They changed their ramen. Hard to tell if the new recipe is any good because the noodles were prob sitting in the broth for 30 mins before they served it, so the noodles were soggy, and the broth was thick and cloudy. Dissapointing.: (

Got my husband to order me a chicken Yakisoba, got home 30 minutes later after running an errand and opened the bag to find chicken and rice. So sent the husband back and they refused to fix thier mistake. Never gave or offered my husband a receipt when he first arrived. Worst edo chain restaurant I've ever been to.

Came for the boba but didnt like the brown sugar tea, its mostly milk and you get an aftertaste of tea, not much flavor until you get a hit of sweetness. Not what I expected for its boba, you might like it if you are a milk person.hopefully they get more flavors

Ordered over the phone and the guy I spoke to seemed helpful, but he was so quick and didn't let me finish saying and asking what I meant to and before I knew it he said 'see you soon' and hung up. I was left thinking, what just happened, lol.
I ordered sushi, and the rolls were smaller than any other place I have ever bought sushi from before. It didn't taste fresh, but at first I felt like it was OK. After a few more bites something tasted off and I noticed something inside the sushi must have gone bad as it tasted moldy. So I spit it out and had another one, and that one tasted moldy as well. There were at least 4 that I spit out from my small order. Not worth the money, and there are most definitely way better options in town!

Not bad Japanese for the Okanagan Valley. If there are better / more authentic options I'd go for those but when you're in Westbank there is not a great variety of good Japanese restaurants.

Not up to par.portions of chicken get smaller and smaller.ordered the teriyaki chicken, where's the chicken? Tons of rice not much else.

The food was hot and very fresh. Their teriyaki sauce is authentic and delicious. We were tired and the service take out was very fast. Would definitely recommend this for take out Japanese food.

Love love love Edo! This one has smiling staff, and fast service everytime. Food is always exactly what I expect and tastes freaking delicious!

Love the food here, eating at least twice a week and the service is excellent and the staff feels like family. Clint is like a brother, highly recommend this Edos in Westbank as I have been coming here for over a decade now!

Amazing customer service, they accommodated our veganism well on the road and needed food, they were very careful to read everything and make sure my son and I were looked after. I’m very happy and impressed

I'd rate it 4 stars if it was cheaper. For food that's not even authentic, I think they charge a bit pricey. Everything is pretty much the same flavor.

Food was great and good size portion. We stopped randomly while driving by, but it was noticable that the guy behind the counter knew almost everyone who came in and they all knew him by name. Super friendly and really helpful. It was impressive.

Just ordered 4 kids meals for my family and the meal boxes were 3/4s empty with just a skiff of rice at the bottom. Also we were told that kids meals do not come with mushrooms apparently those are extra at this location. We buy the same thing at the mall location and the container is at least half full with rice and more. The workers refused to put more rice in the container because of corporate policy. Rice. The cheapest thing on the menu! And no manager to complain to coincidentally. Terrible.

Update: I just received a response from the owner blaming the mall Edo for going against corporate policy and serving more white rice! Sorry Edo West Kelowna but the weights of the dishes that you say your franchiser dictates you serve is not worth the price, and feel free to share this post with them. I can only assume that the mail location has figured this out because of the competition they have in the food court and decided to adjust their servings accordingly, based on your weight numbers. But frankly, I have eaten at many many many Edo locations throughout Canada and if what you are saying is true as far as requirements in weight from Edo corp.than every other location I have been to does not adhere to that policy, apparently only yours does! And seriously, telling me that I am taking from your family and staff when I ask for another scoop of white rice? Oh the drama.

Edo was busy for a Saturday evening. We were in a hurry but wanted healthy fast food. Food was fresh, fast and tasty. Staff were friendly and polite

Excellent Japanese fast food! Soo glad they exist! Quality tops everywhere. Great soups and sushi
