I gifted my wife the Lynx 20 bike from EbikeBC two months ago, and it's been a game-changer for her daily rides, climbing up the Mont Royal park easily to enjoy the view. Its lightweight design is really worthy, gives her better control and peace of mind.

I have had a great experience dealing with EbikeBC. First off, I was stoked to be able to purchase a used Lynx at such an affordable price from this site. It was delivered promptly with no issues. The bike itself has been a game changer; saving me tonnes of money on gas, and it is also just really fun zipping to work with the wind running through my hair on the bike path.

I had a small mechanical issue with the Lynx, and the support staff replied super quick, and within a couple days had already sent me a new part to replace the old one.

Fantastic service, and a great life-choice to get on an e-bike!

When we arrived, it was just us. Hamid was super helpful. It started to get busy, with the only sales guy on the floor, he continued to check in on us as we tried different series of ebikes. Informative, friendly, and I think he gave us a pretty good price (). We left with the envo flex urban. Its a great ride, and utilitarian. Other perks: buying local and they have a bike service near by (convenience)

All I can say, they need to improve their services and communication with the pre and after sale customers

Avoid. Don’t answer their phones and won’t sell anything other than their in-house band (Envo). Seem to lie about stock. Better off going with RAD.

I bought the Envo ST 2 weeks ago and my partner bought the Envo D35 at the same time and we thoroughly recommend them. We took them for a long ride this past Sunday and did over 90km around Vancouver - something we would never have been able to achieve using our regular push bikes! After 6.5 hours of cycling we weren't even tired when we got home thanks to the pedal assist. Going up steep hills was a breeze - normally we'd be pushing our bikes up them! The service we received from the staff, but Hamid in particular, was exceptional and he went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were happy with our purchases. Being a local business, with their repair and maintenance workshop just up the street from their store, was another reason we decided to go with this company when we were looking to buy an ebike. Would highly recommend them. Update: I emailed EBike BC late yesterday afternoon with a technical question and received a response from Samira within the hour with a video link that answered my query. Prompt service for sure!

We bought an R35 conversion kit for my wife's bike. This is the third kit we have had on various over the years and this one is by far the best. It is very well engineered and the components are of a very high quality. The installation instructions are via a youtube video which is easy to follow. The end result is a very good performing ebike that my wife really enjoys.

I bought my ST in mid-2020, early in the pandemic when demand was high and deadlines were missed. The staff were patient and helpful and now, after over 1,500 km of riding, I can honestly say that this bike has changed my life. I ride almost daily, have lost over 30 pounds, and have never been more fit in my life (I'm 76). The bike performs beautifully on all types of terrain. Honestly, I love the bloody thing. One of my best-ever purchases, and well worth the wait.

My wife and I ordered a demo model Flex Overland from EBikeBC after doing a ton of research. We like that they were Canadian, local and we especially liked that it would adjust to her 5 foot frame and my 6 ft frame. We were a bit worried about it being a demo model, but read in other reviews that demo's were in great shape with very low km. We got ours a week ago and were happy to see the mileage was just 1.5 kilometers and not a scratch on it. Assembly was easy and the ride is awesome, more powerful than we expected. We haven't doubled on it yet but I'm sure it will have more than enough oomf for the hills with both of us. I've driven only 6 k so far but it hasn't even lowered a bar on the battery icon yet. I had a minor issue with the brake line that was probably caused by me on the first day, and they were very gracious and helpful and the problem is solved. Very good people to talk to and communicate with.

I recently visited eBike BC Burnaby and had the pleasure of meeting their sales representative, Steve. I must say, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me choose an electric bike that was perfect for me, and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The electric bike that Steve recommended to me, the Eyeballs, was top-quality and very impressive. After using it for a few days, I was thrilled with the performance and features. I felt like I had made a great investment in my transportation needs.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the fantastic customer service that I received from Steve. He genuinely listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at eBike BC Burnaby.

Bike is great. Ordered it online for pickup in store. It said the bike would be ready in 2-4 business days and it took over a week. Tried calling multiple times over the week and no one would pick up. Even used the online chat they had available and it was no help. Finally decided to go to the location and talk to them in person. Turns out the bike was in the shop, ready for pick up and no one had called.

They gave me the bike. Didn't bother to show me how to use it (it's a folding bike). When we got home, realized the tires were basically flat which is funny considering they told me the bike would be 100% set up and ready to use when we took it home. Overall the bike is good but the service is questionable.

I recently bought the R50 EBike conversion kit for my K2 Hardtail mountain bike hoping to motivate my use of the bike. The pricing was good for the e-bike kit so I ordered it. Their website said in stock shipping 3 - 4 working days. On working day 6 I requested shipping info and had to repeat my request a further two times before receiving the info requested. The items did arrive quickly after that though. The kit installed relatively easy though I did have to “modify” the rear brake calliper mount (disk brake). The battery carrier was scratched out of the packaging, but so is my bike, I installed it anyways. However, I think it was a return as it was missing the bolts that it needed to mount it (luckily I had bolts I could use). On completion of the install, I took it for a ride and heard a clicking from the rear wheel so I immediately started a report ticket. Their tech service department responded asking for a video which I took and sent in on the same day. I have now asked twice for an update on the progress of my complaint, but not yet received an answer (7 days). I am waiting to see what the outcome is before purchasing a kit for my daughters bike.

Please don’t believe what they say online
I bought Lynx 20" - Folding Electric Bike. On website it shows 100km range but it gave me range of only 27km. When I went to their location they said there are many factors that’s why it is giving you less range like more weight, how much you paddle, etc. They should have mentioned that in their website that it give 100km range with some terms but they didn’t mention anything. I attached a photo so that all can see that they didn’t mention any terms for kilometres. Please don’t buy from here total waste of money.

Bought a Pre Own ENVO lynx
Great price, bike had a bit of mileage on it but overall very happy with my the purchase, I'm 200km in on the bike and I think brakes will need adjustment! Highly ebikebc and look forward to Long term maintenances with them!

I received a D35 on Wednesday, and assembled it that day. I rode it for a 26 km trip on Thursday! Extremely well engineered and well thought out. I used maximum assistance for the first ride because it has been a long time since I cycled. I would highly recommend this bike if you are considering an ebike for transportation purposes, as well as recreation.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality of service from both Ramen and Hamid at EbikeBC! Coming from out of town I was able to arrange payment and pick-up thanks to their help:) Ramen even took the time to show me how to properly release the battery and fold the bike. Thank you both for making the process so smooth! I am so excited to have a Canadian made folding electric bike (that even has a passenger seat and basket!)!

The bike, an Envo D35 was easy enough to assemble, however the rear wheel needed truing after less than 50Km, before I hit 100km the rear inner tube burst and from the start, I've had issues with the rear hydraulic brake. Perhaps the rear of my bike is a lemon? I'm not sure, however for a $2600 purchase that's been used for less than 150km now, there's been too many issues to recommend the Envo D35 or purchasing from eBike BC
I requested support a week ago and have heard nothing but a cheeky request to provide a positive review my purchase.

I really do like my ENVO ST bike. It handles really well and the electric part is helpful. I one caveat is the position of the battery on the ST. I have to be very careful to get off the bike as it is easy to come down on the battery if not paying attention.

Mehda greets you just as you walk in and Hardig fixes the issue very quickly. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Envo Bike Shop. I bought my bike in for service and it was done in for 2 to 3 days. The manager didn't even charge for the service which I was very greatful.

Ordered the 500W Mid Drive Conversion kit. Excellent Service, Meet was a pleasure to deal with, he worked hard to get me what I needed and made sure everything was in order, the kit was available the next day. Always answered emails and phone calls right away
