I been going here for years and recently switched over to vapes. I have always found that the prices here are too high. The tax of 20% on vapes is atrocious enough and realized if I spend over 50 bux I paying 20 dollars in tax. Outrageous. I was thrown back thinking the 2g vape was a good deal at at 56 but with tax 75? I don't understand why this place is so much more expensive than the westside of town. They give no deals and there mark up is huge. I think they should cut some better deals to consumers to make it more affordable to clients. Cause honestly who wants to support the government with that much tax thrown on top? This is Eastvan yo!

Horrible customer service. My friend went and bought a 3.5gram of a premium strain and when he weighed it when he got home it was 2.3 grams short. He went back to the store and weighed it in front of them and the manager was very rude and essentially told him it was not his problem. Very unacceptable behaviour.the manager also refused to give a head office number. Shameful behaviour

Asked for 4 packs of gummies priced at 2x$6 and 2x$7. Got to the checkout, $39! When I questioned the advertised price I was told the price was different in the computer system and nothing they could do about. When challenged about the legal aspect of selling at advertised price I was smugly refused. There are a heap of good cannabis stores in the city, unfortunately this is not one of them

The place has a good atmosphere and the staff is more than willing to help find what you're looking for. I am very satisfied with the friendly staff and variety of products they have. Sometimes they have new products which I try and also recommend to my friends.

Went to buy some CBD gummies for sleep. Price was $15 for a bag of them, tapped my card, receipt said I had been charged almost $30. Asked what had happened and turned out the price for them had been mislabelled under the glass. Fair enough, asked for a refund, but the cashier said they couldn’t give refunds (keep in mind this was 10 seconds after the transaction). She went in the back to talk to her manager, came back with the news her manager wouldn’t let her refund it (despite admitting the price had been misrepresented/wrong) but offered me a free vape cartridge (I don’t vape). Overall the employee was nice and apologetic, and I think a bit embarrassed that her manager was forcing her to not offer a refund despite an incorrect price. Got the vibes that this place is a bit scammy, despite the suspenders and bow ties.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Clean and while the products are brightly lit the rest isn't an eyesore of fluorescent lights. Staff are respectful and well dressed. I am glad for a legit dispensary. The products are well grown and I feel confident that I'm getting safe and clean cannabis to enjoy. EDIT! October 2022: I'm now finding better quality and much more potent and better grown products. Beyond my greatest expectations. Thanks very much.
