The water softening install was ok but we had to tell them how to support the pipe properly and add a shut off. Also, the installers didn't have time to go through the system with me because they had another job. They told me to search for the app.and it would tell me all I needed. When I ran into an issue with a power failure (the app monitors the system but doesn't troubleshoot), the tech came out to run through the whole system with me (Albeit, a day later than I was initially promised) and I learned what the installers should have told me in the first place.

The catch? A $300+ service call! I asked for a discount since they had not provided me info in the first place and the tech said he would ask the office. That was Tuesday. No one called me and today, Thursday, the payment went through.

If you use these guys, make sure they take the time to go through the app and system maintenance with you because there is NO attention to customer service, even if it was their service failure. Watch the install carefully.

Great interactions with Steven Tucknott and Dave Mellis regarding my watermaker. And the youtube videos are pure gold when winterizing the unit, etc. Keep pumping!

My husband had a problem with the water pump on our boat. We took it into EDS Pumps and they fixed and tested the pump in a timely manner. We highly recommend EDS Pumps.

Travis and Owen were very helpful and delivered great service. They fixed a leak in our basement today. They had to dig up a pipe in the front yard in some pretty cold weather today.

They were clean and quick and solved the issue in a couple of hours. Very well done.

I write this from a juxtapose position. However rapid EDS was to respond to our well problem. I found them unaccountable for the cost. They sent 2 technicians at 1 hour travel (OT after 4: 00 BTW) and then on one day sent 3. Did I pay 3 travel times that day? I don'k know because they don't supply an Itemized Invoice. A new pump R/R cost over $8K! If my wife's credit card hadn't maxed-out on the first $1,000.00 I wouldn't have seen that bill, until I asked for it! No materials are listed either. Just one bulk price. I was told, "we don't do that". Huh? Don't itemize your Parts and Labour? Would you ever drive off a mechanics lot with your car like that? Not me. After investigating I suspect we pay 3X the retail price on our pump. But. I can't tell? So, if your pockets are as deep as your well. Go for it. MM

I found myself in a desperate situation with the septic system where we rent. The expertise and speedy resolution was outstanding. I was preparing myself to be without septic service for a few days. Mitch and Zach are extremely professional and a great team to of had on my side.

Our pump switch was faulty and I made the call to EDS pumps to see if they had a new switch in stock which they did have I had called minutes before closing and Angela said they would wait for me Got there 15 minutes after closing and yes they were waiting for me That’s great service!

Highly recommend! We had no water, Travis and Chris came to our home fast on short notice even on a long weekend. They were knowledgeable and professional, and fix our well quickly and for a fair price. They explained everything they did so we knew what they were doing. We will defiantly be using EDS if we ever have issues in the future.

We had a landslide that took out our well during the flooding. They would only send help at over $200 hour plus driving time to hook a temporary line to our neighbors well. Even though it’s was only a one person job they made it mandatory to have two employees come (for safety reasons) at over $200 hour each, even though Mathew had already been to our place and knew there was no danger. The second person stood around most of the time doing nothing. This worked out to around $1400 in labor charges for 3-4 hours of work! This was a once in 50 year event and they took advantage of the situation and price gouged us. We then found out the technician wired the pump backwards, which we were told would cost another 2 plus hours of overtime (1400.00 for two guys) finally we called a local plumber from Statton Rock to come, he only charged us $50 for 1 hours to fix it. My advice is try someone else before you go with EDS. Their main objective is to make as much money as possible without any consideration for the situation. ️
I am in the agricultural supplies industry and sell products to lots of farmers every day. I have sent a lot of referrals their way in the past. But will be doing the complete opposite going forward.

Tim, Dave and their team put together and installed a water system for the home we built on Saturna Island. While many gave up on our well water, thanks to EDS we now have clean, clear and safe water to enjoy. Many thanks to the true professionals at EDS Pumps & Water Treatment Ltd.

I would highly recommend the Staff at EDS Pumps-232 and Fraser Hiway Langley BC. I purchased a Liberty Sump Pump then went back to the store twice to get help or input with the Additional fittings. There were 2 different Problems but Tim found the first one-there was a buldge in a piece wich had to be shortened-then on my second return he glued a fitting to another piece so it would not fly out- Now the pump works great- it is a Liberty Pump- thank you for all your time-I sleep well at night now-Ross Dewar Langley BC

We are on a well and on New Years Sunday lost water that services 2 homes on the property. Called their 24hr service line and tried to trouble shoot over the phone to no avail. Serviceman was on site 30 minutes later and replaced the pressure switch and discovered the air bladder in the pressure tank was leaking. Brian checked on his phone and found that we had purchased it from EDS and it was still under warranty. He got temporary water back on to the houses and was back first thing the next morning to replace the tank. Cleaned everything up and took the old tank away. Outstanding service.

Big shout out to the EDS team. Tom for spending his evening on Christmas Eve trying to deal with our loss of water on our old well system only to discover our old line was broken. Steven for helping plan our replacement program and to Travis and Bryan for putting in a great effort to replace our system. Thank you for working hard today getting it done in one day. Its nice to have running water again.

Called in on a Saturday to get a quote to get my well to be cleaned. Guy quoted me a rate of $129/hr and about 3-4 hours needed. He mentioned the possibility of needing a second person but never mentioned increased rate or anything. I booked the work and they came 5 days later. Once they were done I didn’t receive a call or follow up on the work that was completed. My bank app alerted me of a $1600 charge 4 days after the service. Had to call for them to send an invoice. Called in and was told by a regular sales guy that he would have been able to quote more accurate rate. Wasn’t happy with the response as Rate was $278 per hour so more then double and a $220 equipment charge. Was expecting a $400-$600 bill and was $1642. Emailed them on Wednesday morning to see about how they can fix this. Well it’s Friday end of day and they are closed and never got a response at all.

Our experience with EDS pumps was excellent from the office staff to sales to the service techs, I would recommend them without hesitation.

This company hires good people, from Kevin in the front end to the Installers Travis & Pierre. My water is now exactly what I needed. Final price was what I was quoted.

Have used EDS for many years. Always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Recently had a water treatment system installed. Work was done quickly and all my questions were answered. Extra thanks to Jamie who went above and beyond to help me understand the new system and how it works.

Phoned looking for a water pump, specific type where a sump style wouldn't work. They didn't have exactly what I needed. Jamie says he'll look into it and will get back to me. Phones later to say they can't get what I need in the time frame I need. Then tells me exactly who does have one so I can get my immediate problem solved. That should tell you enough what type of company this is. They deserve a 10 star!

Terrible customer service. Will take your money without fixing the problem then bill you to come out and see the messy work they left behind after the fact. 10/10 would never recommend to anyone looking for honest service and job well done. Embarrassing.

My wife and I have used the services of EDS for over 25 years and recently had a modern system installed over our well and has been serviced annually for the last 3 years. The system is fantastic and the service has always been
excellent.

Terrible service. Did work that was unnecessary. Did a whole bunch of electrical work that is unnecessary.still no water They asked for the old pump to be used somewhere else on my property that they took out. They happen to “loose” it. But are quick to charge me 700$ for a new one. Their simple explanation from the guy who took it out “I don’t know where it is”. And to eds. Thats ok. They claim to have a journeyman electrician. Clearly by their work. He is not. Their own guy said they should let have been there in the 4000$ later. Still same problem as if they never came. After choosing another company to carry on the work that they couldn’t complete. They back charged me for stuff 4 months prior. After we were at a understanding that everything has been paid. Terrible terrible service

Tom is extremely knowledgeable of your equipment and it took him very little time to complete the service call.

He was also very friendly and courteous.

A water pump retailer and water treatment operation, Eds Pumps has been a family run business in Langley for decades.

The main concern dealing with this business isn't the quality of the work but their reliability. They seem to have trouble showing up in a timely fashion for appointments and sometimes fail in following up.

Great service provided by these guys. They did what they said they were going to do. I will use them and recommend them again.
