Not bad, restaurant area looks like a prison.not welcoming. Workers are friendly. No winnings lol

We always have a good visit when going to the elements casino. It is close to other great establishments in Langford.

New years “party” was a JOKE. Walked in & right back out. Thankfully got a last min reservation elsewhere!

So many slot machines.the place is vibrant and exciting.i would say more than the other casinos in the Lower Mainland

Awesome place lots of noise and lights though, you can also collect points if you sign up before you enter, play responsibly give yourself a set amount to play n you should be

A fun casino! I always win when I come here! There are tons of slot machines to play, with lots of game variety with plenty of different reel options. There are live card game tables as well. They also have a bar with alcohol and food served, and the prices are basically within your expectations (pretty pricy but within reason). They host special events too.

Cool place to go for your birthday! They give you 10 bucks for a bday present and 10 more if you don't already have a card with them. Wife and I thought that was really cool!

Nice looking casino, but the slots are a lot tighter than all the other casinos on the island.

I went to sign up because the machines were down the day before, hence the 3 star rating. However the next day we got it all squared off. Some employees seem stuck up and not very friendly. Not the kind of treatment anybody should endure.

Played poker here and the game was soft…everybody knows every players, except me the tourist…enjoyed the short sessions and made some cash from the regulars!

Staff here have a good memory, friendly and look like they enjoy their jobs, which is nice to see. Has a nice warm welcome when you enter.
