Dr mann always gives the most resonable prices to his patients.my dog has bad diarrhea on and off for weeks.it got so serious last night.i have to take him to the vet today.honestly，it is very costly to live a life if you have a pet/ kids in vancouver. However dr mann's price is so reasonable also come with the great result. Thank you so much dr mann

The vet did not even take the time to check my dog, only with the information that we gave to front desk. We wanted him to check a lump and without finding it he said he was sure he was Cancer and had to remove a piece of skin without even doing tests to be sure what it is. Also he wanted to remove the lump and spay the next day and that would be around $1500. We decided to seek a second opinion. Thank you but NO thank you.

I took my cat to this clinic a while back, but forgot to post a review. He was in severe pain, hiding and growling, had no clue what was wrong. He was able to be seen quickly and in the evening. The doctor let us know he was blocked (urinary), was very kind about our decisions for treatments, and very transparent about prices and treatment options. Prices were very reasonable and the doctor is very kind. He stayed overnight and was completely healed by the next day and back to his normal self. My dad used to regularly buy food from here and the doctor always greeted him and asked about my cat - he is a kind and good person who cares about your pet. The only reason I don't come her anymore is because I now work at a different vet clinic, but always recommend this one to clients when we are fully booked. Another thing I'll add, from my experience working at a vet clinic, is not to trust all low reviews and take them with a grain of salt - most of the time the client is frustrated due to prices or situations but the medical advice, treatments and diagnostics are necessary to be recommended and communicated to the client. Anyways, thank you to this clinic and the team!

My experience here has been great. After my cat did some vomiting, I brought him in for the first time and he and his vet assistant has been patient. They were considerate of my cat and took all measures to check and determined that he has a fever. After a couple of IV fluids, he's now healthier and energetic and I'm thankful for that.

I visited clinic on Thursday for vaccines. Dr Mann was very professional and he is a down to earth person. My dog was breathing heavily just now, so I phoned dr Mann at 11: 30 pm on July 1st.he still there and answered my phone call. I was thinking maybe the dog has other reactions after vaccinated. (He has allergies for rabbin.) it turns out the dog was pretending to be sick…. Thank you very much dr Mann for your help at almost midnight on July 1st! I’m very appreciated.

Brought my 11 week puppy here for her second round of shots everyone was so nice and friendly! She had a great experience doctor was very throughout and I felt assured.

I really liked this clinic and the first time the female receptionist/ helper was rude to me I let it go and chalked it up as an off day. But yesterday when I called to verify how much Spaying my cat would be ($350) because i was recommended by friends that it’s half that price at many others. I was told “yes it’s $350. Dr. Mann said if you can find it for cheaper you can just go there cause this is what it is here. ” It was so rude. Just confirm your price and that’s it. I even said before I’m not looking to price match when she acted like that’s why I was calling. Telling my I can just go elsewhere…. No problem, I will. Not based on price but based on your bad attitude.

If you have to go ask the doctor how much spaying a cat would be every time rather than just having a price list…. That’s looks shady. Maybe it’s not, but you make it appear that way. Spaying is spaying. I’m sure I’m not the first person to ask how much so the fact there is no set price list is weird.

Dr. Maan is wonderful- always nice, professional, and honest. The first time we visited him was when another vet failed to treat my dog properly. Dr. Maan gave him a shot and some meds and within just a few days everything cleared up. In my experience, Dr. Maan has never pushed unnecessary treatments or procedures as other vets had to profit. He now treats both my dog and cat and has for years. Highly recommend.

Dr Mann is very nice and thorough. I appreciate he explains everything clearly. My puppy got his shots and neutered here. Very happy with the experience and price. The reception staff are super friendly and clearly everyone here loves animals. I would recommend.

Horrible experience.long story but i suggest you go somewhere else if you truly care about your pet. Would NEVER bring my dog back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE, HE KILLED MY KITTEN, PLEASE READ AND DO NOT RISK! It was suggested to me by a friend to take my Kitten here, my friend is a dog owner only.so maybe he's good with dogs.my baby was only 4 months old when she got a kitten cold, he suggested antibiotics that we did and she was still sneezing after occasionally. Dr.mann then suggested she get spayed early as she would have an easier recovery.so I took his advice, when I dropped her off he said she was good to undergo surgery. He called me a couple hours later and said "the cat died" but claimed the surgery went great. When I went in he said there was fluid in the oxygen tube when they went to check if she was breathing on her own after surgery and that this would be due to fluid in her lungs.but that her lungs sounded fine before surgery. When I read the death documentation he noted "slight congestion" under the lung section. I have asked another vet they said he shouldnt have performed surgery if she was sick and he knew, which she was and he knew but ignored. She was 3.8 lbs. HE KILLED MY BABY DONT GO THERE PLEASE.it has been confirmed by another vet he was negligent and to report him. I am reporting him to hopefully get his license stripped, upon reading through reviews I have read a few other animals have died unexpectedly. A cat should not die under spay surgery and if he had not suggested spay so early and while she was sick I wouldn't have risked it. He assured me she was fine.he must not have monitored her during surgery properly. The vet assistant also hadn't slept the night before as I heard her talking about it. Olivia the other vet assistant however is fantastic. I will never go here again.

Dr. Mann is very professional, skilled and gentle with our dogs. We really appreciate his calm demeanor and expertise. Prices are very fair, and all the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been going here for years now. Even though we move out from Burnaby when my dog needs medical attention or advice this the place we are most comfortable with. Knowing that my dog's health is in good hands. Affordable service fees as well.

Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Mann is a thinker, so do not be put off by his silence. He listens rather than doing a lot of talking. Prices are very reasonable.

At first, I wasn't the biggest fan of this vet. Teetering around to different vets in the area ultimately to come back and recognize I was making a mistake. This vet cares, he has given me proper advice and always done my cat right and proper.

We have been visiting this place for the past couple years. Recently we have to take our cat here because he was vomiting. Dr. Mann was nice and patience with all our questions. Overall a pleasant experience and the price was reasonable.

My dogs have been getting their shots with Dr. Maan for the last 2 years with no complaints. Last month my dog got sick and we were really scared but Dr. Maan was great. He didn't recommend thousands of exams like another vet has done to us in the past. He treated our dog really well and was super attentive during our two visits, seeing us both times after hours.
