I had a great shopping experience today at this GameStop and it it was all thanks to Austin, Tyler, and Nick 10 out of 10 customer service these gentlemen know how to make you feel comfortable and will ensure that you find the things that you’re looking for. Kudos to them.

Went in to buy an Xbox x. The guy was helpful and nice, but had problems with my card, I tried to buy online and store canceled my order. A minute after they canceled I ordered off Amazon and had my Xbox the next day

They really help me out with what I needed to get and their service was generally good very good place to look for what you need electronic wise so it's just a very good place to find what Electronics you need and be on your way

Went into the store today to purchase a used play and charge kit for the Xbox one as on the site it showed they had 3 in stock. I asked the associate Victoria for the item and asked her the it is was the official Microsoft product which she reply as yes. Paid for the item and left. Got home and to my surprise the play and charge kit was not Microsoft but it was Biogenik. The Biogenik sells for $19.99 new and I paid $19.95 for a used one. Went back to the store and told Victoria what had happened, immediately she say "so what you want a refund". I asked if there was a official one in stock which she said "that's the only one". I then asked for a new play and charge kit, this is when Victoria rolls her eyes and says "I'll go check". They had a brand new item in the back and the process of refund and buying the product begins. During the transaction Victoria is slamming items like the stapler and pen. After the transaction is completed I leave. No apology was made.

Ive seen some messages regarding victoria at this location and ive had the priviledge to be served by her and have only had good experiences. None of those things you "claimed" actually happened she would never roll her eyes or bang a drink or a stapler at you. (Also do you realize how silly an accusation that is? She banged a stapler?). If you want to post bogus reviews try harder next time.

Avoid this location unless you plan on getting bad service by Victoria! She has no people skills, poor customer service, doesn't apologize for her error, rolls her eyes at you when you try to explain the error that was made by her and she slams things when confronted. Simply appalled by this behaviour - clearly she has issues and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Her position can be replaced by someone else that is more appreciative. Its not like I walked in to receive free product. If I'm paying for a product with my hard earned money I expect to get what I paid for along with customer service. Don't appreciate the attitide and sass that came along with it. I would like to be contacted by head office about this matter, behaviour like this is simply unacceptable and she should be spoken to about this and written up so this doesn't occur again. Send her to a customer service class because she really needs it. I will NEVER be back again. Victoria is a horrible front line staff memeber for this company-such a shame.

You can get good deals on used games. Also, thier Platinum Egde card gives great benefits and it just costs $14 once.

This is one of the O. G. EBgames here. It's been around for many many years. Most of the staff, the younger ones I've noticed, arent very enthusiastic about various games or up coming titles. Overall, still a solid store and dependable, this location will never let you down. Best in the lower mainland
