Another fine work done by Jonas. Finishing off my forearm bear tattoo with trees and mountains was perfect. Thank you so much I can’t say enough nice things about Jonas and Grace. Always a joy and certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a tattoo. Will see you again once I get another idea.:)

Went to the place for the first time with great enthusiasm and after doing my research obviously, but was let down. The receptionist Grace was rude, and after only a 3-4 minutes of chat where I was enquiring about the artists and their working hours, she looked frustrated and said "You are welcome to try other places. " So unprofessional, like you think I don't know that already? And she seemed to not care about customer service at all. The place could use a course in marketing and etiquettes. Looking forward to hear from the owner if he sees this message but its probably the uptight front desk lady who sees it.

So so so expensive and took so long for small minimal designs charged over $300 for 4 small tattoos that were only meant to take an hour at most, took them almost 2.5 hours and charged $200 over $100 deposit.one of my tattoos is also cracking.shade work terrible.

Initially went here for 2 memorial tattoos. I brought in a couple of ideas that I had in mind and Chris combined them to design the tattoos that I wanted. I am very happy with the work that I received and would definitely recommend East Manila to anyone.
I also wanted another tattoo after I got the first 2. I again brought in a couple of ideas to combine into what I wanted. Chris again drew up what I had in mind, we did decide to change the size a bit which was done quickly and to what I liked.
Before any work was done on all three of my tattoos I was given the chance to make any changes on design or position of them. Chris made sure I was happy with that before any work was started.
Definitely happy with the work, although I do need to setup an appointment for some touch up on one of them. I don't believe that is going to be an issue because of how much they paid attention to my requests.
I'm also needing a cover up which I am going to get done through them as well.

*EDIT*
I dropped into the shop, without a call or an appointment, to talk about the touch up work I needed. I had the touch up work done within half an hour. Now, to me, that is Awesome Customer Service.

Jonas is a great artist! So friendly and fun to talk to, yet still very professional! I was comfortable during the whole appointment and and it was a great experience over all, also thanks to the kindness of his team. First tattoo at East Manila Ink. Rye was my artist and he is a very kind and genuine individual. I got my second neck tattoo piece. He was very patient and understanding. I was very fidgety and uncomfortable, but he still manage to execute such a sick neck piece. I left the studio very happy

I called one morning to see if the shop had any availability, luckily they had a slot open and I got booked in for a session that day. When I walked in the shop was nice and bright clean covid friendly. I felt safe being in there. I walked in with a vision I had in my head and also a picture of what I exactly wanted. My tattoo artist was Rye. He was amazing. He told me his ideas I told him mine. We sat down for a solid 2 hours. The art he drew on me are very meaningful and hold a special place in my heart. I would give east Manila 5 stars, I would totally recommend this shop to anyone.

My partner and I went here to get tattoos for her birthday and were very happy with every part of the experience. The staff are extremely hospitable and very friendly. The lady who booked the appointment for us was really nice and made sure everything was taken care of, our artist Michael is exceptionally talented and has a good sense of humour.

This is my third tattoo from the very awesome artist Jonas:) He is such a talented artist and all his work are top notch. Very detailed and he takes so much pride in his work. I always get a lot of compliments for my body art. The shop is super clean and everyone is so friendly. Jonas, Grace and the whole team will treat you like family. First time getting my piece done at this place. Jonas killed it! Very easy to talk to and very professional! I got a Polynesian Filipino tribal tattoo on my chest and can’t wait to add more! The rest of the staff were also great! Definitely recommend them to anyone getting their first tattoo or want to add more!

Got my tattoo by jonas did 3,3 hour sessions for my tattoo and was charged per hour (180) plus tax and then they also charged me 180 for booking the sessions, then later look it off on my final session. This was also my first time ever getting a tattoo and I have nothing bad to say about these guys highly recommend to anyone just as a heads up if you are going there the is only realistically 2 spots and they are usually taken and you will have to park in the back or something I got really lucky and got some spots at the front all 3 times I went

I did my first session for my arm sleeve the other day and the environment in this place is very welcoming and friendly! The tattoo artists here are so talented and charismatic about what they do. I definitely recommend East Manila Ink for those looking to get tatted!
