I went to Minuteman Press because their name suggested they are fast. Boy oh boy was I right. Mohammed and the gang did my order in lightning speed. I almost don't want to say how fast they turned it around because we should always give our print shops lots of lead-time. But on this occasion I didn't, and Minuteman really came through for me. Mohammed even made some suggestions that made the end-product snap, and he kept the costs down where he could. I wouldn't go to any other print shop than Minuteman Press.

We paid over 2k to do the designs of 3 stand banners/ poster printing for our trade show at PNE fair and it end up with wrong spelling on the backdrop stand poster on a larger size. We found out the design was wrong after we hang it on as They add the title name too low that moves all other writing & pics go down to the floor instead on higher area that people can see when they walk by. We was asking to cancel and pay for the design have been working on it but the guy didn’t agree. We already deposited $500 and they didn’t want to refund even a half. This location has bad designer that keep making wrong spelling, then we have to pay more hours for them to fix they own wrong spelling. The quality is poor, design is really bad that everyone asked who made the design for us? It was very Embarrassing when we was in the middle of the big fair over 4 thousand people come every day for over 2 weeks. We send them the pics of issue have made by and they total none responsibility for what they did wrong and didn’t care that we couldn’t removal the poster and no time to make a new one during that time and said he only can do is give us the sticker to apply on top of wrong spelling words so what we can do the the wrong design? ! How to move the writing advertising higher? We have the next fairs coming and want to use the same advertising poster but now everything went wrong. They didn’t agree to make even a small refund for their own mistake. They charge higher cost compared with other shops. You should check other shops before come to this location and you will know they charge over $60 higher just for basic printing. It was a big mistake to choose this location for printing jor design.

The folks at Minuteman on Hastings are great. Very quick with excellent quality and attention to detail. They understand what I want and I often rely on their suggestions, which always turn out to be right. They’re professional experts.

Excellent customer service and experience with Amir. I went to staples previously today and tried to get one thank you card printed, and they said it would take 2-4 business days. I needed the card ready for Monday to give to my boss. Amir was able to meet my needs within 2 hours, and gave me a great price for 10 cards. Staff is always very helpful with my various requests. From sewing patterns that are over 2 feet long to reducing pattern to specific sizes, they have always come through. I would recommend them for any of your printing needs.
