Awesome work! They had my car for 2 weeks as i said don’t rush it and my paint correction came out perfect. Not a single swirl left in the paint. It looks like a brand new car. Customer service is also amazing. Will definitely go back for my detailing needs!

Booked my car in for a platinum interior wash and bronzer exterior after our dog got sick in the car. Adams went above and beyond with the service. Before leaving he wanted me to inspect the clean to ensure I was happy with the outcome on a specific area as it was a difficult spot to clean. After inspecting we saw there was still some aftermath of our dog getting sick - at no extra charge I was told to bring back my car where Adams were personally resolve the matter. After having my car for 3 hours I was so happy with the result. The attention to detail was amazing, plus they went above and beyond in detailing the outside.

I just got my car back I’m thrilled with the results! Car had heavy cigarette smoke from previous owners bad staining on back seats. These guys were able to get rid of the smoke smell and cleaned the car seats so well. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ON PHONE AND IN PERSON.

I chose Eco Wash as I had read great reviews on their detailing service and was looking for a new company for this. As a REALTOR, it is important for my vehicle to be maintained. Eco Wash did an amazing job! They are very detailed orientated and I was impressed with the service from beginning to end. There were several scratches in the paint that they were able to get out and the interior looks brand new again. I have a husky cross and the back was covered in dog hair. Not one to be found after! I was even more blown away by the Adams, the owner/manager's response to a concern I had. It was rectified with no issues and was very accommodating. He genuinely is committed to customer service and satisfaction. I will 100% be using Eco Wash in the future and will recommend them to all my colleagues and friends.

Excellent job which due to the clear-coat needing a bit of extra cure time and the crummy weather, took a day longer than expected, but everything turned out very well in the end. The truck is a 10 year old Chevy Silverado with only 90,000 km, until recently it was garage kept, so it was in fairly good condition to start. The truck was very dirty in and out from a recent construction project and now looks new again. Thanks Adams and Crew!

I recently bought a used vehicle which the dealership didn't properly clean before selling it. I called up Eco Wash because I knew I could trust they'd get the job right and truth be told it was the best detail job I've seen! They made the truck look brand new! I just picked up my 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT from Eco Car Wash Nanaimo and I couldn’t be happier! Adam’s and his team did an outstanding job detailing my car. From top to bottom including all door jambs my car is spotless. The interior is spotless. I have 2 dogs and there’s not a hair to be found. Adam, the owner bends over backwards to ensure a perfect job. Having worked at a car dealer in North Vancouver, I know the difference between OK and great - Adam is great.

I had mold in my trunk which is why I came here. They were half an hour late. When I got there they seemed not to have any idea about my appointment and owner wasnt there. After 30 minutes the owner finally showed up and they said they could no longer do my car because there wasnt time! Im like why dod u book me in then? And I was on time. Fortunately they changed their mind and squeezed me in.
I had to cab it to and from the business too which was super expensive. A ride wouldve been nice because I wasnt going to sit there for hours.
They guys were super nice so points for that lol. But now the mold is already back in my trunk so I think they just rushed the job and didnt get it all. Sad I basically spent all that money and time for nothing basically. I had gotten the leak fixed earlier that day which caused the mold so now I just need to get it cleaned again unfortunately. I was told it would be taken care of in the alotted time despite them starting late or I wouldve cancelled and gone somewhere else.
Edit: I used an island daily deal coupon which was the Gold Package - Wash, Detail, Disinfection and Sanitization withUpgrade so I didn't know this meant no mold and was told it was fine they could do it.

Adam gave my car "the full meal deal", and took my dirty 2007 Elanta and made it 10 years younger! The ole girl feels and looks great! Another business did not follow up as quickly as it should have.so phoned Eco and they accommodated me with the exact date that the other business failed me on, so was delighted! As a Senior, I had no one to drive me home, and Adam offered drive home and delivery service, which is not advertised, so really went out of his way for me! (thank you!). There was one small area that was overlooked, so took the car back and it was immediately rectified. I would definitely recommend Eco Wash, as I am pretty fussy and left me a "Happy Campter". At a very reasonable price!

When I first called Adams, I thought I had an un-fixable problem on my hands. I am happy to say that he runs his business with nothing but empathy and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with a vehicle in the future.

Given that I had a big problem and knew nothing about how it might be resolved, I was in a very vulnerable position, but Adams was super communicative and detailed as he walked me through the process of what needed to be done to get my car back in shape. I highly appreciate that he also made me aware of several potential problems that might be encountered as he worked to resolve the issue. Throughout the whole process of deciding how to proceed, Adams was patient and generous with his time which made me feel confident that he was the right choice to work with.

In the end, I feel that I was dealt with in a very fair manner and I believe that he went to extra lengths to make things go as smoothly as possible for me in light of the situation. I am confident that he was focused on my best interests rather than simply making money off me even when it could have been very easy for him to take advantage of the situation. I think that's the best thing that can be said about a service business.

In my opinion, Adams deserves your business.

Being previously in commercial real estate property management and construction for 30 years our goal was always to exceed our client’s expectations. We had a simple formula, always provide a quality product and follow the magic guiding maxim…. Service, service, service! Unfortunately, we were often disappointed with some companies we dealt with over the years. Most of them are not around today.
I think Adams has nailed it. It’s obvious that it’s also his company’s motto. Provide a quality service and deal with issues immediately with a smile, should any arise. Over the years, I’ve had my cars detailed with different companies, and this time I decided to try Eco Wash Automotive Detailing. I’m glad I did.
Adam’s company did a great job on my Range Rover in and out. The dashboard had lost its original buttery finish and colour because of the sun. His staff brought it back after 3 coats of leather cleaner/treatment product. The last coat was done by Adams himself. The car is now showroom!
I discovered that his company also does film applications, colour corrections, plasti-dip, ceramic, and graphene coatings. I was never happy with the chromish looking lettering on the Range Rover and returned to have all the lettering front and back plasti-dipped black. What a difference!
I’m going back to have some customizing done on our AMG. All to say they are an excellent company to deal with and Adams is always there to greet you with a smile and a solution.

The team at Ecowash Nanaimo did an incredible job on my vehicle! It looked and smelled newer and better than when I purchased it! They picked up my vehicle from my house and dropped it off when it was finished as well which was a bonus! I was very happy with their service and will absolutely see them again for any of my detailing needs.
