easyhome Rent to Own

Just got a delivery and wanted to give a little something for a coffee. They drivers didn't take it. I was just trying to pay it forward. Hope the two delivery drives have a safe and merry Christmas.

Very uncomfortable, girl named Megan called because the payment doesn’t go through with my back because I closed it yesterday due to a fraud claim. When I answered the phone she let me know what happened and I said I need to update my banking information, she laughed. I then let her know I’m on the way to Kamloops (from out of town) to change all my pre authorizations and I’m in a bad service area and may lose her. She then proceeded to laugh again as if I wasn’t telling the truth, I gave her the new information which went through but I lost her before I could get confirmation. I never received a call back, it was very unprofessional and I would no longer recommend easy home to anyone. Getting laughed at over the phone wasn’t appropriate and pretty disrespectful.

Various furniture, appliances, electronics etc on a high rate payment plan. Connected to Northills Mall, outside entrance middle of mall on the Vernon Avenue side. Not "Easy" at all for renting 1 item for a short amount of time. Rentals require copy of banking info, transaction records & 3 references all sorts of financial questions, household info, residents in household questions.

Staff is fabulous.

They did what it took to make me happy. Highly recommend. If you are rebuilding your credit. They do update.

No up keep install was wrong no one gets back to you. And constantly keeps taking more money then payments required.
