Terrible experience at the front desk. Very unprofessional. They were impatient and were eager to take our companies money before hearing out our situation

Quite good, seems clean, the pool and hot tub made the difference. Never saw such continental breakfast before, it could be only in Antarctica.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. Bed was clean. My only issue is stated that there is complimentary breakfast but if I wanted cereal I'd just wait to eat at home other then that not a bad place to stay

Beautiful Room (love the red wall!) with door opening to the courtyard. Basic breakfast but the muffins were delicious when warmed in the microwave! Comfy beds and warm room. Will stay again!

If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. If you are looking for convenience, functionality and a low price, you have likely found your place. My single room was well laid out with a comfortable bed. The one drawback was its proximity to the main drag. It's hard to escape the street noise.

I'm giving this 5 stars because the price point was perfect. The AC unit was powerful, a life saver in the heat. It's the Econolodge. I didn't expect anything amazing, but was blown away by the pleasant front desk staff, cleanliness of the rooms, comfiness of the beds, etc.
If you need a place to rest your weary head and do not want to break the bank, this is your best bet.

No and a big no! Don’t visit them if you are on trip. Didn’t sleep well because of AC it was so loud. Very tiny bathtub, beds are making noise. Washroom didn’t had exhaust fan, ew?
Lightning was very dull.

Disgusting customer service! Called to inquire about a pet friendly room. The lady said she has room available. I told her no problem ill reserve it online.
Then she yelled at me to not reserve online and if i do, i shall not bring my dog! Then i asked why not? She yelled at me to go somewhere else! And hanged up i called again to ask for a manager she was so rufe and hang up on me again. Disgusting! She need to be fired asap!

Clean most importantly, Nick was a pleasure to deal with offering outstanding vslue. Would recommend to friends for sure

DO NOT STAY HERE!
The clientele at this motel is not appropriate for young families. When we voiced our concerns to the owners we were dismissed. All they cared about was taking our money.
Also make sure you don’t lock yourself out of your room after office hours because they demand cash on the spot to be let back into your room. Their site says they are open 24 hrs but they aren’t.
The bathroom had back mold, room was not cleaned properly and the previous guest had left a haft eaten burger in the fridge, so if that says anything about their cleaning routines. In addition, their were hairs in the bed and the sheets and towels had stains.
We stopped at this location because they are part of Choice Hotels but this hotel did not meet my expectations, it definitely failed as a Choice Hotel and I question how they can be a part of the Choice Franchise.

So glad they had a vacancy, and that the a/c was working. The room we had was tidy and every evening when we came back the beds were made and the room was tidy. Last day of our stay I spilled some lotion on the floor and cleaned it with a cloth, turning the cloth brown. Turned out the floors are not being cleaned at all. I was happy to be checking out that day cause I didn't want to know what other stuff hasn't been cleaned.

No ac in front bedroom. Ashtrays and cans out side of rooms. Smell lingers inside when window opened. Floor was dirty

Comes up in pet friendly searches when in fact the reception was much less then friendly regarding our 2 dogs. We went elsewhere.

Quite disappointing. TV is so far from the bed we almost needed binoculars. Several annoying flies disrupted our sleep. We are not at all happy

A nice basic hotel to stay in. Quiet in the evenings and close to all amenities! Breakfast in the morning is very basic but serves its purpose!

Stayed here a month ago. Very clean rooms and had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. Reasonable rates!

Not bad for the price. The biggest downfall was the pool, we specifically book the hotel because of the pool. It was ICE cold. Not even my 4 year old could get past that cold. So we went to the Vernon rec centre.
Front desk receptionist and staff are wonderful though!

The second worst hotel in Vernon the only one worse is the Polson motel. The same owners that used to own the Polson now own this hotel. The owners are very rude especially the guy I believe his name is Bill he's the most arrogant person you'll come acrossi. Do not stay in rooms 230 to 234 they have mice in them I've seen 3 or 4 mice the night we stayed there and we seen the mice run into room 233 when we had stayed in 234.

The location is great, however that was the only positive. They advertise as being 'pet friendly', but it's more like 'pet tolerant'. I found the front desk lady rude, as she treated us like we were going to trash the place. We paid in advance for 2 nights, with our dogs (including the 20 dollar fee per dog per night), then arrive to find that there will be tax on top of that, AND she wanted to pre-auth a $200 damage deposit. It took 5 days for that hold to come off. The room wasn't really even worth it. Don't stay here.

Location is good. Quiet, despite being on a busy street. Continental minimal, but satisfactory. Nice front desk staff-Jen.
