Team, if you are reading this review, please re-schedule my appointment in October as it’s an emergency & i am losing my hearing day by day. I’ve heard a lot about you and have high hopes from you, so in big need of the machine which you suggest and it’s a genuine request. Please understand the situation and try to fit me anywhere you can.

I am completely satisfied with Kim and her staff. She tested me for hearing aids and outfitted me with ones that I find work very well.

Got the ear plugs Molded for work one fit a bit tighter then the other but they did a good job on them. I would give 4.5/5 stars. They took around a month to get. But I would buy them again in the future. Thank you for saving my hearing at work.

I went in and had my Ears Tested by Kim! Very Professional, Easy to Understand. Made My Experience very Comfortable. I will highly recommend Kim and her Team to All of My Customers, Family, and Friends! Thanks Afain Kim! Cathy

Abbreviated, a customer beware:
Prior to a first meeting, client completed a patient data-form ‘n faxed it to a office ahead of time. On the first page of the paper was a question:
"What can we do to make your next visit more comfortable? "
Client answered: "please provide tech.data and/or comparative brand name and brand name.
During first meeting client provided extensive information about own background, line of work and activities.
-completed hearing tests and an ear canal evaluation prior to a meeting;
-visited a specialist, dr. M. M.
-spend countless hours to evaluate different hearing-aids on a market.
Client’s casual conversation was aimed at to assist to make the best decision about a hearing prosthetic according to my client life-style.
Ears Clinic did not discuss equipment, did not provide information requested.a direct question: "Why we do not discuss hearing devices and brands? "
answer: two manufacturers in mind but K. G.owner did not make a decision so she did not share it with client at this time.
3rd meeting Ears Clinik presented a hearing aid, no discussion. Earls Clinic: " it fits great".
also: " It is not your job to decide about a hearing aide"
Customer a end-user of a hearing aid why should him/her blindly accept: " this is the one for you, " and "trust me"? It is a summary of “ a right decision”. A trust needs to be earned.
Client Personally shocked and humiliated; felt really disabled.web-site advertises that Ears "provide information and knowledge to clients" and owner "meet clients individual needs" it is a fake statement.the industry is sealed. Hard to find product information in BC. Search for data in Europe and USA.cost effective, you will be using a product that may be useless and inappropriate for your lifestyle. The expectations of hearing shops are simple: mostly you are aging, you have limitation to find info. ; they sell you something they make money from, they already build relationship with. Your expectations are secondary; another word of advice: post warranty service and maintenance.here is not the place to recommend a product and customer service. Good luck
