Went for a nice family fun night before arriving we were told pool was heated and there was a free breakfast. When we got there the pool was freezing and no one wanted to swim. Woke in the morning for breakfast and it was apple muffin and coffee in the lobby. Thats it. No water or juice. Nothing for my children. When we complained to the manager they didn't seem to care and nothing was done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We spent there two nights with my family. Great customer service, amazing breakfast and decent rooms. Considering the cost amazing place and we would definitely stay again if we have a way around. Cost includes gym, pool and hot tub. Read the reviews and had some hesitations but I’m glad we decided to give it a try. Some of the people expect to have a Hilton for a few bucks per night. Don’t let those reviews misguide you. Very nice place, friendly stuff willing to help us with anything what we needed.

Very bad dealing tonight trying to get a room to pay cash for my 85 year old mom and me her son 47 we use to stay here all the time no damage to any of the room on numerous stays shame on you guys for denying an old lady very disappointed and disgusted with econo lodge maybe you guys should change your name wish icould have left 0 stats for you very very very disappointed.still very disappointed in your response your warm regards should be looking out for elderly people very disgusting you didn't give us a room shame on you guys

Very good place to stay rooms are clean good variety for their Continental breakfast - great views of the mountains behind west Kelowna - if you have any kind of problem they are absolutely 100% for the clients (ours was a booking miss communication and they were absolutely great to work with in solving the problem) definitely would stay again and will recommend to my friends in Ontario

Way overpriced first of all. Rumoured to have bedbugs? ! Also treated evacuees of the fire horribly. Denied them a place to stay and refused to give them a refund.

This business turned away a family and their pet during their most vulnerable moment. Being displaced because of wildfire yet they are turned to the streets because of a pet? These people may have lost their home and this is how this company treats them! Wow. I’ll NEVER support this company and I will be sure to tell family and friends not to as well.

Nasty older lady up front is entirely too rude! Pretty certain they aren't getting return guest's. The cost is so jacked up for the most basic room it's bloody ridiculous. # touristseason.

Great location, close to downtown Kelowna. Rooms were just okay. Bathroom needs a major upgrade. The toilet in our room made puddles on the floor. Breakfast was just okay too. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location and that’s about it. Wasn’t that clean. There were hairs on my bed and the toilet seat cover didn’t close (toilet plume, gross!) The continental breakfast was disappointing.
Went for Mother’s Day weekend. Check in with the evening front desk was not friendly. They didn’t tell us we needed to request housekeeping when we checked in and didn’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience.
The morning front desk was nice. We asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour.
Won’t stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights at the end of August. It was the cheapest price that we could find around. Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. We booked double queen loft suite via the choice website. The room also had a sofa bed. For our family of four it was the perfect size with space for everyone. It would have been nice if the loft had an additional bathroom as we had experienced in other hotels - but not a deal breaker. Our room was motel style so our entrance was from outside although I saw some rooms were hotel style (enter from a hallway).

Every day we got ice for our coolers and they were in convenient locations - across from our room and beside the lobby. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which we went to once and it was pretty good. The hotel also has a fitness center but we did not use it. The breakfast was fairly basic with options for cereal, bread and bagels, ham and cheese, yogurt, apples, and boiled eggs. To drink you can get coffee, milk, apple and orange juices, and there was hot chocolate powder and tea bags as well. There also was a water dispenser which was convenient to fill all our water bottles for the day. The coffee in the lobby was better (keurig) so my wife got coffee from there every morning.

During our stay we decided not to get cleaning services and every few days we left our towels and garbage out to be collected and went to the lobby to get new towels, soap, and bags. We ran out of toothpaste on the 2nd last day so was able to get some from the hotel.

Our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had enough items for everyone and beats trying to find and buy breakfast. Pool and Fitness Centre are nice to have although they are situated away from some of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and we almost always choose Choice Hotels where ever we go.

The continental breakfast was really good. Lots of options. There is a hot tub and pool, and the hotel is within walking distance of downtown. Great all around.

Could not choose the option to add my cat when I booked online. I called to add the pet and was told there are no vacancies, but Ken the front lobby staff said he can figure something out when we arrive. When I arrived I was told our room that was booked online for $300 was not pet friendly. It's now past midnight and there are no more vacancies in any nearby hotels as its long weekend. His solution was to offer us an additional pet friendly room for $338. We paid for both rooms. Next day I called to speak with a supervisor (Brian) to ask if we could get a cheaper rate for that second room and I was told it's the "long weekend and it's supply and demand, this is how we make our money, any other weekend it would have been $99 a room". Considering we had already paid for the first room, and we were told there were no vacancies and suddenly that pet friendly room became available when we showed up and knowing no one was going to book it, they could have been kind and offered it at a lower price. Nice cash grab and not caring about a paying customer. We called to try to speak with supervisor before leaving this review, but Brian was very rushed, short, and unkind. Explains why it was the only hotel with vacancies on a long weekend. Do better.

Clean room, decent pool/hot tub. Breakfast is great. Downside is Breakfast and pool is a long walk away.

Oh boy, this place is so bad I had to leave a review from just the phone call I experienced, I haven’t even stayed here!

I called the front desk to ask a question before I booked my room for myself and 2 others and didn’t even get a hello how are you? Anyways after I asked my questions all he said was “nope, ” didn’t even bother to suggest some recommendations or anything at all, as soon as I realized he had poor customer service all I said was “ok thank you” and he hung up on me when I was still going to ask something else. It was max a 3 min phone call, didn’t even give me the time of day, at least I’ll be saving my money and my sanity consideration a lot of the reviews are bad along with their replies, they don’t care at all. -0/5

Staff Linda was worst, she spoiled our trip. We did the biggest mistake by reserving this hotel. If you are checking in at night never book this place. The staff at front desk during night shift is unprofessional and rude. If you like being humiliated then book this hotel and checkin during night hours.

Visited this place last month, the staff linda was at the reception, she had a very rude behavior, we had a very disappointing experience.

Went on a road trip with family and the beds were like sleeping on a piece of plywood, and the room had a funky smell to it. Was not a good night and had to go on the road tired and sore backs. We told the people there and all we got was a free night, great full for the free night but it didnt help with the beds. Other than that it was alright.

Worst, Lodge, Worst Customer service, We had a confirmed room booking for 30th June, So that me and my family including (Two toddlers) can Enjoy the Canada Day in Kelowna, we reached there around 11: 50 from Vancouver, The receptionist “Linda “was very rude, Told her we have a confirmed room, asked me for the credit card which unfortunately I left in the restaurant and they were closed, I showed her all my IDs which she confirmed and also gave my credit card info to hold the Card, but she insisted to have the Physical card, told her many times that I forgot at the nearby restaurant, we had all the debit cards even asked her to take More money for deposit until morning, but she end up cancelling our room,

** BEWARE SHE IS A RA.ist She in front of my accommodated a couple whose friend has booked a room but doesn’t have a key, she created a duplicate key without checking any ID and handed over to the Person, Room number was 434 booked on 30th June, IF OWNER WANTS HE CAN VERIFY, If I am lying, Camera recording is still there

** I begged I have come from Vancouver and I have toddlers with me, but she shouting on top her voice and threaten to call the SECURITY, I felt so humiliated in front of others and Could not take more and left and drove back to Vancouver in the middle of the night!

** STAY AWAY, If you have kids and If you’re Not white! They have different policy for different race! Read other reviews which says exactly the same about LINDA AND there Double standards

Great location for affordable price. The room was clean with breakfast included. Third time using this hotel.

Never book this hotel, the worst customer service by (Linda). It has become a nightmare for us by reserving this place.

If you wanted to spoiled your trip, then definitely this is best place.
The worst experience, I ever had in my life, specially the staff Linda. I reserved the hotel online and put my credit card online. We reached there around 12: 30Am. I forgot my Credit card by mistakenly but I had a picture of my credit card in my phone and I can pay through apple Pay. She said she need it physically. I said we can show you two photo id’s or we have cash and debit card, but she didn’t accept it. We request her many times, that you can put my credit card manually or I can show you my bank account and you can verify my credit card, but she refused. We said we have small children with us, instead of helping is, she yelled on us. All the hotels were booked during that night, we have to sleep in our car the whole night despite of reservation.
