Very happy with the head massage, deep conditioning, hair cut and style. Staff were professional, did a great job, and the salon is comfortable and bright.

Nice, calming space. Neck warmers were a welcome addition. We will return for more treatments.
I'd suggest having hooks or such fir coats and purses.
The estheticians were friendly and kind.

Fantastic experience. I went for a pedi and my feet feel heavenly afterwards. The women who did mine and my friends feet were very friendly and did a fantastic job.

I’ve been having a rough time with my skin and went into eden street looking for a specific product. I entered the spa feeling fairly deflated about what I had been going through. I don’t know where the woman at the front desk came from, probably heaven, but she so kindly and quickly fit me in for a treatment and before I knew it I was feeling like a queen. So much that I may have shed a tear or two. I thanked her in person, but again, THANK YOU. It’s these small, thoughtful gestures that make the biggest difference.

I've been a faithful client of Eden Spa ever since I moved to Campbell River almost ten years ago. I've had wonderful service from all of the clinicians who have worked on me over the years. Just to give a shout out to a few very special people: Jason, registered massage therapist extraordinaire who leaves me floating on air every time and has helped me be pain-free from my scoliosis through monthly massages; lovely Sheila, who has perfected sugaring and threading and who gives me surprising excellent brows given what little I have for her to work with; beautiful Alexis who is a wonderfully skilled aesthetician; and Melanie, who really understands hair and gives great cuts. These are just a few of the amazing staff at Eden Spa. The front office employees are friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. And, the person who makes it all happen at Eden Spa is the amazing owner, Candace! I can't say enough good things about Eden Spa

I had my hair done months ago at Eden Street Spa. Although the ladies were all very nice and the environment is welcoming; my hair was left not so happy. It was super dry, frizzy and had so much breakage but I am not one to complain however, so just let it go.

After months of baby’ing my hair to a somewhat healthier state; I went to a different salon and myself and stylist were super shocked at all the banding and unevenness (I never noticed because I can’t see the back of my head under layers) I’m super embarrassed I walked around with hair looking like that and didn’t even know.

I am not saying don’t go here - but I would really check your hair thoroughly before leaving.

Went for a mani/pedi at Eden Street yesterday, my appointments were with Alexis. I left quite unhappy with my manicure, I don't know if she is new to using Gel polish, but my manicure took far too long, and my nails/cuticles look terrible. She was clearly having some problems with the polish and instead of admitting that and asking me to choose a new colour, she kept painting and removing the same nails. I would have stayed and asked her to continue to try and fix it, but I had already been there for 3 hours, far too long for a mani/pedi that was hardly relaxing or worth the money.

Wonderful salon. The people are expert and kind. We leave relaxed and looking better. They listen to what I want and help me be my best.

I have had massages all over the world and I can honestly say Tammy’s hot stone massage was the very best I have ever had. It is a top shelf spa from booking to service end. I love the outdoor environment, and it is in a beautiful location (with well manicured lawns, greenery and landscaping). Sheila and Binny are wonderful estheticians that are adapting to changing practices seamlessly (ie: sugaring). I love my experiences at Eden Street. I can only describe my visit in one word-Awesome! I came in for a hairstyle with Carlee and left with an incredible hair cut and style. It is so nice to go to a Salon that is not only beautiful but the staff are lovely and project a genuine kindness from the moment you walk through the door. You definitely feel pampered and relaxed in their atmosphere.

I have been going to Eden for the past 15 years for relief of knots in my shoulder area from swimming lengths. Having been to many other spa's They are the only place in town there theristists can really give a great deep tissue massage.

Had an issue with my first cut and they recognized the problem and had me back in right away to fix it with another stylist. They made me feel comfortable coming back and were very helpful. It was fixed by Carlee who listened to exactly what I wanted and made extra sure that I was happy before I left. The salon is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied!

The rating I have given is mainly for an incident I got upset with. I was very unhappy with the behavior of an employee there. Her name is Candice. She is very rude. She treats very badly. This incident has happened with my friend too.other employees are very nice there except this lady.

The owner Candice is not a professional person. She doesn't know how to handle customers. If I am not willing to do a service on a date which was booked and I called for cancellation she was very rude to me.she doesn't know how to talk. Being an owner you should maximum try to handle customer rather than being rude to them.
Sheila is a very good gentlewoman.she offers good service.

Went to Eden street for the first time last Friday for a pedicure with my bestie and we both cannot say enough great things about our visit!
The 2 women helping us, Hilary and Andie, were spectacular! They were friendly, welcoming, warm and funny. It was like hanging out with a group of girlfriends! Such a stark contrast to some other spas I've visited in the area that can make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them by being there. Not only was the service fantastic from start to finish but the value for the money was amazing! I cannot recommend Eden Street Salon and Day Spa enough! Will be back soon!

The spa is also "on trend" they have just recently converted to "sugaring" instead of waxing, a great natural, gentle way for hair removal.
