Excellent service! My car's battery was no longer reliable, so I got it replaced under their pro-rated warranty. The staff is honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. The after-service was good. I had a problem starting up my car after I arrived home, and the staff helped me troubleshoot and get it re-started over the phone based on what I described. Thank you!

As a boater, I have a lot of battery needs. No one does it better than Edmonds. Today, it was a car battery. Priced right and excellent service including help when I installed it. I wouldn't buy a battery anywhere else.

Went in for a simple battery test. Quick, efficient and best of all HONEST! My battery was fine and he told me so.

Purchased a new battery recently. The gentleman Josh (if I'm not mistaken) helped me out. Very down-to-earth, genuine and honest guy. Got a good deal on the car battery as well.not sure what they did with the old one tho? Other employee working there was very customer service oriented and friendly over the phone.didn't catch his name.

Just purchased my 3rd battery from the Burnaby Location. I will never shop anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff, fast service competitive prices and the one they replaced in my old Jeep lasted over 7 years.

My 20 year old son needed a battery for his 2015 Toyota Corolla and my husband suggested that I go to Edmonds Batteries in Burnaby. I read the reviews on-lines and I came across Jessy’s name. I called and talked to Jessy and after talking to Jessy I can tell that I’m in good hands. I brought the car in and within less than 10 minutes problem is solved. Pardon me for the very late post. Last December, I have purchased a brand new battery from Edmonds at a very fair price. It came with an efficient and courteous installation service.

Almost a year since I had the battery, the car still starts instantaneously and effortlessly. With their included six-year warranty, I can very well believe that this battery will last for at least that long.

I will not hesitate to send people your way, should they require advice about automotive or other lead-acid batteries, or if they require to purchase one.

Bought a battery for my Harley. Got a quality battery for much less than on line with great service.

I was here May the 6th 2019 when I got a replacement battery for my Chevrolet Uplander.the battery wasn't holding a charge so I came back today January 20th 2020. This place has a battery warranty which is amazing and I would come here over a big box store.

I was told over the phone in plain English that I could bring a battery purchased elsewhere and have it swapped here. Took precious time off work only to get told when I got there that they wouldn't swap the battery unless I bought one from them. These people are professional time wasters. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Took my old car in today. No wait. Jeff tested the battery and said it was working fine. Great service. No charge.

Came here today to do a battery test for my motorcycle. No appointments. Quick with little to none wait time. Honest technician who shared his fair opinion for the condition of my battery. Advised to consider to replace it next instead as it is close to the end of the riding season now. Would have give it 5 stars if I bought battery this year.
