I had a fantastic experience here! Was sending something to the hospital and they know that sometimes deliveries can be a hit or miss there so they phoned ahead to make sure it would be accepted. Turns out that day, they would not accept it. They phoned me and offered to try again on Monday (today). My friend phoned me explaining she received her gift and was super happy about it! 3 weeks ago my son gifted me a Elderberry Floral designer choice bouquet for my birthday. Today, this bouquet is still gorgeous, looks surprisingly fresh and makes me smile. The owners of this shop are very friendly and have great customer services. The bouquets we get from them are always beauty and no two bouquets are the same which I think is a wonderful thing. The flowers are always fresh and normally last a couple weeks.

I have been going to Elderberry Floral for 3 years now, once a month. With each appointment they have been able to create beautiful bouquets from a selection of flowers that I have requested. They invite you in with a warmness and kindness.

I normally buy directly at the shop but in this occasion I didn't have time to go there, so I ordered flowers online and it was great. Nice selection, good price and delivered on time, I definitely recommend this place.

I ordered flowers at 10: 30 in the morning online to be delivered 10 mins away. At about 4pm I still hadn't been notified if they had been delivered or not. I called the store and their voice mail said they were closed that day (Sunday) even though it said online they were open. I sent an email asking if the order could be canceled because they needed to be delivered that day. Instead of calling me they called my girlfriend who they were for and said I wanted to cancel the order. She called me really upset. This was a nightmare of an ordeal. When I talked to the lady on the phone she said I had put my girlfriends # as mine. This was NOT the case and have the email receipt as proof.
Wouldn't order from here again after a very upsetting experience.
