I was drawn to the clearly described services offered by Earth’s Options, as well as the fact they don’t have the infrastructure of a stereotypical “funeral home”. We had to call upon Earth's Option for their services with very little notice when my Mother in Law passed away, from the initial phone call for information to the finalization of paperwork, all aspects were handled with comfort, care and professionalism.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. We required my fathers cremation to be mailed from BC to ON. They took care of everything. Our calls were always answered and our emails communication was timely and clear. Price was affordable and the process was effortless.

Earth's Options representatives were compassionate, helpful, kind, and affordable. Susan saved us a trip and met with us in our home to plan for our deceased, and her son kindly delivered the remains.

A friend referred me to Earth's Option Cremation and Burial Services. I was unprepared and unfamiliar with end of life procedures. I was pleasantly surprised by the compassionate and professional manner demonstrated by each of the staff at Earth's Option. They were informative, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy. They provided excellent service and were prompt with every required situation placed before them. I was very pleased with their expertise in administrative matters and they made my required tasks easier to complete and easy to follow with their accurate instructions.
In summary, I found the staff at Earth's Option to be extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. They made my transition to a new way of living without my dear wife as smooth as could ever be expected.

The staff were very helpful and upfront on everything during this difficult, but they really need to do something to update their facility. Otherwise I would have give a 5 star rating

Kindness and convenience. There’s so much more I could say about Susan and Chris of Earth Options, but those two words sum up the exceptional service and care they gave my family. Susan met with us with deep compassion and professionalism before my mother’s death to help us make our plans. Then, after my mum’s death, she and the Earths Options team were there to carry us through with seamless service. What a blessing in our time of grief.

My sister's death was terrible for our family, but Susan was so wonderful and kind. She came out to see me where I was staying (I was from out of town) which was such a huge help. I have dealt with other funeral homes before that have tried to push me into buying a fancier box or urn, truly taking advantage of you while you are grieving. Earth's Options are not like that at all. I was so very grateful for them and their respectful way of dealing with what our family needed. I highly recommend them.

I was tremendously impressed with the sensitive and professional service that Susan provided when my mother recently passed away. As a war bride and mother of four, our mother was ever-practical and, with Earth’s Option, her wishes were listened to and respected fully. All the necessary details were expertly managed and our family had ready access to have our questions answered.

I was so glad that I chose Earth's Options for my husband's cremation. They were so courteous and respectful and did not try to sell me any services I did not want. There were absolutely no hidden charges and he couldn't have been in more caring hands. They even brought a blanket close to his Scottish tartan to wrap his body in for transportation; such a caring touch.

The family and employees were all extremely professional and supportive during such a difficult time. They were responsive, honest and up front about all of our options and prices. We didn't feel any pressure. We felt that they treated us with respect and with genuine care.

I first encountered Earth's Option when my sister-in-law died in 2016. When my mother died this year, I immediately thought of them. I appreciated their straightforward and compassionate communication and assistance at these stressful and sad times. There is no pressure to purchase services beyond what you have decided.
