Big s/o to Wade, Jake and Dawson today. I had a lot of fun visiting the store and chatting with the gentleman; they really treated me with personalized customer service and they know how to make someone feel welcome. Be sure to stop into this location to receive great customer service.

Great place. Decent prices. And I got berated by one of the workers it was awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

I love shopping there they were really nice to my daughter and I can't wait to go back so that I can buy all the things that I really love.

Omg customer service is non existent. They would rather finish their conversations with each other before acknowledge customers.

Great selection of collectible items, didn't realize gaming was on such a decline? The store use to be wall to wall game titles back in my gaming days lol.

Very clean storefront and helpful, friendly staff. Not pushy, but said hi and made me feel welcome. Games were well organized and it was easy to find the one I was after.

Staff make no effort to acknowledge customers nor keep the store in order. They are just there to have fun. Would have bought a shirt but they were not folded and all mixed up, nothing where it was supposed to be

Its unreal how helpful the staff are at this specific location. They are knowledgable, polite, and enthusiastic. Highly recommended of all EB Game stores I have been to.

I've been to a lot of EB games over the years and this one is the most rude.

I came in to ask if they received any PS5s and very bluntly told no.
I've never seen customer service so short or rude.

Probably one of THE rudest customer services experiences I have ever experienced. I’ve called them requesting information on Ps5 stock, they replied with “I’m sorry we cannot disclose this information over the phone as we have received threats you have to come in” I simply replied wow that’s crazy okay I will drive over. I drive over walk in and ask and the employee looks at me and says NO. And looks away. I replied okay you don’t have to be rude about it you told me to come in and ask so I did. And he replied “I get asked that question 70 times per day” and I said “well it is your job. ” And he looked at scowled at me and walked away into the back of the store. I understand the pressure and short of stock for ps5’s but there is absolutely no reason to be so rude and stand off towards customers. I have heard from numerous people having the same experience here. I will be contacting Game Stop support and will be reporting this issue.

The men working today we're so helpful. Went over and above my expectations. They checked another store for the game requested, with a bit of humor, and gave my son a gift.

Very poor, manager rude, hung up on me, still have not received game coming from surrey, being over a week and still no one really care at this store especially the manager who hung up on me, plus no apology. If there was star within like. 00000001 etc. This store fits this rating mostly the manager.this company does not care about their customers, fakes, just money, the company has a very poor shipping structure.like we will ship when we have more stuff and keep customers waiting eh who cares

Why don’t you have wii nunchuks anymore? I am living in poverty and the wii is the only console i can play on.i desperately needed a wii nunchuk as my one that lasted many years finally gave out.you can only really play tennis and bowling without it, but i love boxing: (

Wow.thanks for the fear mongering sales tactics. "Your Xbox will likely overheat and liquid cooling will spill in it and it will catch fire in the first 6 months. Do you want our warranty? " I also asked how often this happens and the answer was "To MOST Xbox's" - and also that Microsoft would leave me high and dry even if this supposed sudden combustion happened in the first 4 months.

Yikes.wonder how Microsoft would respond if they knew a distributor of their product was selling warranties using this claim.

I have to fix their prices. Other than that I would say it's pretty balanced for their games. And maybe they can lower their VIP card prices a little bit

The PS4 games are in no discernible order so when I gave up trying to find the game I was looking for, I went to the counter for help.

I stood at the counter for a moment while the girls behind the counter concluded their swear-word ridden discussion about how drunk they got on the weekend while playing "Overcooked" on the Nintendo Switch.

They looked at me like I interrupted them and one of them walked away when I began talking. I was looking for a slightly obscure roleplaying game that came out that week but I was unable to locate it on the self. When I asked if they had it, she had a confused look on her face like she was contemplating her role in the universe and she dismissively told me they "don't carry it".

Disapointed, I returned to the self to look for something else. My eyes eventually locked-on
to the very game I was told was not in stock.

I returned to the counter with the game and my transaction went as such:
Her: "oh, we did have it".
Me: "yep. "
Her: "do you have an edge card? "
Me: " I don't, no. "
She puts the disc from the drawer into the game box.
Her: "do you want the gameplay guarantee? "
Me: "no thanks. "
Her: "it's only $3 and covers. "
I interrupt: "I don't want it. "
Her: "Are you sure? If the game. "
I interrupt again: "I'm good. I don't want it. "
I paid, she put the receipt in the bag and no other words were spoken.

-1 star for the staff using the f-word in front of my 2 year old.
-2 stars for the staff being donkeys.
-1 star for irritating me by repeating asking me to pay for that "game play guarantee".

Great customer service but a bit short on selection of games as I was looking for PS2, Gamecube or playstation games

This store seems really well maintained in comparison to others I've been to!

I have had that BEST experience here with Benjamin, he was extremely friendly, helpful, and amazing! Help me out every step of the way for picking an new console out and making sure that I got everything I needed. I hope to see him succeed!

I am recommending this place.just took my used xbox 360 and a plethora of games i had to trade in for new xbox one games. I feel that i was treated very well and they gave me good prices on all my trade ins. Just one game that they said they wouldnt take, which doesnt make any sense but whatever. All in all a good experience

A specific place for video games but getting more expensive and not as much games they took out PC games

Staff are friendly and if you can't find what your looking for they are more than willing to help you look or find it.

Really helpful staff, I came here just to inquire about the Nintendo switch and what options they had available and she went and checked the used options availability.a staff member also in passing took time to explain the platinum prices incase I wanted to go that route as it would be $30 cheaper
Very helpful staff will return again if I need something from eb games they must have good management here cus the staff seems young but professional and tentative

A geek’s paradise! Staff are really helpful and they have a good selection of all sorts of great gift ideas for any geek (or just a little something for yourself!). They also do have a game exchange program - great for the environmentally conscious or frugal gamer!

Ok place. Sold.my son a dirty used game for his birthday.just make sure you check before you leave the store
