ECCO shoes are fantastic, however, the shopping experience is not. Customer service at the Robson store is a hit and miss experience depending on which staff they have - I never see the same staff each time I've been in this store, so odd! A month ago I received amazing service but last week was the worst service ever. Consistency would be appreciated. Thank you.

Great staff. Helped alot with choosing shoes specially there are two girls dilman and vidushi. They are very nice. I will recommend everyone to visit them once.

Wow. If the customer service could be any less friendly or helpful I would be surprised. The Indian girl and her Spanish or Persian supervisor seemed like they were hating being there. I’m not the one to usually post here or complain, but my visit today to the store was very disappointing

They have a very good team of employees working there.
Very respectful and knowledgeable about the shoes and they are always ready to help as soon as you enter the store.

If I could give 0 stars….
Strolled in 4pm today, no other customer, 3 young ladies gossiping/laughing the whole 10min I was there, helping myself to trying on 3 different shoes off the wall, the bench I was sitting on facing them.
Maybe a feeble Hello when I walked in, but not once did either of them asked if I needed help with anything.
I left with those 3 shoes on the floor, let these lazy ppl do some work. Obviously they don’t care about their job or sales.
Other than, great quality shoes, nice style for men’s boots.

Great Staff! Gone to buy 1 pair of shoes but with their kind nature ended up buying 3 pairs. Thank you girls for serving me with such generosity.

I was looking for some rainproof boots and got great assistance with looking for the right size. It took me a while to figure out which one was the best fitting one and the people in the shop patiently and very friendly helped me.
