Edmonds Pharmacy

Just went through a surgery, and the doctor prescribed me a compound medication that I would need immediately for the postoperative care. This pharmacy is willing to rush it for me to make it, while other pharmacy stores are telling me I won’t be getting it for a few days which is not good for my healing. 5 stars for true patient care and compassion.

Reliable, professional, and compassionate service. Emailed an urgent request for medication dispensing and home administration for my grandfather after a negative experience with another pharmacy on short notice. I got a call early the next day from Michele. She was very patient, kind, and accommodating. They were able to set up a home visit for my grandfather that night. He is now able to get his medications at home and BP taken twice daily. I highly recommend their service if you or your loved one needs reliable medication dispensing and deliveries.

Last month my Dr.sent 2 of my prescriptions to this pharmacy, they only gave me 1, last week I was running out of the one they didn’t give me. I asked on their website to give me a 2 week refill until my next Dr.appointment (they didn’t answer). Today my Doctor told me that last month she send the refill for 3 months. Edmonds pharmacy decided I would be ok without my medication.

Very rude and inconsiderate staff. I was inside the pharmacy before 8 pm and just got delayed in submitting the medicine at the counter by 5 mins, the staff said they closed the cash register, and refused to give me the medicines. When we said its urgent they rudely replied that we can get it from another pharmacy.

I’ve used this pharmacy for more than 10 years and never had any issues. The previous owners and front end staff were amazing. This pharmacy was taken over by new owners/staff and the service is terribly disappointing.

The staff's dedication to helping customers understand and compare different medications is truly commendable. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to address my concerns and providing valuable insights. It's refreshing to find a pharmacy that genuinely cares about their customers' well-being.

Very helpfully and undeniably good people at this pharmacy. They will always go to extra length to make sure that you receive the proper medication. Thank you Azam for always a true inspiration to everyone in our difficult sick times. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy to anyone for any kind of medication issues

Very understanding, lost a few receipts, no issues to reprint

I used to come here often and I always thought supporting smaller pharmacies was a better choice than big chain pharmacies. I was proven wrong. I ran out of 3-ply masks and thought about picking up a pack of 50. Everywhere else they go for about 15.99 to 17.99 a box but for some reason this place charges double. If they're going to price gouge, at least put a price sticker or a sign and let the customer decide if they want it or not. I'll be going back to the big chain stores from now on. When I asked for the manager's business card I noticed that they use a GMAIL email account for contact. It makes me wonder if they cut costs from having a proper domain email account for their business, where else could they be cutting costs from. Anyways, I've reported to the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.

I refilled my first prescription compression stocking here last year, so I tried to refill it this year in the same place. Two months later after 8 visits back and forth in Edmonds Pharmacy, I ended up get my compression stocking in SHOPPER DRUG MART right after the 8th visit with nothing in Edmonds Pharmacy.
Absolutely, Edmonds Pharmacy is a joke and not reliable. It is a ridiculous experience for me. I will not walk in Edmonds Pharmacy anymore from now on. I doubted whether they really have someone specially work for the sales of compression stocking. On October, I walked in at 9am, and the staff told me to come in after 10am. I visited after 10am next time, and the staff asked me to come in after 12pm because the lady started at 12pm. The third visit at 2pm, the staff told me they were too busy and I might have to wait for a long time and advised me to come back next time. The fourth visit on November, the staff said that the staff did not come and asked me to come in other days. Hilariously, on December 26, my 8th visits to this pharmacy about refilling my compression stockings, the staff still suggested me to come back next time because the person could not make it today. I fed up with the lies and visits, I told them " I will not come back anymore, I will get it somewhere else. " The staff said, " good luck. " LOL, I got her blessing and had my compression stocking refilled in SHOPPER DRUG MART right after the forever last visit in Edmonds Pharmacy. If I walked in Shopper Drug Mart on October, I have been wearing my new socks for more than two months. Choose a good credit pharmacy is a must. No more Edmonds Pharmacy in my life.

Was regularly visiting this pharmacy with a regular prescription. This time the lady at the counter was rude and didn't accept the year long prescription as she needed print out. This was a monthly regular eye drops.

Extremely helpful staff. Even though it was rush hour the assistants did everything they could to meet my needs. The pharmacist was incredibly modest and down to earth. I would advise anyone who needs over-the-counter medication to go to this pharmacy.

Every time we go to this pharmacy, we have problems and just today profound disappoint. They have wasted hours of our time by not doing what they say they are going to do and blaming suppliers for their incompetence. This business is a very small, cramped, poorly managed pharmacy. They should just close down and save the public from getting grief. We say this from experience.

Look, folks, there are much more professional pharmacies out there that are not as overpriced with better staff, organization and service. We will never go to Edmonds Pharmacy again, as today was the last straw.

We went to Shoppers after our botched experience today and got our Shingrix shots at lower prices in 20 minutes. Not hours of nothing.

Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. A very small store with little selection but the service is excellent.

I had very bad experience for this Clinic! Very bad staff! So Rude! My husband had an appointment for the booster dose and she cancelled the vaccine saying stupid reason five minutes delayed, no one lineup there, she even doesn’t know how to respect people how come she can work in pharmacy. I will actually report them to get vaccinated bc. Highly recommend don’t go to this pharmacy! !
