An absolute nightmare from the beginning. Told them we needed 2500-4000, they guaranteed it would be settled by end of day, five days later I got approved for a $1300 loan with $1000 of interest. $186 a month on a thousand dollar loan, despite their website claiming it's "$82/month. " Everybody (at both branches) was rude, unprofessional, and failed to update me - I had to call them. Complained to head office, that said they'd pass it on to the branch manager - corrupt from the top, it seems. We'll be pursuing further legal action due to our privacy being violated for no reason, since they enjoyed digging through all of our bank accounts only to try to scam us, and they hold onto your data even after you decline the loan. Save yourself the trouble and go to Fairstone - incredibly professional from the beginning and gave us seven times what EF offered, for cheaper.

Harsh was so helpful with my questions about improving my credit. I appreciated the time he took to explain strategies and the prompt service I received for my loan was excellent!
