Great repair job on the screen for my S23 Ultra, but they scratched the back of my device. Mobile Klinik at Orchard Park Mall does the same repair, but at a lower price.

This wonderful business is so professional, so quick and so reassuring. I have dealt with them a number of times and they figure out my cell phone issues easily and quickly. I highly recommend them

I've been going here for years. Always great service. They understand the value of word of mouth in Kelowna and it shows. My phone screen needed replacing and they had it in stock. Got it back within an hour. There was an issue with the front camera being fuzzy after, they said sorry we will make it right, and ordered a new screen now its great. Never an issue. Because if there is they fix it. Also I lost my sim tray went to some fix place in the mall and they said order it on Amazon. Called ek and they said oh ya we have extras. Got it no charge. Just skip the hassle and go here.

After calling multiple places with no answer or no parts. I call EK was answered promptly and had all the parts for a major repair on my iPhone, amazing service, highly recommend!

I have brought my phone in when my speaker Was not working well. Each time they have cleaned it and fixed it. They didn’t charge me a dime. But I gave them a tip. My friend went there to have her screen replaced. They had the best prices. One time I brought my phone in to have the charging port replaced because my phone was not charging. Instead of replacing it like I requested they cleaned the charging port and it works fine. They saved me a lot of money. I’ll always bring them my business

I took my daughter’s iPad in after it was having troubles and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. I was worried it was going to be a big job, but instead they quickly solved the problem and didn’t even charge me for the work! I will be sure to bring any future devices to them!

They did a good job with replacing my Pixel 5 screen. Thankfully they were also able to provide a loaner phone while the part was on order. A loaner phone was not an option with another local repair shop that I called first.

Anytime we have something go awry with our phones { now with teens that is more regular } we go to EK Cell Repair. They are quick, so friendly and really treat every customer with such graciousness. I can't recommend them enough. Great great service.

Had what I needed at a reasonable price. However always ask to price and compare prices for services. This particular visit was great, a previous one. I should have compared prices on a computer service.

I chose EK because they opened at 9am compared to everyone else who opened at 10 or later. I walked in at 9am the fellow at the counter was pleasant and friendly. My iPhone was having issues with its charging port. I figured there was a blockage or something like that. I handed him the phone and he had it cleared out in seconds and charged me nothing. 10/10 I would recommend.

I went to this business yesterday and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice before even seeing the welcoming smile that I saw as I looked up. The store has everything set up to safely and efficiently assist with any repair and answer any questions that you may have. Rather than pushing for expensive repairs or replacements, the person that I dealt with took the time to show me how to test my phone to see whether it was actually user error or a hardware issue. The warranty and clear information provided gave me the ability to confidently make the appropriate decision to proceed with repairs. I highly recommend this business.

My Pixel 3 was having issues with what turned out to be a severely swollen battery and would not hold a charge for very long at all. I called EK Cell repair based on a recommendation, and decided to visit after reading all the positive reviews. My experience was exactly what others had described. Friendly and profeshional service from the moment I walked in the door. My phone has better battery life now then it did new out of the box. I am very happy with my results, and would highly recommend EK Cell repair for your phone repair needs.

These brilliant folks repaired some cracked glass and replaced a battery in less than an hour! They had the parts on hand and quoted a price 10% less than another cellphone repair place. Next time I foolishly destroy my own device, I'll be back.

We called them 20 minutes before they closed and asked if the would stay open so that we could get his phone fixed. We arrived 10 minutes after they closed. They were still willing to help
