After just one session my hair was extremely thin, and grew back unnoticed. Their hydra facials are amazing, and leave my skin super soft afterwards. I've always had bad experiences with Laser Hair Removal, however they really changed that for me here. I saw improvement after just 1-2 treatments. Hands down the best spa in the city. I've paid so much more for worse treatments claiming the same technology/machines that did not work. Go here guys, trust me they're good!

Highly recommend this place and Jo! I’ve been seeing Jo for laser hair removal for almost a year. I have a very low tolerance for pain but Jo is very knowledgeable, always calm and makes me comfortable to get through a session. I’m glad that I decided to get laser hair removal during the pandemic (When it’s safe to travel, I will be ready for beach vacations.) and found Jo! The most important thing for me is safe procedures and result of treatment. I did very deep research for choosing a type of laser hair removal and a laser technician. Electra laser had many good reviews, a few bad reviews were all from unreasonable customers and didn’t have any complains for safety issues. They also took beauty safe program from the beauty association and following proper disinfection protocols in the spa. That makes me comfortable being there during the pandemic and getting treatment from them.
I also had HydraFacial last week and it was my first time. I absolutely love the result. My skin gets brighter, enlarged pores are cleaned and tighten up.

Absolute favourite Esthetics clinic in Vancouver. Cannot beat their package pricing for laser, and the staff are SO sweet. My laser tech Jo is the absolute best, we have amazing convos every time I go in which distracts me from the discomfort of the laser. She can tell instantly when I'm feeling more discomfort, especially in the brazilian area, and knows when to allow me to take a break. The results have been AMAZING, please go see her you will NOT be disappointed <3

I purchased a special offer, when I did not see results I inquired further. (I have had the procedure 10x and always seen results). Jo (the only clinician) originally said "if you arent happy come back in 2 week" and I said that will be Christmas, and she said No Problem. Now she changed her story and said " i have to purchase more". She accused me of not living near and not inquiring previously (although I sent the phone log showing how many times I attempted, <6, plus emails etc). The response below is simply a repeat of what Jo said, but noone will contact me or further investigate. I hope no-one else spends their money here. My guess is they did a low impact treatment so I would have to come back. Go elsewhere where businesses honor their policies and have some customer service, where they will at least call you back.

I've had many laser hair removal treatments here. Everyone is extremely professional, cordial and my overall experience is always amazing.

My girlfriend and I visited this place for a hair removal consultation. The employee who was talking to us was dismissive and rude. She didn't look at me or acknowledge my presence in any way. When my girlfriend asked her to show how laser hair removal feels on a small part of the body, she turned to me and said "We don't have enough goggles so you'll have to leave". She didn't even apologize for kicking me out of the room. It sounded like she was happy to get rid of me.
I stepped outside and sat on a chair to wait for my girlfriend to come out. A few minutes later, the employee came out of the room and said "You can't sit here". When asked where I can sit, I was told "nowhere".

Highly recommended! My sister and I have both received nothing but excellent, professional and friendly service from the staff at Electra Laser. We appreciate the COVID safety protocols they have in place and their thoroughness in explaining the procedures and aftercare. Thank you! We will be back!

My experience at Electra Laser has been amazing. I had laser hair removal. I was nervous at first because I wasn't sure they could successfully remove my hair since I have dark skin but instead they did an excellent job removing my hair. I highly recommend anyone with dark skin to go to Electra Laser. The staff are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I just wish I had gone sooner!

My friend Marvin told me about this place which is nice to Neatly tucked away in the Electra building. Josephine was my laser technician and she is very knowledgable helpful and careful. In fact the service from everybody there was excellent. I was quite surprised to notice the rates that they charge are significantly lower than other establishments that I have been to yet the service is at the highest and their equipment appears to be very new.

I had an amazing laser hair removal treatment (brazilian bikini, under arms and lower legs) with Joe. She is knowledgable and experienced therapist. Joe explained me everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable during the whole treatment. The place is clean and all their staff are super friendly + they have great offers for newbies (50% off!). After having very bad experience with my previous place I was so happy to find clinic like this!

I have had a Hydrafacial and microneedling done in the last two months and am so happy with the results. The staff and esthetician’s are super friendly. It’s really easy to book appointments, they reply to emails almost instantly! After my microneedling I had questions regarding products and my skin and they were so helpful! They even let me come in a few days after my microneedling so tha I could go over my skin with the esthetician. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get Hydrafacial or microneedling. I first came in to Electra Laser for a Tattoo consultation in the summer. I was greeted by reception and felt very welcomed.
Christina was the technician that I got and explained the procedure in great detail. By the end of the consultation I had no questions as she answered them all. She made me feel very comfortable and has a very bubbly personality.
Since then I have seen her twice and have gotten 2 tattoo removal treatments with her and she treats me like an old friend that comes to visit Each time.

I booked a consultation/same day procedure for lip filler a month in advanced being told
that was the earliest availability of the doctor. My appointment finally arrives, and I was told my appointment has been cancelled due to “doctor being away” not once was I contacted about this, the receptionist had said they called 3 times and left voicemails but I had not received any phone calls. I then asked,
when will the doctor be in next, she replied “in a month”. I had made the trip all the way downtown just for disappointment and the stress of finding another clinic ASAP before my trip to Vegas. This was SO unprofessional and would never recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

I came in for a consultation over a week ago and was greeted by Renee at reception, she was super nice and guided me through all paper work that needed to be filled out.
I then was greeted by The Laser Technician Christina, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my zillion questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable talking about the process.
I was absolutely impressed with my service at Electra Laser. It's Cozy and spa like and everyone is so pleasant
