The clinic is really nice. But i had an initial appointment with chiropractor which was supposed to be 45 minutes, it was cut short to 20 minutes but I was charged for a 45 minutes appointment.

Arden is amazing! Knowledgeable, easy to speak with & really has helped me improve my back pain.

Karim is a great physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, kind, caring and flexible. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues.:)

I've had multiple treatments at Electra including chiro, massage, physio, and naturopathic. The facility is clean and the staff are always professional. Magic! Got a knee surgery couple years ago, and since I had a very annoying chronic inflammation!
Decided to visit docteur Suchaud (osteopath). And it was very interesting to see how osteopathic treatments are way different than other type of practice.
Dr. Suchaud got to treat my knee but not only, back alignment, posture adjustment… it’s been 2 years that my pain are honestly completely gone …

I had 2 sessions of massage therapy and it was really good, it is a very nice place, great location and they attended about any time. Great option for people that can only go before or after work time.

I was in Vancouver for a few months for a work contract and regularly saw Cole Majoros for massage therapy. Cole is a wonderful, fun, and warm person and he is also hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to! As a professional singer/performer it is really important for me to find as much physical balance and freedom as possible. Cole helped me release a lot of physical tension, which ultimately allowed me to find a better postural alignment, more freedom in my movement, and more vocal resonance. Cole also gave me fantastic home care suggestions to compliment and maintain the treatment results. Cole's treatments are more on the intense side of the pressure scale, but he is very sensitive and responsive to what one needs. I can't recommend enough!

I was there to conduct business and there was a Fake lips female at reception with another shubby Caucasian female who kept rolling their eyes and giving me attitude for no reason. They were Gossiping about the clients once they went in very unprofessional i will be posting a short video i took on social media so people can know how they behave behind their backs

I’ve been coming here for active rehab as well as massage therapy for the last couple months and I highly recommend Hailey as an RMT as well as Dylan as a Kinesiologist! They both do an amazing job!

I swear Janet is a miracle worker, my back hasn’t felt this good in years. I’ve had chronic back pain ever since I was a teen and I’m honestly in disbelief how relaxed and light weight my body feels. Also, really appreciated that she walked me through the steps of the massage and what factors were impacting the pain I’ve been having and gave me advice on exercises I can practice at home. I can’t recommend her enough!:)

I just saw Dr. Dave de Camillis at Electra Downtown on Sunday. I went for sever back pain, sciatica for about 20 years. I've tried many treatments in the past and the pain always came back. I smiled at Dr. Dave when he told me "ready to change your life? " Because I couldn't believe it, but after my first session, I left pain free! It is magical! I am surprised and very happy with the results, I am planning to see him again for my shoulder pain.
He is very good at what he does.

I strongly recommended Trevor Beckley RMT. My lower back and right shoulder had been bothering me for a while, after had few deep targeted massages by Trevor I felt a big improvement. His technique and pressure were always right to the point. I am glad I have found a right RMT.

I had Cole Majoros RMT for the most beneficial treatment I’ve ever had.
I was in pain for years and in line to have a hip replacement surgery, but he worked on me and now I don’t need it. His knowledge and intuition on how to treat me was beyond professional. I could not be happier.
NOTE: Cole is no joke. He does not hesitate to do what is necessary. It hurt. My advise is to just breath through it and reap all the rewards after.

I'm from out of town on a business trip and wanted a deep tissue massage to release some tension and get ready for the flight back home. I can't express how great of a professional Arden Tempest-Wadden was. If you appreciate deep tissue massages with lots of pressure, I recommend you book an appointment with Arden. The location itself is a clinic, which means it's clean, presentable and professional. If you are from out of town or a local, do yourself a favour and book yourself an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I would give 20 stars! I've had a great experience at Electra Health. I've been seeing Dr. Dave de Camillis because I had back/neck pain for about 10 years. I've tried many treatments in the past and the pain always came back. After 10 min of walking, I'd stop because of the pain. After my first session, I left pain free and the pain hasn't come back ever since. I was surprised and very happy with the results, I'm more active now and I feel like a different person. I'm able to walk longer distances now and I'm super excited about all the things I could do now. I was very lucky to find Dr. Dave!
The staff at reception has always been very nice, organized and caring. Customer service is impecable!

I have chronic knee and overall body pain. I had no idea what to expect from booking a l osteopathy appointment. All I can say is that I Thibault showed lots of care and patience and I felt I was in good hands. In one session I went from 80% pain down to 20% that's huge! If you are into healing with a more holistic approach I highly recommend seeing Thibault

Thibault was excellent. I have seen many osteopaths over the years, and I was really impressed with the depth of his knowledge and the treatment I received. Will definitely go back.

If you're looking for icbc direct billing.this place is quite a disappointment. You have to book 3 therapies in total if you're looking for rmt even you might not really want kinesiology or chiropractic. The chiropractic (dr. Jackson, I believe.) is quite good tho. Liam (the kinesiologist) is helpful too. But the reception is bizarre. I have to schedule my appointments with the reception, and there is particularly a lady with glasses who said oh yeah I can book that time for you, and I came all the way here the next day, turns out "my appointment is not booked at all". Such a bummer. Very bad experience with the booking system. The therapists are nice and helpful in general, but if I can choose again I will even rather book my own service and do the reimbursement with icbc by myself. Electra health sadly their booking system is not reliable at all.

I had acupuncture session with Greg, it was very relaxing and pain relieving! The services offered are amazing and specialists are very polite and helpful!

I always have a great experience and I love to recommend Stephen Clarke wonderful massage therapist very professional and magic hands feel like a brand new person after he's massage.

I have been working with 2 practitioners at Electra for some time. Cole has been my RMT for 4 years and is highly skilled at deep tissue massage. He has been a major force in opening up my body after decades of office work, sitting on planes and being hunched over a computer. Recently I've been working with Liam and "stretch therapy". I've enjoyed the passive stretch approach, learning how to better target and stretch those areas of my body that need it, and enhance my own stretch routine.

Thibault was a pleasure to meet. His demeanour is inviting and relaxing when you can be in potentially uncomfortable positions. He explains what he is doing and you can tell he enjoys his work.

Been having back and neck issues for years and the RMTs and all the specialists here and the only ones that quickly identified the root of them! Cannot recommend it enough!

I love going to Electra Health - they do direct billing, it’s super convenient and their massage therapists, physios and osteopaths are absolutely fantastic (specifically Cole Majoros, Justin Howell, Gabriel Sarta and Thibault Suchaud).

I’ve been going to Electra since I had a car accident this Winter and it’s been great. It’s an added bonus it’s in my building and that it is an all in one shop for all aspects of my recovery. I see Dylan and Liam for active rehab and they are both supportive and effective, I see Jackson for chiro who is lovely and great, Jessica and Rudy for acupuncture and they are both fantastic and have unique and awesome approaches to acupuncture, and I see Justin and evan for massage and both are very strong and great if you like someone who can do firm and effective massages, they both use various exciting techniques that I find really helpful. Highly recommend!

Its been a while since my last visit and i had the pleasure of seeing Lucile, who is just amazing, knowlegeble, courteous and professional. She is a great Osteopath, very tactile and effective in her approach for trating the problem at hand.

Janet Lee was very courteous and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session and I absolutely loved it. It was relaxing, calm and regenerating. I loved the ambiance at Electra Health (was there after 6pm). The receptionist was also very warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eliza was clear and professional about what we needed to achieve. In one visit she moved me ahead in my recovery that would have taken 3 visits elsewhere.

First time going to Electra Health the other day. Was very happy with the cleanliness of the office. I did get a bit confused with where I was going for the treatment due to the clinic being split onto 2 floors, but the receptionist on the mezzanine floor easily directed me to the correct area. I received a massage treatment from Doina Pislari. She was great! Professional, and friendly, but more importantly, she was able to tackle the areas that needed treatment. I would definitely recommend Doina as an RMT.

After my car accident, I reach out to Electra Health in order to start my rehabilitation program. I did the 'ICBC Rehab PAARCC Program’ and it was very helpful. I can notice the benefits even today! All the team was very professional and caring about my physical and mental well being. I would like to thank all of them and especially Liam Harrison who teached me many exercices that I am still doing in my daily life and helped my throughout the whole process as well as Gabriel Sarta a Francophone & English speaking kinesiologist who was very attentive and caring. I just had a session with Gabby their Kinesiologist and I was very impressed with her caring and attentive nature, She was a great pleasure to deal with and I felt a lot better after the treatment. I highly recommend her!

Eliza Regenyi is incredibly good at what she does. She doesn’t only knows exactly where the pressure points are (every single time) but there is something so magical and intuitive in her technique that’s very healing for anyone that has the privilege to receive her treatment. Highly recommend!

I had an accident in September 2019! After searching online, I found Electra Health which was close to my location and decided to try their treatments:

I took Accuponture, Massage, Chiropractor, physotherapy, and Rehab treatmets! But, after trying each treatment providers, I'd rather to work with their RMT and Chiropractor!

But as the manager wanted to make a good money by charging ICBC more and more; they threat me that if I won't have Rehab treatments anymore, we will stop providing your other treatments!
This happened when i was getting a good result by having treatments from Justin nd Dr Mann! They was going to force me to get Rehab and claiming that it's only taks max of 30 min and only take once a week and this is just for you as we want you get better; this is while I told them their rehb guy does not help me at all and my physicion and counsolar has told me that I should be away from any stress after the accident. But Electra Health always called me and with a bad attitude reached me that why you won't book for our rehab? If you won't do it, then we wil cancel your other treatments WHICH THEY DID!

I asked their manager to send me their policy showing that if I don't take Rehab they can cancel y other appointments as I wanted to show ICBC to find out if this is legal or not! But he was panicked and said no we can't provide you this and he immediately changed his words and at the end they cancelled my appointments.

Now his is why I did not continue my rehab and Electra Health stopped my other treatments just because of their GREEDY

-Their rehab guy, Agar, who has left this group now and started his own business, was a professional guy and gave me beneficial exercises. However, while I was getting my rehab treatments, Sherrin who is one of the staff who is in charge for the ICBC patients encouraged me to try their laser machine as they could charge ICBC for more sessions!
Now, let me talk about their Laser machine which does nothing as its a cheap one and is just a simple infrared light maybe!
I am not making this story, this is true because after that I found someone who doesn't work with them but has a laser a machine made in Germany and now I am getting much much better while I am getting treatments with her! ONE MORE TIME, SHE IS A DOCTOR WHO DOES NOT WRK WITH ELECTRA!
-Their physiotherapist has zero knowledge and all the time he just waisted my time as he just sometimes tried to massage me or gave some very simple warm up exercises and 99.99% of his answers to my questions about how i can get better was " I don't know"; however, hewas very nice guy!
-The RMT guy, Justin, is a very very professional person who is knowledgable and he's like scanning with his hand! He really helped me to get better. While it's so important to mention that in my second last session with this health center, Justin had massaged my neck, throat, harder than what he was supposed to do and since now I have difficalty to swallw my saliva!
-Dr Jackson who is a chiropractor there helps me as well. He was so gentle to my body as I make my body tense while fixing me.
-The accuponture guy who I cant remember his name right now is a nice guy, but he did nothing for me just his fire cupping was relieving my pain only for 15 min!

(Now if you call them, you will hear that they say "you must have atleast 4 treatments with us for ICBC" and this is because I report them to ICBC for invsigating on their other illegal actions!

Dylan gave me a great stretch session. He gave me stretches to do at home which will be helpful. I booked a package of four sessions. Looking forward to my next session.

My experience with Electra Health has been exceptional. From first contact with the knowledgable and kind front end staff. To the expertise, care and guidance with the Dylan in the Kinesiology department, along with Doina RMT, and Dr. Sharon in Acupuncture. Having access to all these services in one facility has definitely aided and simplified my rehabilitation. An excellent team to work with.

I've been told my massage therapists and doctors that I am one of the tightest humans they have ever met. They aren't speaking about money, but my muscles. I thought I would try stretch therapy and went to meet Dylan. It was wonderful. Quick, direct and beneficial. I can't wait to do it again.

Went in to get work done with Stephen and it was a great experience! He didn't go off a routine but asked me what the issues were, how I worked, how I sat at my desk, etc and asked about my active lifestyle and catered to those problem areas with surgical precision and firm pressure. Valia Marquez is such an amazing therapist, she is so knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an RMT. I had a nerve compression injury that I was struggling with for months and after only a few treatments with Valia I started to see an amazing improvement. I tried so many things and therapies before her and didn't see any results. I am truly grateful and thankful for that. One of my colleagues recommended Electra Health when I was telling her about my pain and I am so glad she did. The front desk staff is also very helpful and nice. Go see Valia if you are in need for pain relief or a great massage in a nice professional environment.

Stephen Clarke, RMT is amazing. His knows how to apply the correct level of pressure, and his techniques has a rhythmic quality that is simultaneously relaxing and healing. Having now been seeing for the last couple of months, I can't imagine working with another practitioner - they couldn't possibly compare!

I've been coming here for the past year for RMT treatments with Stephen Clarke. Every issue I've had has been so well addressed, and huge improvements are made every time. Stephen is very timely, professional and purposeful throughout the session and I always leave feeling far better than when I arrived. He also always provides me stretches and exercises that I can do on my own time which I've always found beneficial. The space is always very clean and calming, and the receptionists are always friendly, polite and organized. Cannot reccomend this place and Stephen enough.

Mike Dixon: Registered Massage Therapist

I was in a a lot of pain with my foot and back and I wanted the best therapist that I could get. I consulted with Mike Bentz at Electra Health, and because of the complexity of my problems he recommended I see Mike Dixon because of his extensive background and experience. Mike immediately knew the solution to my main issue, a severe leg differential of 22 mm and a neurological defect of the arch of the right foot, and recommended I get custom made orthotics. I am now free of ankle pain, and walking with a new found strength and stability. Mike Dixon is the best RMT I've ever had. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience as an Orthopedic Specialist and has a gentle and caring approach. Thanks Mike!

I’ve been seeing Stephen Clarke at Electra Health for a couple of years now. I must say that it’s a very professional experience from start to finish with friendly staff and great ambience. Absolutely fantastic place. Christina Wong loosened some muscles that I never thought would loosen. She is an angel. They have a few different services there which makes it great to get complete help with your whole body and they will work with each other to help you. Sean Lee is a caring and knowledgeable physiotherapist, Dr. Mann is a stud of chiropractor and Adam Slim is a fine massage therapist. They also have a wonderful Counselor.

The office girls are pleasant and will help you if you ask. The owner Mark obviously cares about people and his business. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just ask for help if you are willing to try.

I had a such great experience with Cindy today. It was my first time doing acupuncture, I’ve been with a lot of pain in my lower back caused by a herniated disk and also with sciatica shooting the pain to my right leg. Well, long history short, after our 50minutes session, I felt so much relaxed. The pain still here, but I’m coming back to see her again.

I was visiting from the USA and ended up unable to walk and taken to the ER to find severe inflammation in my hip joint. When I was released, I was just barely able to walk (with lotsa drugs) and decided to seek out help from a professional who was dedicated to therapeutic massage.emphasis on THERAPEUTIC. A hotel employee referred me to Electra. What a blessing! Cole, my therapist, did end range loading on my Psoas muscle. I walked away pain-free and by afternoon was off of ALL pain killers issued by the hospital. I am no stranger to massage therapy, and I KNOW this was an excellent treatment. (I'm sorry I don't Iive closer to take advantage of it again!)

Maria (Physio) is a special yet rare therapist around here these days. She is a true healer and has powerful intuition. She employs a variety of treatment techniques that address the whole human - body and spirit. Working with her has helped me work through on-going issues from my 15 years as a professional dancer and teacher. If you are looking for a more healing approach to Physiotherapy and not your usual “in and out do a few clamshells you are fine” then I highly recommend Maria. Thank you Maria!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sharon Mo! I went to see her for a stiff hip that I've had since a cycling accident 3 years ago. In my assessment she was very thorough with her questions trying to get a full picture of my current health issues. During the treatment she explained what she was treating and when I could expect to feel to feel the needles being inserted. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to assess how I was reacting to the needles. I really appreciated Dr Sharon's approach and definitely trusted being in her hands. I left the treatment feeling extremely relaxed (I had drooled), and with more range of motion and sensation in my lower back and hip. A couple days after the treatment she checked in with me to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Stephen Clark highly enough! He is knowledgable, friendly and highly skilled. I know I can trust Stephen to alleviate injuries and sort out my aches and pains. I've had nothing but good experiences with Stephen, and will definitely be back again!

Went to electra health floor because pain in my shoulder and discomfort on my neck, mostly because bad posture at work I believe.

Dr Laura Gronkjaer was very kind and professional. She did a series of exams to check if I wasn't having any neurological issues since the discomfort was very close to the skull base. After that, she did some adjustments on my back and upper neck to help relieve the tension I was having.

It was like from night to day. The pain on my shoulder disappeared completely and the relief on my neck disappeared on the next half hour.

I totally recommend the professionals at Electra Health Floor and will return anytime I need a Chiropractor.

I went to Tanya RMT for a massage, I was recently diagnosed with MS and I have severe back problems and numbness due to inflammation. I found her massage helped but she didn't ask me a lot of questions, I didn't get any asks for pressure during the massage either. This was an initial massage which on the website is advertised as an hour. The massage was about 50 minutes which was surprising to me when I sat up after and looked at the clock. Maybe 2 minutes later she comes knocking on the door I haven't even had time to get dressed (it's winter I have some layers) I open the door once I'm clothed enough she then tells me she only has 5 minutes between clients so while I'm putting on my shoes and coat she's changing the bed. She also didn't give me any aftercare notes or mention of what I could do between visits. I barely had any cool down time I then go out to pay and sure enough she hustles in her next client. Felt like the place is booking massages with no time to really care for clients other than your less then paid slot which is really too bad she seemed like a good RMT.

Amazing! Doctor Jackson really helped me with pain that I’ve had for a year! The best chiropractor I’ve ever been to:)

Shehbaz Ahmad is an amazing Reiki Healer. He is intuitive and his pleasant and calming demeanor is able to bring anyone's stress and anxiety levels down. With very little background information and history taking he was able to accurately assess me and what the area of focus was for the treatment and for homecare. I also love the sage he uses in his treatment, walked away feeling so relaxed!

Sharon Mo is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was quite skeptical to try acupuncture at first, but I am so glad I did. Every time I come out of my appointment I feel so relaxed and at ease. She works with you to figure out in what areas she can help. I really look forward to my weekly appointments with her!
