Even if this hidden Sushi place is in a foodcourt but I will say it's the best Sushi what I had in the North Shore.

Disappointed! Was better before. Now the teriyaki sauce is watery. No flavour! (Had a bunch of liquid at the bottom of my container, the sauce use to be thick) the noodles weren’t great, you can’t get the normal veggies with the noodles anymore. The veggies they give you with the noodles are horrible and the veggies were not cooked at all.

This store was great except for being racists. So basically what happened is, when someone was picking their food, I think that person picked up the wrong one, the chef said « oh excuse me it’s wrong one » and I accidentally picked wrong one too, that chef litterally yelled at me creepy, he was like « uh! HEY!  »is it a good idea to yell at the costumers and racism to people? And now I can’t just stop thinking about it. I mean why do they be so racist. I would rather just eat with another store. Please don’t buy a food here. I do NOT like as a personal. Im never EVER going to go there. I hope you guys notices some respects for everyone.

Edo used to be one of my go to spots, they’ve completely change their food, they have no more steam fried vegetables and instead they have raw carrots cucumbers and edamame beans. Absolutely gross. They changed the recipe for the teriyaki sauce also that was their signature. So disappointing because I used to love their food. Now I’ll never be back.

Guess you gotta yell at them to understand a food order second time they messed up my order getting frustrating dont think i will be returning here again until staff step it up.

The lady who took the order was loud unnecessarily, the guy who was preparing the order was rude, the quantity of chicken was much lesser than usual, when I pointed that to him he was very rude, he laughed out loud and said something to his co-worker, I took my food and left. Disappointing experience!

The guy keeps touching his phone while cooking. Didn't even know that there is a sink behind him to wash his hands. Bland and overcooked dry proteins. DISGUSTING.

Wrong order received EDO Capilano Mall. I walked in feb 7 2020 i ordered and paid for2 noodleful bowls Chicken w/ Prawn. I get home the prawns were missing from both bowls. Annoying and never fails ALWAYS double check your orders.

Barely get the orders right. I order a beef and rice bowl. Just beef and rice in a bowl and they screw that up somehow

They charge full price for a sushi “roll” (ex. California roll) but when you get it, it only has 4 pieces in it! What a rip off!

Edo 'was" my favorite place to go when I went to the city, not anymore. I ordered chicken & beef sumo size like I normally do. Brought it to my table and started to eat. The rice was hard as a rock. Not sure if it was undercooked or 7 days old. The vegetables tasted very off. Like they had been there a while. I scooped some up and a hair! As im picking that one out another one comes out right behind it!

I bring my plate to counter and show them. The lady looks at me and kind of insinuates it's mine. I look at her and rub my head. I'm completely bald! The guy behind the counter hears what's going on and offers to make new plate. I ask if they were going to make new rice.nope. Never going back.

Why do the people that run that location not have to wear hair nets? Why are they serving old or under cooked rice? How long are their veggies sitting?

Don't eat here. Try the one next to it.
