Eco master heating and cooling

Oct 2022 had Ali replace our gas fireplace insert and used it all winter, looks beautiful and works great. May 2023 had Ali replace our gas furnace and install a new air conditioning system and a modern, user friendly thermostat per his recommendations. He takes his time, does not do a rush job, is knowledgeable about the products, installation as well as the rules involved so you know if you ever have a problem it has all the stickers, etc.needed to make a claim. The price was very reasonable especially considering how confident we feel about the quality of the job, no complaints, we highly recommend.

We installed a furnace and central AC with Ali in 2023, he’s very professional in educating the customer on which model is needed for our house and is very honest with his recommendations along with fair pricing. He made sure my place was clean after completing the job and everything he installed worked perfectly. We really appreciated his service so I highly recommend him to all my friends!

I lost heat in my furnace in the middle of night when it was -10 degrees. I called Ali in the morning and he responded quickly and came and fixed my furnace within minutes. Ali provided such an excellent service. He was very honest about the prices and options that I had available. He fixed my furnace that was having issues due to a faulty installation by a different company. He explained everything he was doing and explained what wasn’t working properly on my furnace. Ali & Iman did a great job installing my new furnace! They arrived on-time and did their best to accommodate my work schedule as I work nights. Ali was polite, very informative and up front with all costs related to the installation and removal of my old furnace and stuck to his original estimate. I went with a Goodman 96% efficiency furnace and time will tell if it stands up to my expectations but so far so good. I would definitely recommend Ali & Eco Master to family and friends. This was the first time I dealt with Eco Master and was very satisfied I have usually used one of the bigger companies to service my Heat pump & furnace and they would be at my house for 30 minutes to 45 minutes max Ali the technician from Eco Master spent 3 and a half hours and did a real thorough job.
