eevee's (e-Scooters, EUCs, e-Skates, Onewheels + more)

Please make sure you read this before you buy. I bought my scooter (Mantis 8) from these guys almost 2 years ago. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the unit especially the back tubeless tire. I brought my scooter back five times and they kept telling me it could potentially be my fault that the tire kept going flat due to driving over glass, etc.their answer was to find an aftermarket tube on Amazon to stick inside and told me it would work. Guess what? It didn’t work. I brought it to a local repair shop in Vancouver where the gentleman told me they get a lot of Eevee scooters in with the same problem and that putting a tube inside the back tire is a terrible idea. I’m sure these guys know exactly who I am, unless they have to fix so many bad scooters that they knowingly sell, they can’t figure out which customer I could be. They are nice guys, but really have no idea what they’re doing. Please make sure you do your research and shop around before buying from them. If you guys at the shop are reading this review, feel free to hit me up with a full refund because I’m sick of this nonsense.

Very funny but not surprising that they are blaming me for some trouble they have with the BBB. I never thought to contact them yet. It's not really worth it in my case because I don't really have a claim of substantial value. But based on how they treat people, It would not surprise me if people have significant claims that they have even reported to the BBB.

In his rambling and poorly written response below, you can tell he actually thinks that it's sensible to ask a customer to remove negative reviews before helping.he says it matter-of-factly.
And this is after I have been lied to by them for over 4 months now. Not only would it not be worth my effort to remove the reviews, even if they did what they had been saying they would for months now - I would have zero reason to trust them in the first place.

Recently bought a Onewheel XR Enduro Tire.

The staff is really helpful and friendly.

There are tons of electric bike, Onewheel, electric scooter and accessories options.

Unfortunately, I have to drop off the tire at their Burnaby location for the replacement, wish I could do everything at the same location.

Overall, definitely come by check them out.

Went in for help installing a tubeless tire. They dismissively told me I had the wrong size, then sold me a tube that burst within 2 weeks. Upon further research, it turns out my tubeless tire was the correct size, and they are just ignorant.

Lukas, you are awesome! I had a problem with my scooter but he made sure that I'll have a great experience with Eevee's. He replaced my defective unit with a new one. Make sure to contact him first if you have any issues with your EUCs, escooter or eskateboard. He is the guy! He wil be happy to help you.

They take about a week and a half to change a tire. It’s mostly all young people working there, and when you walk in they’re all playing with their phones. As such, …. A week and a half to change a tire.
Luckily for me, I found a new service provider that values my time and business.

So awesome! Had an issue with parts breaking on my e ride and these guys were super understanding and helpful. And gave giving me a great deal on replacement parts! Highly recommend your electric riding needs be bought here! Thank you!

With the help of Bradley and Lukas, I was able to learn to ride an electric unicycle within an hour during one of eevee's free lessons. People at eevee's had patiently answered my questions on selection of an euc. It took me weeks to decide which wheel to get. Never a moment I felt pressure. After a few times of self practicing on the new wheel, I was able to ride on the streets.

As a first time buyer (to Eevee's and of any PEV) I couldn't be more happy to have bought from them.
My journey to buying started with watching their YouTube review of the Sherman, which then led to me calling and speaking to Gavin who must have answered over a million of my questions. It was clear to me that Gavin didn't just want to make a sale, but he wanted to help make me an excited PEV rider. I appreciated hearing his feedback & his candid advice, and ultimately his investment into my learning.
So when it came to making my purchase there was nowhere else I wanted to go!

Went to check their options of EUCs. Learned about their free classes and gave it a try. Very informative and useful for beginners and I highly recommend you take them, before committing to EUCs.

Great place to test drive and purchase a e-Scooter. Lukas and the sales staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful in picking out the right e-Scooter for my daily transportation needs in Victoria. The sales staff were very flexible during the sales process as I had a special request due to an issue with my car at the time. The InMotion S1F that they recommended is a fantastic quality e-Scooter and I use daily. Lukas provided some great tips on securely and discreetly installing a tracking tag after the sale was complete. I would highly recommend eevee for your e-scooter, EUC needs.

Incredible store! I traveled from Washington to see this store that I’d seen in so many videos. It beat all my expectations. The showroom was nice, and had all the latest PEVs, with an emphasis on EUC’s. Being able to see and try the vehicles in-store is a huge advantage over online-only retailers.

The energy in the store was electric. Such a passionate community and store staff. Big shout out to the members of the Eevee’s team, who are genuinely good people with their customers best interests at heart. They helped me ride my first EUC, and patiently answered my many questions.

The wheel I purchased from them has been amazing. I am having an amazing time learning, and just took my first set of stairs today!

Interested about inmotion wheel since long time ago but finally i’ve decided to come to try and get more info about it today. Customer service is excellent.
I had trouble with my new EUC. I took a 40 minute drive to Eevee’s for them to look at it. They where able to remedy the issue in the same afternoon. I am so impressed.
This is the reason I’ve now bought 2 EUC’s off them.

Bougt a mantis 8 and it seems to have a defect with the motor -back rim the tubeless tire looses its seal very easily then when you bring it into the shop they charge 100$ for a tire and labor even thou there was no hole in the tire in the first place i have the right tire pressure i have to put air in it every day.junk, going to sell for half of what i paid for it

What impressed me the most is the hand-written note I got from Aaron.

It's easy to pack an invoice with a computer generated thank you, but when you take the time to write a letter to your customer; I find that drives loyalty and appreciation.

Aaron wasn't kidding, you definitely get looks from other PEV riders and the general public with this Predator helmet, thank goodness the mirror lens prevents them from seeing the freakin huge smile on my face

I'm planning to buy a EUC next year and Eevee's will be my first choice when it's time to buy!

I got my scooter here, and they were pretty friendly and helpful, they have a lot of stock as well.

Bradley and Lucas are top notch and help you feel at ease in getting into the scooter game. Their team provides a nice test drive tour, and they help you get kitted up to hit the streets. Even better, they invited our dog in to hang out while we shopped.

We did the EUC intro lesson with Eevee's. They were great to deal with from start to finish. We had a blast and learned alot. Would definitely recommend trying it out and buying from them as they were super cool to deal with.

Friendly staff, and well organized store. I've purchased from them twice (Predator DH6-Xg helmet, and LazyRolling Armored jacket), and when I'm ready to fork out the $$$$ for the Segway GT2, I'll be back!

Bought my Apollo ghost from eevee’s super friendly staff and very helpful! Not pushy to buy right away they will explain thoroughly and give you time to think. You can buy an escooter/ EUC from any other shop or online. But the main reason I bought from eevee’s I saw how they really care for their customer. There was a guy, his scooter got stolen and eevee’s recovered his scooter! They register your serial # so you know it is safe. And it is very convinient for your repair needs very knowledgable.

Great place for your PEV needs. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped us understand what to look for in an eScooter for our daughter. Their store has all their PEVs out to test ride, made it easy for us to choose the right eScooter. Will definitely go back for more.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I landed a smokin deal on their Black Friday sale and made a road trip over for pick up. Well worth the trip. Dino spent around an hour teaching my boys everything about EUCs, Escooters, and ESK8 (we’ll have to go back to try the OneWheel). Dave was incredibly helpful and happy to chat PEVs and culture. Lukas was busy but made time to hang out for a while. I missed Bradley so there’s another reason to visit again. I got to try some legendary wheels and left with a couple to take home. Great shop experience, tons of fun, can’t wait to visit again. Thanks guys!

Just upgraded from meat armour to level 1 armour. The store was nicely presented with plenty of bike parking inside as you browse. Lukas spent all morning putting in the level 1 armour so upon my arrival, it was ready to wear and buy! My Ghost feels complete with this new addition! Will be back soon. Thanks again!

Amazing all around. Have bought many items from these guys and I’m never disappointed. And they toss in some pretty cool stickers and decals with the order which just sweetens the pot. Definitely stepped up my float game! Highly recommend!

Excellent shop run by great people. Bradley took me on a couple of test rides and Lukas helped to set me up with my new Apollo e-scooter which I'm absolutely loving! This thing goes far and FAST. It's so great to have a local shop where I can get my onewheel serviced and pickup replacement parts without having to wait 3 weeks for shipping. I had my Onewheel tire changed and bearings replaced and it rides as good as new. The team at Eevee's is just so awesome to deal with and I can't recommend this place enough!

My friends and I have all purchased at least 1 Electric Unicycle from this shop, and we will do it again if we could! The staff are so friendly, and very knowledgeable. They definitely treat you right. Did you know they offer lessons to beginner riders? ! Perfect to get your friends into it.

Amazing vibe going in and super simple. Most people walking in already know why they would be there so the simple display style is all that's needed. Great Customer experience and down to earth staff that don't need to lie to sell you anything. Made me feel welcome moments after walking in and I will be going back. Give them some love!

The whole atmosphere is awesome and the shop is really nicely put together!
They also offer free lessons in case you want to see if you want to get into EUC riding but you will not give it much thought if you try it,
It's a whole different fun world in case you're new!
If you're more experienced and need an upgrade they will help you get the wheel you're looking for, they got everything including great after purchase service.
But don't take my word for it, just pass by the shop and you will feel welcomed from the first moment:)

Above and beyond! I brought my Onewheel XR in to Bradley with an odd electronical issue. He made sure it was taken care of as well as making sure I had a loaner board to ride in the meantime. Price came out much cheaper than expected so I threw a new tire on as well. Will be back in the future!

Wow! I walked in and the ambience was so awesome. I was drawn towards the E-scooters and was given a full run down on a few different models, including safety and expectations. We chose a model and off we went. Bradley answered all my questions, I feel the value of buying locally vs online clicking.

We just bought two Inmotion L9s last week. Seems like they’re the only store in Vancouver that carries them. Best e-scooters in their price range imo.

Bradley and Lucas provide rockstar customer service! I'm hesitant to even mention the lengths these two went to in order to accommodate me, for the fear of sounding like I'm making stuff up. It'll suffice to say that my expectations were exceeded, three times over.

Bradley and his team are such a great support to the PEV community in Vancouver. Before opening, they've already helped me with a ton of my questions in regards to an electric unicycle. They host free lessons for beginners every Sunday morning and it was a blast to learn and try out their different vehicles. Their shop even has an open area with railings to make the initial learning process easier. The fact that they're the only location in Vancouver where you can try out the vehicles before buying, eevee's is definitely worth a visit if you're considering purchasing your personal electric vehicle.

The owners, Lukas and Bradley were so welcoming and very helpful regarding the selections of PEVs in stock.
They also have hand rails to practice riding the EUCs so this is definitely the place to start if you are wanting to get into EUCs.

Fantastic customer and such a cool store! It was a one stop shop for my personal electric vehicles needs which was very convenient. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store itself is also very impressive- clean, has parking right outside the front door, features super cool neon signs, rails and ramps to practice and a sitting area where they were featuring some awesome cool videos in a projector. I will definitely be back soon!

I've had the best experiences with eevee's. Bradley and Lukas are amazing. Bradley repaired my OneWheel XR, helped me mod it, and showed me various electric unicycles. Lukas helped me upgrade to the best armour for my LazyRolling Jacket. I got the amazing Verteran Sherman from them too. First class customer service, warranty, support and integrity.
