I went in for a look see as it's been a lot of years since I've dealt with this company. I'm interested in buying into the franchise for Castlegar where it used to be. The staff is very friendly and professional in their customer service

They are very good with working with people on low/fixed income. Sarah at Easy financial helped me and my sister out with a loan. She was very helpful and professional. Leah, Kyle and Geoff are also just as awesome! As well as all the staff.

Was in kelowna for the day and popped in to see about my loan. Asked for a copy of contract. Female staff was nice and tried to help. As I'm trying buy out remained of loan but male staff in building was rude and said get it from store u loaned from. I thought all easy home and financial places could be helpful. Apparently not
