Ebenezer's Comics & Collectibles

Got two exit games from here. The staff is so knowledgeable about every game in here. It's incredible. They're so much fun to chat with, and the prices are extremely reasonable (skip Amazon and visit this store instead. Just trust me.) I would highly recommend going there when you have some time to spare, so you can take the time to browse the wide selection.

From board games to used books and everything in between. This place is amazing and you can easly spend a couple hours looking for some hidden gems.

Movies, boardgames, dnd, comics, books, you name it they have it. A lovely local store with a big selection, my only gripe is somethings are very over priced compared to other local stores in the surrounding area. Overall, definitely worth checking out to experience it but just be aware of the pricing.

Amazing selection! The owner is wonderful and so incredibly knowledgeable on his products. He helped me pick out some new games and they are BY FAR my favourites I have ever played. I can't wait to come back to shop some more!

Great little store and me and my partner love stopping any time we happen to be in Vernon. Only 3 stars though because I bought 2 DVD seasons of Gilmore Girls, didn't check it until I got home because I trusted that they look through things since it's kept behind the counter. However, I found that my season 5 was incomplete. There was an extra 6th disk belonging to a different season and no first disk. Very sad at that discovery since I don't really have a way to fix that.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. I'm glad to see it's still around.

Great place. Huge! Tons of comics, miniatures, books, games, CDs, DVDs, tabletop terrain, and other stuff. They've been open since 1983 so a real community fixture. Prices are about right, which is to say reasonable on the old media, but new hobby stuff like minis and terrain and books are spensy, but that's hobbies. Will definitely plan to stop in every time I'm in town.

Well i am not, a D and D or gamer by any imagination. But.if i was this would be the shop to go to in the Vernon area. A LOT of stuff to look at even if your not into games or comics stop on by for a peek.

I get my but kicked every Friday night playing magic with the homies. Aint nothing like friday night mtg.

Amazing place to buy magic cards not expensive price and staff are really helpful. (If you are lucky there will be a cute dog) :)

Great shop, Has a selection of anything you would need game/book/collectable wise.

Needs to put out commander decks when running tournaments. "sold out" doesn't mean store them in the back till the next day. Will be buying online from now on.

What an incredible store! They have all sorts of hard to find collectibles from every era. Comics and graphics novels, figurines and statues, trading card and tabletop games, they have it all or know how to get it. They also carry several music formats including vinyl records, 8 tracks and cassette tapes. Great MTG community events and draft parties.

Seriously cannot believe the board game selection here. Found a few games I've only seen online.

Some pretty cool stuff, but a ton of it, bins upon bins of games/books/etc labeled "not for sale" for some reason.

This is a pretty quirky shop. You enter into a comic area with posters hanging. A table that is well labeled for digging a small amount of back issues. There's a 1/2 price tpb display shelf. There's a full wall of recent issues, kind of weirdly organized. Seems like everything is bagged, which is solid for keeping floppies crisp.

There's a board game section. Decent set of SW Legion sets, even Imperial Assault remnants with the Armada and X-Wing stock. Gloomhaven to Exploding Kittens. Older figures and other such oddities. A few neat dioramas pepper the shop.

There's a used, with a few new titles, book section. There's also a whole other used media section with classic cartridge games up to newer titles; DVDs too.

The Warhammer / D&D alley is pretty solid. A wall of RPG books leads into glass casing and a Halo statue. Everything is locked behind glass, weird, but it looks great. The display creates more of a sense of awe for the game, keeping it out of reach and well lit.

There's a disheveled feel/look to numerous parts of the store and most importantly the main display/desk/counter. No singles are present. "We have thousands of singles for sale. " Just MTG, no Pokémon. "Pokémon is just asking for trouble. " There's a real problem with break-ins for cards, so rather than there being a display of things to acquire and wish over there're empty spaces that quietly speak of societal ills.

For what it is, it's pretty great.

I remember going to this place 30 years ago, as a kid. I discovered comic books for the first time here. It was an amazing place with kind people. I can’t believe it’s still there. What an achievement!

Amazing collectibles, price is steep as to be expected but a very cool environment and alot of great treasures

This place is amazing. Plan to spend time going through the shelves, treasures everywhere! As a DnD roller, I love this place. Friendly, uber knowledgeable staff. I'd give more stars if possible. I'll be hitting this place up on every visit.

Very old building and feels dirty. Pokemon packs cards where kinda bent. Def needs an upgrade
