Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I spoke to five different people over the space of a month and everyone went out of their way to help.

Tbh I havent bought anythibg here since it was ebgames. Like the year 2017. It sucks, no old games for sale like the states does and the staff never seem to be able to have knowledge on the games.

Um i was in here today to look over some PlayStation games. I mean if u want a older game and want it now u can pay more for it here and thats a pluse.and Lots to choose from that's a plus too
But games are about 5$ 10$ more then other places that have sales on thier old stock. Um used games are super expensive and they dont give u much from what i can tell for your used ones but will sell your used ones for 90% of retail. Wow.so how douse that work. Id hate to say it but bestbuy walmart london drugs even seems better for new games and games that are hate to say it but i when here for scarlet nexus amazon was 24$. If u trade a game u can get it for 24. $ other wise 35$ Lol.this isnt so friendly so probably best to check out facebook and pown shops for used games then here apreinttly lol probably wont be back. Was disappointed in that regard. But lots to check out. Pluse. Just not happy with used games prices and new games pricing of older games.

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for. It's always such a great environment in the store, I'd definitely recommend to anyone:)

I really enjoy going into this little store every time I am in the mall. Dont let this small game stop fool you.it has a lot in it. I am also very please with Ashley's customer service! She asked if I found everything I was looking for and we had a friendly chat while I paid. Thank you Ashley

I feel bad for the employees working for this company.

I went to pick up a game and they didn't have any in stock because they couldn't even cover the pre order copies.

Imagine knowing how many copies of games you need and just not having it available to the people who already paid for the game.

It's no wonder EB games is terrible now. I will most likely not come back here.

This store was the last thing keeping me from selling my 21year old Pokémon card collection. All that is now gone with today’s in-store experience. I will be getting out of Pokémon TCG after 21 long years. I don’t have a credit card so I am unable to pre-order newer sets. Instead I check the store daily for Pokémon cards. I was excited to see that some came in today and I only wanted two buy two boxes. Two completely different boxes with very different cards/pins inside. Only about $70 of stuff. Staff member Issac proceeded to argue with me that I am only allowed to buy one Pokémon product in the store. He used the excuse that this is to prevent scalping. As an avid collector who checks in store stock EVERYDAY, this was frustrating to hear. This situation FORCES me to support scalpers if I am unable to buy what I want in-store. I have often bought 2-3 Pokémon TCG products here in the past months. The products are hard to find and purchase-limits are good but should be a per-item basis. NOT a whole brand. Online and in-store should have the same rules. I will now have no reason to come back here as I don’t play video games. I dont write reviews often but this was the most unreasonable experience that I’ve ever had in retail.

Good selection overall. The collection of Pop Funko figures varied enough from the other 2 shops in the mall carrying these items.

Staff Aren’t Friendly And Welcoming At All And The Store Smelled Like Some Sort Of Animal Purge Happened In The Store And They’re Letting The Animals Carcasses Rot In The Back Room.

Horrible inventory! After ordering online and being told that there is 4 in stock of the item to order 1 and get shorted on it is a little absurd. Did they sell all 4 before they got to their online orders? Seems like it. Otherwise your inventory is off by 4?.. This isn't the first time this has happened. Wish the EB in Westkelowna didn't close for us across the bridge...

Okish selection and the staff are usually rather knowledgeable. But as a pc gamer they don't really offer that much for the stuff I'm in to but it's always a fun spot to shop when I'm in the mall

Love the store bought my kid a fortnite toy but had a poor experience on the weekend the staff member was extremely rude telling me my 4 year old was not allowed in the store without a mask saying that only children under the age of 2 are exempt. Management needs to let the employees know what the rules are

Was really impressed with the young guy keeping count of costumers in the store. He knew where everything was and even got the game for me and had it behind the counter so as soon as I walked on I paid and i was on my way. Great job guys

Absolutely terrible inventory management. Go to their website to check a game after selecting this specific store location. It says "pick up in store" so I drive all the way over there. They say they dont have any in stock. Asked best way to order it and he said online getting it shipped. Go to the website to order it and the game is not available for home delivery and can't select this store to have it shipped to. They also never offered to try and bring the game in for me. I've never had so much trouble trying to give someone money for a product before. No help at all in store and their website is utter trash. Take notes from best buy showing what stores nearby have what inventory available.

This place reminds me of when I was a kid and I tried to beg my dad into buying games for me. Oh how times have changed

Only place like it. Staff are always nice at a eb games it really doesnt matter witch one oddly enough. Its always a care free atmosphere and always the best place for games. Never once had a issue with a single eb games anywhere

Useless customer service as usual.
The female service rep I spoke to had no idea about widely publicized games I inquired about.
Told me "nobody plays on PC so they don't give out much information"?
Stated that "Nobody tells us about games, and we don't know that much about all games"

Couldn't answer any questions about the games their own newsletter that tells customers to contact them about to order. I asked her for someone else and she said "they won't know either".
Awesome. Way to fail.

Better customer service is required. I don't care for the employees discussing their personal lives or disrespecting their customers behind their backs when they leave.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and lots of great nerd paraphernalia.

This would be getting 0 stars if I could. I pre ordered a game and because i work out of town I informed the worker working there that my girlfriend would be picking up the game. He told me that if she had a picture of my ID and EB games card that she would be able to pick it up. I sent her on the day the game was available and they denied to give the game to her. Then when I called the manager to see what was going on she let me know with a very bad attitude that those were not the rules and that her staff is trained to not have said what they did. Then with a cockey voice said merry Christmas and bye. I will no longer be supporting this business. Nov 15 2019 @ 19: 00 h

Very helpful staff. The girl with the glasses and cat ear headband was super helpful when I was looking for Wonder Woman swag for my niece. She was friendly and courteous. Thanks! We don't go into game stores very much these days, but we'll for sure think of supporting our local EB in future.

Great atmosphere, great service plus prices are perfect. Also the staff are ALWAYS super friendly and fun to chat with.

Very rude manager that runs the store EB Games store in Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna bc. Honey just like every thing else in life you can be replaced

Went in and one sales guy looked at me then ignored me. I looked for games about 5-10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. The 2 sales guys were talking about their personal lives (You dont need 2 people working here). I left without help and this is not the first time I have experienced this. I refuse to ask for service as any retail environment should offer it automatically and this location does not meet any retail standards that most expect.

The clerks were helpful and informative.
They answered every question I had. I will be going back to buy a console unit.

This place has gone down hill and like a greased meadow muffin. The staff fit in one class butt holes. I was told not I could not look at product before leaving to store to see if was possibly damaged being that it was a breakable marcotte of Batman about 30 cm's tall. If I purchased it and it was damaged then it be my problem to replace it even though the thing had never left the store.

There is only a few words comes to mind for these guys.dump as a sack of hammer. This is last time I am going in there.

I got what I wanted, but had to wait in line at the till for a very long time. It seems the cashiers are more concerned about selling warranty then selling service. I was only there to buy a gift. Happy I'm not a gamer.

Amazing customer service, honest and personable. Not to mention a great selection of collectibles to go with their games.

Hardly go in, but when I do it's always the best experience staff love their jobs (or are good at pretending they do!) And love helping people y'all rock (especially assassin's Creed dude)
