I received a Twelve foot extension on my already existing twenty foot roof.
They did both jobs 2 years apart. I up graded my gutter to a full size cutter as well.
The workers did a great job on centering my posts around my hot tub and centering my sky lights over my hot tub.they took there time to make sure the job was right and went over the job they did 2 years ago to make sure everything was still good!
Iam very happy with there work!

We had them add a glass roof to our Pergola. They delivered on time and on budget. It was not an easy installation but they came up with a solution that worked well. They stand out as great communicators. We always knew what was happening with the project and what to expect. We would recommend that you give them a shot at your project.

We had a sun patio cover installed in 2021. We were initially happy with the cover but after about 6 months it became very clear that the installed rain gutters were not assessable to clean out as the are covered by the solid and glass canopy roof panels.also there was evidence of some caulking failure and the roof panels started to leak. These are clearly warranty issues and we have contacted Econowise numerous times with no repairs completed as of this date and they will not return our calls. We had a Econowise maintenance person come out approx one year ago to review the above warranty issues and agreed with our assessment of the warranty non-compliance and product failure. As mentioned this company will not return our warranty calls or come to our home and fix the warranty issues. We will not recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a sunroom, deck roof canopy etc. Buyer beware!

I have my deck roof put up by Economise a few weeks ago. At this early stage, after a few rainy days in between, I'm happy about the installation. Sybil showed up for the estimate promptly after contact, and was able to answer all my questions and also showed me samples of the roof components. Abraham's team carried out the installation smoothly and with a good level of attention to the details. The final price was in the middle range among the competing estimates that I had received.

So pleased with our new sun deck cover. Brenie was super helpful and had the quote to me the same night that she came out to the house. Installation was fast! Only 11 days after the quote the installers were here to do the job. They were friendly, polite, and had the job completed in just over 4 hours. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Econowise!

After interviewing five organizations, I decided to go with EconoWise for their friendly, professional, and honest approach. Sybil Loo was my project manager and her customer service skills are top notch. The scope of our project changed dramatically and she never bat eye, always communicating options and sharing updates that complimented our budget and timeline.

It's been five months since Sybil and her team worked their magic and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our patio is quite possibly our favorite space at our house. Whether it's morning coffee or a family BBQ, EconoWise helped transform our drab patio into an inviting space!

Good service, the deck built within one day and looks good.but another job they were failed to move my old cover up to the roof. And they still charged me the labor fee. And I think you should talk to me in advance if you can't do that. So I will just give 3 star.

Update to my previous review. Econowise addressed the issues I had with the installation crew that did the skylight removal job. Dan said he would do anything in his power to "Fix" the problem. We talked about my concerns and agreed on a price adjustment. He apologized on behalf of Econowise Sunrooms. I appreciated his effort to make amends. Thanks Dan.

I used EconoWise Sunrooms & Patio Covers for my initial Patio Cover in 2016 and was happy with their work. This year, I wanted to replace the skylights with regular aluminum panels. They removed the skylights and I noticed how dirty the channels were. Full of debris, algae and dirt. The crew installed the new panels but did not clean out the channels or T-bars. The next day, it rained and there was a leak in the new section. I called Econowise about the leak and the dirty channels and they said they would address those issues. The same crew came back 2 weeks later and repaired the leak but WOULD not clean the channels. The crew leader rudely stated to me that it was not dirt I saw but Black Caulk used in sealing the channels. I tried to tell him I went up a ladder and took pictures of the dirt and debris, but he flatly refused to listen to me and said he would NOT clean the channels and that I should phone his boss if I wanted it cleaned. My wife noticed that another crew member was laughing at the conversation that I was having with the lead hand. I felt disrespected and basically told I was a LIAR. Not Professional behaviour by any means! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless they clean up their act and get rid of rude and disrespectful employees! If they did their job properly, I would not be writing a negative review.

This company is far too busy, weeks lapse between returns of emails and or phone. I for one am helping them out and have taken my business elsewhere, I am sure they would appreciate you doing the same. Bernie customer service is not replying to intinal contact and then ignoring future correspondence. Re. It appears you are missinformed or you exclude the phone calls and emails through reception, how ironic that you mention you don't service my area after I've decided against your company. As for a venue of communicating seems to of worked a response in the same day of posting. Not so busy now. Do I need to post my inbox showing the actual dates I contacted your business. I see a theme with negative reviews.

We had our insulated cover with glass installed over our deck during the summer of 2020 and we love it! It’s helped keep our deck cool during the summer and keeps our deck dry during the fall/winter. It’s been great to able to go outside all year and not worry about getting rained on. We had 3 companies provide us quotes, Econowise’s price was in the middle. Sybil was wonderful explaining our options, patient with our questions, and showed us the insulated product that they offer which we liked much better than the regular aluminum covers. The insulated product is slightly more expensive but it looks nice and is easy to clean. The installers were professional and finished everything within the day. We've had the cover for almost 2 years and have no regrets of our purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. EconoWise's estimator came several times to help us dial-in our options. Once we agreed on a design and price, they did the job quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Currently waiting from last 5+ months to have them fix the leak and everytime I email them, I get a std response that you are still in queue. I am not sure how long would it take for them to take care of the warranty issues.

Econowise has supplied and installed two awnings for us in our back yard. The latest one just before Christmas.
Both awnings are working quite well for us.
The staff and installation crews have done a very professional and wonderful job.
We would recommend Econowise to any one that is looking at installing a patio or awning cover.

We had a beautiful deck cover installed by EconoWise about four years ago. Recently there was a small problem with a few panels slipping due to repeated heating and cooling allowing a bit water to leak onto the deck. Today a very professional crew inspected our deck cover and installed a flashing to prevent any more water from leaking. We couldn't be happier with the product and service from EconoWise. We would absolutely recommend EconoWise.

I had them replace the old worn-out vinyl decking and then a couple of weeks later they installed the patio cover. Fantastic work. The vinyl installer was very helpful with my questions and the patio cover team explained everything in detail before they started and when they were done. The end result is wonderful and is nicer than I expected.

from quotee to completion. It looks so good!

This is the worst customer experience / company experience we have ever received. We called the company to set up a quote to build us a sun room. They stated they would have an estimator contact us. Two weeks later - No call from estimator. Called back. A week later estimator called. Estimator arrived. We were not home but there was easy access to do approx.measurements while we spoke to her on the phone while at my house. She stated she would provide a quote by email that day. Two weeks later, no quote. Contacted the company again and they said they would re- contact the estimator. Two weeks later no contact. Called company again they could not recall who we were. After, the estimator called again said they needed to come out again. We asked the estimator Well, you were here, you did approximate measurements and said you would provide a quote that evening why no quote? No response to that only that they needed to come out again. It has been over two months now since original contact asking for a simple "ballpark quote". We told them we had two quotes by their competition with two weeks of contacting those companies. Estimator states you should probably go with them. Simply the worst. Recommend stay away!

We had 4 companies quote on this project. EconoWise was more expensive but they were more willing to listen to us and custom design exact what we asked for. Final product is fantastic and we got to meet the owner, she made sure we were happy, included a free upgraded downspout, and provided a contractor contact for another job we had. Sales process was fantastic and we were impressed with Sybil.

We ordered a roof for our deck. I was very satisfied with the product and service from start to finish. The sales associate who attended our house, Brenie, was very knowledgeable and offered good ideas about design and colours. The product was ready a week early and the installation team was prompt. I discussed the plan with the installers prior to any work being done and was happy knowing the job would be done the way I envisioned. A few hours later the roof was installed. Product looks fantastic, the material is good quality and the price was lower than what we expected to pay. We have recommended this company to a few of our neighbors.

Sybil and her team were fantastic building us a deck with a roof for our childcare program PJ Kids Club in West Vancouver. We needed new stairs to the back yard and a new fence between our home and our neighbour’s. Sybil Loo was more helpful than we could have imagined. She offered lots of information about the construction and products on offer; but we also preferred that the fence be made from bamboo, which they did not offer. Undeterred, and even though we would have settled for something else, Sybil set out to find someone who specialized in bamboo fences. Her quest was rewarded and we now have a gorgeous bamboo fence and beautiful back stairs that have transformed our back garden. Communication, responsiveness, quality were excellent; the entire Econo-wise team was a delight.

Excellent service and great quality! We worked with Brenie for our custom deck cover and she was so knowledgeable and professional. Communication was quick and easy. Workmanship for the install was great too. We're very happy with our deck cover. We got an all glass cover with grey tinted glass to share from the direct sun and to be able to use our deck year-round. Love it!

Our new patio cover looks great. We did have some trouble with the quote, our estimator had not realized that she should have charged more for the removal of our old cover. Once we saw how difficult it was for the installers to remove it the increased quote made sense. The old patio cover had alot of tiny stones that i now have to seive out of my garden, i wish the installers had not put the stuff in my garden.they should have put it on the patio stones where the stones could have been swept up. Very nice installers and they did a good job. I would recommend Econowise Sunrooms.

Breni came out and gave us a plan and quote for what we were looking for. She understood our needs and figured it out perfect. We were very pleased with the price. The installing was clean, smooth and PERFECT! The cover keep all the winter snow off, the rain out perfectly into the gutters and creates a soothing sound. Her suggestion made it just right. We are very happy with the whole process and this company. Highly recommend!

Brenie is very professional and kind, she took the time to come to my house for a quote, and in detail explained the price break down and options for building the patio cover. Once we settled on the design we wanted, only 2 days later the patio cover was installed and the build quality is extremely good. Very impressed. Would highly recommend. These are not your cheap, built without warranty patio covers.they have a 10 year defect warranty and 3 year workmanship, and the same competitive prices other companies are offering. Our project has been a nightmare as I am sure most of you can imagine. Over promise and under deliver is the mantra of a lot of people whose only task is to do their job professionally, timely and with care.

It was a relief to deal with people that do just that.

Everything was as promised OR even better. The respect that the mystery stair mam, John and his guys, gave to our home was incredible. No left over mess, no guess work, no fuss, a complete professional job.
