EJ Cell Phone Repair

Very professional repair shop. Had issues with xbox. Initially took it to another repair shop that told me the problem was not fixable after they kept it for 2 months in order to "trouble shoot" and "wait for parts". That was a complete nightmare that cost me $60 (diagnostic fee) and i almost threw the xbox out. Then a friend suggest EJ.
From the get go, was given an estimate and told roughly how much it would cost to fix and how long I would have to wait for it to get fixed. Free diagnostic to boot.
Everything I was told was true and, while im not sure exactly what they did as i am not very tech savvy, all i know is that the xbox now runs better than it did when new.
Long story short, great business, professional service and very competitive prices is what you'll get with EJ Cellphone Repair. Deffinately recommended!

Insurmountable service, pretty fast repair, and incredibly kind.fixed my screen and lcd for a great price and even gave me a warranty that I wasn’t qualified for.will return if i’m dumb and fall off my skateboard breaking my phone again

I was very pleased with how responsive and prompt everyone working there was. I was able to get my Samsung S10+ screen completely replaced in around 2 hours just by walking in. Unfortunately it was on the pricier end $400 but I guess that screen in specific is more expensive. Would come again when needed.

These guys are awesome. My girlfriend’s iPhone was making sounds from hell. These guys sent those sounds back to hell and now I can finally sleep next to my girlfriend. Highly recommend.

Local store for any cell phone and computer needs and servicing. Both Chris and Ethan (hope I got the name right). Are friendly and professional. Very fair on price and very good quality of work. Will always spend time to explain what has been done and advise accordingly. Have purchased phone’s, cables, cases, iPad mini from them and upgraded iMac and MacBook Air. All the work has been great. Very good repair and excellent customer service.
Came in to repair some damage to the screen and an expanded battery.
The technician explained how the problems ocurred and how to avoid similar malfunctions in future.
The speed and quality of the repair were top class.
Should I require future repair on any devices I will be returning

Update! Dec 12 2021 my daughter's iPhone got a bump and screen stopped. EJ's took it in and had a new screen ready in under 2 hours! Under warranty!

Update! Nov 2022 my daughter dropped her iphone again! On the last day of the warranty, dropped it off at EJ's and they had it fixed. I purchased a new battery as well.daughter is happy till next drop I suppose! Thanks again!

They very kindly helped me to reprogram my Apple Watch and I had to insist on paying them $10. They didn’t want anything. Would highly recommend this company.

Brought in my 2014 laptop to Apple for water damage repairs and they were unable to fix it because they “only order parts 5 years dated back”. Just classic apple not wanting to help you repair a product but rather get you to buy a new product.

EJ didn’t have to order any parts and were able to fix my laptop in about one month! They didn’t know what to do for a good while but found a solution and I was very happy to not have to buy a new laptop! Quote was $180 and with tax paid somewhere around $200 which is obviously way less than buying a new laptop. The staff were very friendly snd helpful - would recommend! They also gave me some tips and tricks on how to set up my ipad as a second monitor for my older model laptop - they know their stuff! Just keep in mind waiting time may be a little longer for a complicated repair.

Amazing place! Thought I had destroyed my iPhone. In less than half a day and for a very reasonable price, it was as good as new. I highly recommend EJ!

The workers were very friendly and efficient. Went there to have my back camera lens replaced, then was told that I needed to change the whole back of the phone - but the price quoted to me remained the same. Got to pick it up three hours later. Good experience overall.

I am usually wary of phone repair places. They always strike me as being slightly sketchy and I’m never quite sure what I’m going to get back or what’s going to happen to my phone in the meantime. My wife's phone died in an awkward way. It was still operating, but the screen had gone dead. She purchased a replacement phone only to find out that the contacts and other data on the old phone were never backed up. The shop temporarily hooked up a working screen to the old phone which allowed them to operate it and transfer information to the new phone. Very helpful staff!
