Everyone at the gym is nice and pleasant including afternoon instructor named Matt

However the head instructor gave me a hard time.

I remember getting belittled, flicking my head at or having unpleasant comments thrown at me because I couldn't get the technique right. Like I'm paying to get something wrong on purpose just to make play with a martial arts coach.
Muay Thai being high intense workout I would encounter fatigue.im not young guy btw. He’ll bark at me for slowing down but he’ll over look others. He has his favourites.i quit that gym

No excuse for his disrespect.

For my first time in Muay Thai, it was the most fun time I’ve ever had. The community was wholesome and instructors were funny.

The team is amazing legit. They teach true Muay Thai kick boxing and their knowledge and classes are practical. The cost is affordable and atmosphere is a no ego and chill environment.

An excellent gym to be a part of. The team of instructors are committed to creating a truely special place, where everyone is treated with kindness, and as part of a community. The teachers put in attentive care with students, are knowledgable and provide an ego-less Environment to study and develop your skills. As a result they have created a unique and compelling environment that is certain to make your day better.

I always look forward to my sessions at evmt. Jon is a great coach and has really helped me improve my technique in a short period of time. He made me feel comfortable from day one and continues to motivate me to always do my best. I highly recommend this gym!

Going to this place has been the best decision I have made in the last 10 years. I am 35 now and in the best shape I have been in a long time.sore, but feeling real good.
