I'll never forget how responsive, professional and understanding the whole Ecotech team was when I desperately needed help. They came to deal with my basement flood at 2 am, (called around but was told to wait until the morning) assessed the situation, walked me through the process and started working right away. The workers left the site at around 10 am and only after the place was cleaned up and disinfected. The insurance claim process was a bit lengthy, but the company made sure that I was informed every step of the way. The reconstruction went smoothly and I'm very happy with the outcome. Flawless! I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who cares about being treated fairly.

Super easy to contact, had their water damage restoration service recently. Professionals were great and made their quick reach. We had a severe water damage due to severe roof leak. We had a large amount of water damage in our kitchen requiring restoration work and ultimately a renovation. Ecotech responded quickly to assess the damage and initiated a plan. A manager “alex” over charged me incredibly. This while I was in the hospital with my wife while she was giving birth. So instead of spending time with her I had to make phone calls to organize his crews for him to work as he got sick. So his job became my job while I’m trying to be new daddy and now they want to take me to court, as I refused to pay their full price, I’ll never get that time back.and now their manager keeps calling my wife to intimidate her. She had my number.

Lol now they have posted lies that I didn't have to help them and that I’m just after a discount even after they messed up so bad they still can’t admit they were wrong and they made my life hell but like a gentle men I offered they a way out which was that I wouldn’t pay for they inability to manage the crew, or show up to work on time. It means I’m right that they are trying to lie and defend them selves

I want to thank Ecotech, and the staff for all their hard work. And for responding so quickly. It was nice to feel like we were taken care of and knew how to handle the difficult task.

These guys are amazing! They are upfront, courteous, and always on time! They removed the mold from our home with such professional expertise, that I can't sing their praises enough to do them justice! If you have need of this kind of service, call them!

We contacted them to restore our house that was destroyed by fire. After the fire dept left, the place smelled of heavy smoke and it was just a mess. I called them and set up an appointment. I was really impressed with the initial appointment and the work completed.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great! Recommended 100%

Very efficient, but hard to get a hold of. They have our stuff, trying to get it. There storage rate are so high.
