However, my doctor is a gem, Dr. Rick Manhas is compassionate, warm, knowledgeable and never rushes you out the door. Only flaw.the examination tables in desperate need of repair. Concern of disease contamination?

I was trying to get a prescription filled through the pharmacy. I phoned the pharmacy three times, each time being told that they had faxed a request to dr. Manhas office. After waiting one week since the first fax. I had to get a emergency prescription for my phycological medication. I phoned the dr.office and was told by receptionist that they do fax in prescription and that dr Manhas, Had my three requests but had not signed them. I waited three days to hear back from them and couldn’t wait any longer. I had to go into the office because I was out of meds again. I was seen by dr. Manhas who informed me they no longer faxed in prescription. I asked if all practices were following this new procedures and he said no. I wasn’t informed in any way of this new rule. If I hadn’t gone in to figure this out, I would have ran out of meds.which can result in a hospital stay.

Coming from Vancouver Downtown the Doctor was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Guman Khatra genuinely seem interested in my concerns. He didn't rush me like I have been before in Downtown but then again I don't go all that often. One of the receptionist could be friendlier and the other one was kind. Can't stress this enough but it's really important to smile and be kind as that makes about 75% of the experience. Dr. Khatra is awesome and if you can choose to see him, ask for him.

Dr. Paul is a rockstar. It’s rare to find a doctor who will take as much time as needed to explain an injury or treatment plan. And who will still treat u like a human if you have an addiction history. This clinic has literally saved me and helped me in so many ways. Before going to this clinic I had a doctor who wasn’t very concerned about his patients. Literally wouldn’t take the 10 minutes to explain my new, lifetime back injury. A few quick words so naproxen and get out. So happy I found a good doctor. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, rude and unorganized staff. I need to book an appointment and I’ve already been on hold for over 20 minutes

I have been a patient of dr Ali for over 30 years. So grateful to have her as my doctor, she is knowledgeable, straight forward and always puts her patients first.

Absolutely awful receptionist and service. The Doctors are really great, but the reception staff are terrible and it takes forever to reach them to make an appointment.

Awful. Just awful. I'm sure the doctors are great but this receptionist needs an attitude check or a new job.

EDIT: just the one receptionist is angry but doctor is great! They're definitely overworked, and super busy so I get why the one receptionist is impatient with everything (she should still say days of the week and be more thorough with making sure patients know when their appointment is). Just glad I have a great family doctor now.

Receptionist has awful demeanour on the phone. Being busy and stressed at work are not excuses to be arrogant when talking to people. Maybe this lady needs to change jobs where it does not require people skills

Very irresponsible staff. Call you to come early and make you wait till your regular time.
Call for an appointment, nothing available, but i know the main receptionist give some families back door appointments.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ali for several years. She is so caring and thorough. I am so grateful for the wonderful care that we receive from her and her staff.

Eagleridge Medical is one of very professional medical clinics I’ve been to. They value your time and I never had to wait at the clinic after getting an appointment. This is very rare as compared to all other medical clinics I’ve been to, not just here but in other provinces too. I find this very rare and commend them for it.
The front office staff have always been courteous and accommodating. I’ve had appointments at very short notice and at times when my doctor wasn’t available, the front office staff have been helpful in getting me appointments with other available doctors at my convenience.
Dr. Gurdeep Manhas, Dr. Amritpaul Manhas and Dr. K. S. Gill are top notch. They are very cordial, don’t rush and take time listening, discussing and explaining the situation.
I have been looking for family doctor for self and family for few years and am happy to have registered here last year.

There’s also a pharmacy at the clinic and staff there are also very nice. I find it convenient picking medications at the same place.

Worst reception staff ever! I think they keep disconnecting their phone lines purposely and when they do ever answer, they leave you hanging on the line, rudely! - my most recent experience was for over 20mins and then the line was even disconnected! No follow up phone call and then again their lines were mysteriously engaged continuously - I think the clinic management should look into this. These officers are being unethical under the pretext of being too busy! Pls step us your game clinical officers.

Dr. Manhas is good. I feel like I can talk to him about anything and he listens.

The front reception staff are the worst I’ve ever encountered. I called to get my daughter in and I didn’t even get to speak. They put me on hold before they even finished speaking, TWICE! Between two phone calls I was on hold for over twenty minutes! I was in the office with my daughter before they even answered my call! And before we could even say why we were there I was told no walk-in, and turned away. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this kind of reception; it’s happened EVERY TIME I call there.

So now we wait at a hospital for hours to see a doctor; for something that is extremely urgent, but would only take a doctor five minutes to diagnose and treat appropriately. Dr. Manhas has told me in the past that if it’s an emergency just to tell the staff and they’ll fit me in; this isn’t the case as the staff won’t even talk to you.

I’m now looking for another doctor. I deserve better treatment than this and so do you. If the staff there isn’t happy or is overworked, they need to remedy that, not take out their unhappiness on the patients.

Waiting time is long, doctors come late sometimes. Always over booked and dont take registered patients emergencies.
