I've been going to East Village for years for my auto insurance. I recently contacted them with questions about home insurance for a different policy and they spend all the time I needed walking me through the policy, questions to ask, and how to navigate the renewal. I'm a loyal customer here and think you should be too.

SOLD our car today, on a Sunday and found East Village Insurance located right across the street from London Drugs. I parked in the dedicated spots in the back. I had called earlier & spoke with Marco, he was polite & reassured me they were OPEN until 6pm on Sunday. First of all the interior is quite inviting and impressive Automotive decor & big executive office chairs for the Customers. It was a very rapid experience because Marco is professional. Thank You for lending us the tools for the plates! Will return!

Unfriendly office workers who don’t appear to appreciate the business. We’ve gone in to renew car insurance on 2 of our cars for last 3 years. Our luck, we only have time to go in on weekends, and we always get the same guy to process the renewal, even tho on weekends there’s 2 workers in there. Few weeks ago, went in to renew, 2 ladies working, yeh! Perhaps a better experience? …nahhh, just as unfriendly.

Not impressed. The agent made no effort to connect in the way that gives good customer service. A bit unusual for Autoplan, but I later thought that perhaps this particular agent might have been inexperienced, possibly shy. I will go elsewhere next year.

Went in on boxing day, I know I'm terrible, but the staff there was super helpful. She actually talked me through the situation, figured out my discount was off, asked me if I was in a rush and would be okay if she called in to confirm my discount, and secured me a top discount from the length of my safe driving record. A truly classy and selfless effort in customer service. I don't live in the area anymore, but I'll be back next year.
