Elegancy Nail Studio

I’ve been going here for years, along with other members of my family. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be going back.

I went a few weeks ago to get my birthday nails done. They told me they didn’t have the first colour I asked for (from the options they gave me), and when I picked a second the nail tech had started painting my nails with the wrong colour before I caught it and told them that didn’t match the one I chose. They then realized they didn’t have the second colour either. They had the third colour, and we decided to do a coloured tip design, but it didn’t look the way I wanted it to and at that point I was tired of being there so I told the nail tech to just paint the whole nail the same colour. I guess this meant she would add more layers than normal to even it out? I think we got up to 6 layers of gel polish on fake nails. The colour was cute but they looked awful, because the nails were so thick. At that point I was at the salon for 3 hours and my mom who was with me was waiting sometime for me to finish so I just accepted it. I could see the nail tech was sick as well, so I figured she was having a bad day and felt bad for her. They weren’t the birthday nails I wanted but it was fine.

But then less than a couple weeks later, and my nails were raising from on top of the nail bed and my hair was getting caught on them, they wanted to come off but they were hurting my fingers. I was on vacation and I couldn’t get them removed until I returned this week. I went to get them removed, and was told the process would be 20 minutes long. When I arrived, they tried to upsell me to get a fill. I explained I was incredibly unhappy with the nails and just wanted them removed. They finally agreed, and sat me down. Minutes later, another lady walks in asking for a manicure. They made me get up from the seat I was on with the nail tech who was working on my nails to sit elsewhere and wait for another nail tech to come help me while the first nail tech helped the new customer. The second nail tech sat down to work on my nails, told me she remembered that her friend did my nails and “not to worry”, before getting up to grab her mask. A minute later, a third nail tech sat down (without a mask) and said she was taking over. Of course because of the level of shaving they had to do, my nails became extremely thin (I usually have really thick nails) and the entire process took over an hour. The lady who dropped by to get an impromptu manicure was out the door before my supposed “20 minute” nail removal appointment. Of course, I paid for the removal despite all this.

As a long standing customer, I am incredibly disappointed in this service. I see that my loyalty is not valued, and that the only thing that matters here is the dollar being made on a given day rather than maintaining happy returning customers. I’ve already told my family members of my experience, and none of us will be returning to this studio.

Made an appointment for 11 for a pedi- sat with my feet i.waster for 25 mins and not one person came- Horrible service after going there for over 4 years

I just can't believe I spent 95$ for this sloppy job. And I'm mad at myself, I didn't even notice it was THIS bad until I got home! UGH! NEVER AGAIN.

There was an inexperienced woman, she filed my natural nails alot before doing shellac and made all so thin!
Now, after few days all my nails are breaking from the middle part of my nail, very painful: (
They need to hire good and experienced staff

I called and they said I could come for a pedicure. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes. No one even said anything to me. Finally she says it is going to be a few minutes. I sit for another 10 minutes. No one says anything to me. I go up to her and tell her what’s going on. She basically tells me she’s sorry she can’t get me. Why tell me to come there? It was a waste of time and it was a horrible rainy day to come all the way there. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went there to do shellac, it was a super fast service, but after one week almost all of my nails are coming off, there are multiple cracks on them! I've never had such a bad service where the shellac doesn't stay even for a full week!
Will not suggest this place at all.

This place has a terrible service. I booked an appointment but waited for 20 minutes. Everything was in a rush with no care of the customer.

I had a horrible experience here. They overcharged me for my nails and did not listen when i said i didn’t like the style they were doing I left unhappy and 100 dollars lighter. The quality was not good as well. I would never recommend anyone to
come here ever.

I went to that salon because it was recommended to me but the lady who did the job to me did not do her job well.my nails looked totally fake, poorly finished and she was constantly telling me with an annoyed face I'm not done yet. Bad shaping done.

A friend recommended this place and Connie was an absolute delight to work with. She did a fab job as I powered through a good book in genial silence. Price was steeper than other neighborhood salons but it was worth the ambiance (having been to a couple of loud and chaotic nail places nearby) and the quality of work. Very pleased, definitely going back again.

I have never come back to this salon, one of the workers Rozita had bad behavior she is really nervous and her job in unprofessional.

I went this place so many times and got my full set of nails done perfectly. Thanks “Conny” for such a beautiful work and excellent customer service. Conny is an extremely talented nail tech and I recommend her services 100%.

Enjoyed getting my nails done at Elegancy nail Studio. My nail tech was Jessi - she was fantastic. My appointment was at 2: 00pm and I was sitting in the chair in front of her precisely at 2: 00! Totally impressed! When I walked into the studio I was promptly greeted which is also a bonus in my books. My nails look great and have had 2 compliments by strangers already today! I will definitely book with Jessi again! Give this studio a try!

Excellent customer service! Nice relaxed environment. Beautiful decor.but most of all, the most beautiful nails I've ever had done! Believe me, I've been getting my nails done "forever! " My nail tech moved, so I was desperate to find a real good one, and was very nervous at first! The prices are excellent as well! Don't be hesitant to try this lovely studio!

Had a great evening here with friends, we had a range of mani's and pedi's, with excellent service from the staff. A great place to go with friends or on your own.

LOVE this place! They have an amazing selection of colours, my nails always look perfect and the owner is super kind! 10/10 would recommend going here.

Nice and clean, accommodated my walk in and really detail oriented. The lady sure made my feet sparkle!

The salon doesn't have a receptionist, they don't know how to manage their clients especially on busy days.
My friend and I were waiting for half an hour while waiting for a pedicure with our feet soaking.

I booked an appointment a week earlier with.my appointment was at 6 pm Today When I arrived the receptionist took my name and then told me to sit and wait because she had customer and other staff changed my nails polish after 20 minutes waited it’s happened second times! I think management has problems because they cannot manage customers appointment, very poor customer service.

Honestly the worst acrylic nails I had, The owner did my nails. I went to another salon to take them off after 3 days, because it was chipped, very uneven and crooked.

Have been coming here for years, they are the best! I have done everything from basic shellac to acrylic nails with nail art, and they are always on point. Pedicures are great as well. Staff is always so kind, and Amy who owns the salon is just wonderful!

Awful! I don’t even know where to begin. I went with my friend to get her nails done, first of all they kept changing the price as if they were guessing it. My friend was getting acrylic nails. First of all the lady cut up her cuticles very deep and they were bleeding for a long time, and when they were almost done with them the manicurist moved one of them and it ripped her whole real nail. My friend was bleeding and in a lot of pain. The final result was just awful, they looked very uneven and the bottom was all lumpy. They were holographic pink nails but you couldn’t even notice the pink cause the manicurist put way too much holographic powder.way too expensive for all the inconveniences my friend had. Never going back there again!

I always go to this place. I usually go to Jessica but sometimes Amy who is the owner. The work they both do is excellent. Another choice would be Heather. I highly recommend it. I know others that go there too and feel like I do.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! They did such a good job, they were so careful, & gave me such glam nails. My nail tech was Conny & I will definitely go back to her for my nails.:)

Very clean nail salon with friendly staff and great service. Jessica is my most favourite artist. Highly recommended️ very clean salon. Already sent my aunt and mom there.

Horrible experience. Got an acrylic full set and it looked like they were done by a 5 year old. Very uneven, very bubbly, and shape was all different. Will never return.

We made an appointment but they didn't seem to know anything about it. They forgot about us at the pedicure station and seemed confused about which staff would work with us. My toe nails were painted a bit too quickly to be done well, my fingers were done by another girl better than the toes but still with room for improvement. Overall an okay experience.

You get what you pay for. Obviously not 5 star service but the quality was passable and for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot it worked.
