After meeting the proprieter and having a test ride, I was sold on the business and the products as well as the availability of after sales service. I have logged over 5,000km of trouble free fun on my EFB. If this bike ever wears out, I know that I would buy again from Electric Fat Bike Company.

My wife and I each bought bikes from kalin, I got the 1000 and she got the 750 folding bike. I got my bike home and decided I didn’t like the colour and I asked if I could exchange it. Kalin said no problem but there might be a restocking fee. I brought it back and received the colour bike and wanted and surprise- no restocking fee. I then couldn’t figure out how to get my wife’s handle bars together and Kalin answered my texts right away and directed me to the proper utube video to watch. I figured it out right away.

Purchased 2 electric bikes from Kalyn in Nov 2018, which we love. I have 800 km of my bike and it is so exciting to ride. The fat tires are exceptionally smooth and the bikes are the nicest I have seen in the industry. The price line is very worthy of a look and see what he sells.
