Make sure you always check the games going into the case as they will put the wrong disc in and then refuse to correct their mistake.

They sold me a playstation 4 with malware on it. The scan says its there and it cant get rid of it. DO NOT BUY USED CONSOLES FROM GAMESTOP OR EB GAMES. They dont check for those things, now I have to fight to use my playstation.

Went to the late night launch of tears of the kingdom. It seems the security was nervous with the large crowd and put a time crunch for 11 pm, it became clear that not everyone in line would be able to purchase their copy, it was a very difficult situation and I thing the game stop manager managed the situation with grace. There was a lot of criticizing from people at the time but, it was a difficult situation and it was clear the game stop employees were doing their best. Thank you

Lined up for the Zelda Pre-order and waited in a long line and almost didn't make it to the store, but the manager was so unbelievably kind and understanding and really stuck their neck out for the customers to make sure we got our game even after the mall security gave the manager hell all day and the store was supposed to close by 11. The manager allowed a handful of the remaining people to get their game after hours. I highly recommend this location and their staff, they are all incredible people.

To the manager: I'm so sorry you were yelled at by security and annoyed customers, you honestly did everything in your power and some. Thank you for being so incredible and generous to us all. There is no amount of thank yous to be said to show all of our appreciation for you and your staff.

You would figure than a paying costumer would be welcome at end of day paying with cash which people dont use anymore current staff was rude and obnoxious made my daughter not feel welcome also 30 mins before that i paid cash for an item and teller woman actually acted as if it was a chore to accept money and give me the item game stop you should review your 1 employee cause next time i am ordering online from a diff company lost a returning customer and membership 4 ever i think they need a new peppy manager they can pay 44k a year the experience was repulsive really the hockey cards i bought were over priced and yet i paid she hated answering the questions i had and was snobby and basically this kind of vibe and service makes people want to stay away winder why this store has a hard time making money

All eb games and game strops have really decreased in usefulness in the past few years due to only a limited supply of stuff. I only go there with my girlfriend looking for more switch adventure games. But even the switch games are pricey as hell.

Probably the nicest looking gamestop I've been in, very small though. The new manager seems like a capable fellow that is passionate about his store.

Painfully slow service. Like 4 people in line and waited 30 min to make a purchase. Cashier couldn’t find preorder even though they had just called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. Should have gone to best buy

Staff here has always been great! Any time I am looking for a new/used game to take a flyer on, they have never let me down.

Only 3 stars as I was waiting in line for like 15 minutes to buy my switch lite case.almost afraid of dropping my switch right there and right now. Some brown haired karren was chatting about something non related to in store purchase like she owned the store. Great price for the case and glad to have it. But nintendo should get shamed for their price range they give in stores and online stores. $80 for a digital and physical? Should at least make an effort for half the price for your digital. Goes for gamestop as well.

Very knowledgeable and courteous service here! Great selection of games, devices, accessories and toys. This branch is not as large as the EB Games store at Park and Tilford but a decent selection none the less.

I was looking at a used Ps4 controller and the girls mentioned that they give me a 20% off edge discount card and that I could trade my old controller for the new one. I asked around how much they give for my old one and they said " depends on the condition ". Fair enough. I went all the way home and came back just to be told that my controller was worth 12 bucks. I asked if they are even going to check it and I was told they don't care as long as it works as they just send it to head office. Sooooooooo why not answer my original question? The used ones they sell are $15 less than the new controllers.

Knowing this why would you waste my time. Used car sales tactics.
