My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Mark for our engagement photos. We were both nervous about being in front of the camera. Mark made us feel incredibly comfortable during the entire process and took so much time to understand us as a couple and showcase our love through his lens. My husband was in charge of finding a photographer, and boy did he make a great choice in choosing EightTwoFour! We recently worked with Mark for our wedding, and from the start he was very personable and professional. He contacted us back right away for a video call to get to know us better and to confirm that we would be a good fit to work together. Leading up to the wedding he contacted us multiple times to check in and offer help with planning. He even went above his line of duty as a photographer to help us schedule the day to make sure everything was done and we got all the photos we could want. Mark is very easy to work with and made us feel great throughout the day. He made everyone feel very comfortable in front of the camera, even our dog approved. At the beginning of my photos it started raining and he was able to make the best out of the situation and pivot to another setting to get some amazing photos using what light we had. My mom said she was very impressed with how quiet and inconspicuous he was throughout the ceremony. He wasn’t distracting to the event, but was still able to get great shots. We got a preview of our photos back in less than 2-weeks. I’m very hard on photos of myself, but I was blown away by the pictures he was able to capture. If you’re looking for someone who cares about your event and treats you more like a friend rather than just another client, then this is who you want to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend Mark as your wedding photographer.

Mark and EightTwoFour Photography were an absolute pleasure to work with on a recent proposal trip to BC. Being unfamiliar with the area, Mark worked with me to find the absolute best location and even went so far as to hike it out and record portions of the trail. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding.
