These guys are legit. I needed a minor repair on my battery connection and they helped me out with no charge. We will be back when the battery needs replacing!

Hi, recently contacted the abbotsford division of Edmonds, spoke with Cody whom greatly helped with a serious problem we were having with our 2007 cougar rv and its battery system.
Also, Rohat And Matt from langley branch, not only did they sove the problem they were experienced, knowledgeable, and reduced my stress. My problems fixed.

Have purchased batteries from Edmonds for many years.last few years the battery quality has been very poor, only lasting 1-4 yrs.

I Got a new battery at Edmunds in Abbotsford. Cole did an outstanding job. He was courteous, informative and very professional.

These guys are the best! Especially Cody, he was awesome. They got me in right away, and was out of the door within 10 mins! Definitely recommend.

I went in with corroded terminals, not sure if that was the problem, or if I needed a new battery. After testing the battery, they told me it was fine, just needed cleaning. I believe the young man who helped me was Cole. He proceeded to clean up the corrosion, at no charge! AMAZING customer service very professional and pleasant guys. I will be returning to Edmonds battery for future needs.

The staff were more than helpful knowledgeable and courtious good prices and great selection and thanks very much to Luke for letting me know the trick to get my car started after replacing the battery. Step on the brake pedal like He-man

Awesome service and great pricing. Bary was helping me out in the morning and he's just so nice and helpful. I would totally recommend them if you're stuck in town. My tow guy even recommended me to come here. So when you're stuck with a dead battery, get your car boosted up with a towing company, BCAA, etc, and drive your car to Edmonds Battery on South Fraser. They'll take care of ya!

This morning I was having trouble starting my vehicle and I brought it into Edmonds Batteries in Abbotsford. Cody checked out the battery and found that the battery itself was fine just a loose battery connection. Cody added a shim and tightened it up. Thanks Cody awesome, prompt service. I will be back for any of my battery needs. Oh and to add, there was no charge for this service.

Amazing customer service I called needing a new battery and he said to bring in a picture with a model number and he went above and beyond and called someone to figure it out I got the battery for a good price and it works great I didn't catch his name but he was working today thank you very much.

Service is amazing. I was recommended by a close friend and they said these guys would help me, and they went above and beyond by fixing my issue for free. I tried to leave a tip and they would not accept it, instead asked for me to leave a review. Not only am I happy to do so, but I hope next time they charge me because I want to help businesses like this thrive.

They say on their website that they have the 70’s mentality in terms on customer service, well I confirm it is the case! I have been helped by Cody and even thought it was a really busy Saturday for him I, I am more than satisfied with the service I received. He was really helpful and I highly recommend the shop in general, you can telll they are not focused on selling the most they can but that they genuinely want to help you!

Personable, expert service! Brandon and Lorenzo were so kind and put me at ease immediately. A friend of mine recommended Edmonds Batteries after my car randomly stalled, and I was desperate to figure out the issue right away. They were able to see me as soon as I called and were so friendly and helpful. I was dreading an expensive fix, but Brandon determined it was my battery and was able to replace it immediately for me at a lower cost than anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Wow! I didn’t look at reviews before going in. I now see they are almost all 5 stars for good reason. I simply chose to go here for location. I was in and out with a new battery installed in under 10 minutes. Problem was clearly explained and diagnosed. Replacement battery warranty and price is excellent. Thanks guys I would highly recommend Edmonds.

I came in and was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. My battery and alternator was tested. Staff then replaced my struggling battery with a new one in approximately 15 minutes. Keep up the good service!

Went in to get a new battery for my motorcycle. Brought my old battery with me for a part number and within 5 minutes they checked to make sure it’s dead (which it was) and had a new one ready for me.

This store discriminates against physically handicapped people and violate the bc Human Resources act. Staff are rude and condescending.

Fast and up front about what you need. We've purchased our last two batteries from the team here. I called ahead and they had the ones I needed already pulled and I was in and out in minutes. And the real testament to their commitment to service is a longer story so I will say that in the end, today, I'm amazed at the level of service and how they stand by their products. If you need a battery, just go there.

Friendly knowledgeable service. Won't sell you something you don't need. I took my car to Edmonds, thought the battery was dying. They tested my car battery (for free) and told me it was fine and I didn't need to replace it. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this business.

I was having starting issues the last few days in my 2011 ford Escape so i took into edmonds and the fellow at the counter was super nice he tested my battery and said it was toast.these guys have good customer service and prices aswell they had me back on the road in 15 minutes even istalled my new battery on the spot its hard getting service like this now days.if you have any battery issues go to these guys you wont regret it i give them 5 stars.

Thank you everyone at edmonds batteries. Not only did they get me in right away but the were friendly, professional and had me out the door in minutes! Unbelievable service! I should also mention that it was $75-90 cheaper than anywhere else that I called. Thank you again guys, my trip to Kelowna will be a little less stressful now!

Talk about customer service. I suspected a problem with the battery in my pick up truck. I called the Abbotsford store and spoke to Cody and Luke. They gave me suggestions, I came into the shop, they checked the battery condition, confirmed my suspicions. Removed and replaced my battery with a new one and serviced the terminal connections. When they presented the bill i was completely satisfied and was on my way in no time at all. I would recommend them totally, Luke was great.

Went there a few weeks ago looking for some button batteries we couldnt find elsewhere. In moment the owner had them in front of us. The price was was less than ecpected and the service was top notch!

I was most impressed with the advise offered and the manner in which the sales person it was presented, he was engaging and took the time to ensure that I understood the information requested. As well he invited me back at any time to review further questions.

I have purchased batteries from Edmonds in the past and will continue to do so for all my battery needs now and in the future. Especially after my purchase and installation from them today at the abbotsford location.

My 4 1/2 year old car was towed into the dealership from where I purchased the car as I have extended warranty. After having my car for 9 hours they finally tell me that my battery needs to be replaced. Of course this is not covered, nor is the diagnostic fee, under the warranty. So they tell me it will be $750 plus taxes to replace the 4 year old battery. I told them I wasn’t going to pay that ridiculous amount for a battery, that I would go elsewhere. They claim the battery alone is over $500. Ya right! And they also tried to tell me that other places probably won’t have the right battery and how I have to be very careful with going somewhere else LOL So I called Edmonds because I had a great experience with them a few times with some of my other vehicles. They had the right one in stock for a fraction of the cost and to come on down without an appointment and they will install for me right away. So I picked my car up from the dealership, Jeep Chrysler at the abbotsford automall, and they try to tell me my car isn’t drivable LOL so I told him it just needs a jump start and then I can drive it. I was smart enough to bring someone with me that had cables so I could help myself. I am not a fan at all of the dealership and the service I received.

I really appreciate that I can trust the staff at Edmonds Battery. They are not going to try and use a number of tactics to try and scare you into buying something that is heavily overpriced. I was in and out of the shop, I think, within 15 mins. When it took the dealership 9 hrs just to diagnose.

I will never go anywhere else for any battery needs I might have. I will also highly recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Had the best deals in town I wish I bought here first even if I bought a garbage Armada scooter these Batteries were top notch and made the sale of the scooter so I could get rid of it thanks guys for stepping up and helping me. On a note never buy from Century batteries they are crooks and scam artists deal with these guys they are pro's.
