Very disappointed place to visit not worth of your money literally they just give 40 minutes max massage with same pressure on just one spot

Have had a chance today to get my full body massage done. Got it done by Roseanna. She knows what she is doing and she is just awesome.
Great place and wonderful customer service.

After booking over the phone for a massage treatment on my hips and back, I arrived for a 1HOUR service, and was told to pay before my service began, and paid the $100 fee. My service started late (originally 11: 30-12: 30), at almost 12. After my service began and I was lying on a table (having already paid mind you) I was asked if I could stay longer- to 1pm- I said I can't because I have a course to attend, the therapist talked me into staying until 12: 45, as I believed the extra 15minutes was complimentary for starting late, and being a first time client. I was wrong. By the time I got out at 12: 45pm I was told that I could book the next treatment. Well, I got to the front and no appointment just a card machine shoved in front of me with another $54 charge! Charging me for the extra 30mins, which I didn't use. I cannot believe the disgraceful business practices you have going on. Deceptive tactics.

Excellent place to receive a massage. Went for one last weekend and the staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere very comfortable. Planning to book another one already.

Laura was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I had a stiff neck and shoulder area. She catered to my needs and i felt very relaxed and a big difference in my pain. Thanks alot Laura. Will revisit for sure.

Excellent practice! Wonderful RMTs who listen well and provide a relaxing environment. Helped my sciatic nerve pain greatly! The nicest front end staff and management I've ever seen. Never encountered any person who wasn't kind or helpful. Been going here since 2019.

Elements service is very professional and the therapist I use is very experienced, so I keep going back. Good value for money if your company benefit plan covers for the session.

Elements Massage is my go to place for massages. The staff are great, always friendly and professional. Every massage therapist I've seen there is great you can't go wrong with any of them.

Usually accommodating schedule wise, I've waited weeks for a response from an email and sometimes you just can't get a hold of them. Other than that massage therapists are great and everyone is friendly.

Very clean place. Staff are qualified and very good at what they do. Direct billing which is nice and convenient.

Have had a few massages here and they have always been good but last night's massage was off the charts! I had Brenda for the 1st time and let me tell you; she finds and works out every single knot! It was truly amazing. Now that I have shared her talent; I am scared it will be hard to get an appointment with her LOL

What a difference this theory has made for me. I use to have aches and pain throughout the day. After my treatment that has all gone away. Thanks Anthony!

The treatment I received from Conan was wonderful! He was very professional & knowledgeable about my concerns & issues. I left knowing that I'd found the RMT that was going to be able to help me going forward in fixing my ailments!

Even though they were in the middle of renovations, everything was clean and well organized. I have had lots of massages, and the one I had today was so good, I booked a second!

I was in a lot pain I had a serious headache and neck pain in minutes Valerie made it disappear she really knows her stuff! She is amazing and the whole staff are great. The place is very clean a good atmosphere i highly recommend this place 5star.

The reception is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the RMTs are highly skilled and thorough.

Excellent RMTs. Clean, professional and I have had excellent service with any of the therapists I've seen.

Clean, well presented space, such a friendly and welcoming receptionist and RMT. Massage was firm and released a lot of tension.

Great clinic. Very convenient online booking program, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. I've seen many of the RMTs, and they are all wonderful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at elements massage. I booked with amanda and as soon as i was done, i rebooked with her again! She was very professional and kind. The whole staff was actually very warm and friendly. The room was clean and warm, very comforting. Id definitely recommend element's massage to everyone!

Way overpriced for what you get. I don't know why they expect a tip. It's not a spa. Just a bunch of individual rooms with dim lighting. Mediocre massage at best.

Great staff and good massages. They have direct billing which is appreciated. It’s a walk in massage so not a spa, however the RMTs are great.

Called in early November for a follow up, was told there was 2.5 week wait. My wife and I booked back to back appts for nov 21. When we arrived, we were told that were were wrong, and our appts were not until dec 21st. We tried to explain that there must be some sort of error, the woman at the front laughed at us, and refused to look into the situation. Less than impressed, and will not return.

Bad booking service. If there is someone booked few weeks ago why does it still showed on the calendar as available. Will never go back again.

First time trying Elements massage today. I was a bit trepidatious, because I’ve been in chronic pain for 30 years, and although I have a high pain tolerance, parts of my body are tender. My misgivings were misplaced! I’m going to do a fairly thorough review, because there are so many massage places to choose from, and they’re not all professional or beneficial.
I was warmly greeted by reception upon arriving, and was given some short forms to fill out (not a problem, in fact this information is crucial for proper and effective treatment, so I was glad to do it). The person at reception even offered use of the washroom before treatment began.
I was greeted by the Registered Massage Therapist, Laura at the entrance to the treatment area. Laura thoroughly reviewed my medical history, areas of concern, and expectations and assured me that the depth of the treatment would be completely varied according to my comfort level.
The room was clean, the table preheated, and fresh sheets, etc on the massage bed, and face/head rest. The music and ambience was calming, relaxing and nicely understated.
The massage was perfect, and exactly the right pressures I needed, in all the areas that could be addressed within the one hour massage window.
Upon finishing, Laura asked about how I was feeling, any areas of concern I had, and debriefed me on her thoughts of my future needs. She was absolutely professional, welcoming, and put me at ease from start to finish. She also gave me a complimentary bottle of water on leaving!
The person at reception for payment was then efficient and organized, offering me a rebooking, and my choice of therapists (of course I chose Laura again!), and they have a wide variety of men and woman to chose from, and a great selection of hours of operation.
I don’t have a single complaint or criticism, which is rare in this day and age! Great job Elements!

I am a very loyal Elements customer! In fact my sister and I go there monthly to see our RMT’s as part of our own Health & wellness plan. I gotta say, I love your direct billing system! Not a fan of paperwork but I sure do love massages.look forward to it every month! ️Thanks for looking after us.

I have been coming to this clinic for months now and I have nothing but good things to say about it! Kara is an excellent RMT, always very knowledgeable, professional and kind, and the staff are also a pleasure to deal with. It also has a really relaxing atmosphere, and it feels much less medicalized than you'd expect for an RMT clinic. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I could get an appointment the same day! I was in a lot of pain from sciatica and could barely walk and the next day I went back to the gym. I felt really comfortable with the therapist Kara. Would highly recommend.

First and last time.
My therapist had a very strong body ordor, he raccomended to do just the back when I get the whole body somewhere else in one hour time.
Hygenicly did not look clean, he seemed to be tired, he movements were slow with frequent breaks.
They charge $135 for an hr massage and at the end the card machine asked also for tip% are you kidding me? Never seen that, ever.
So when I go to my doctor I should tip him too?
So be prepared to pay $150 for an hr massage tip included.

From the moment you enter the sitting area to the time you leave you feel so welcomed and are made to feel so comfortable. All the staff are kind and look happy. My massages with Rosanna are incredible and I feel like I have a 12 hour sleep after every 1hr massage. I’m that rested. I only have good things to say about Elements Massage and Langley.

The ladies here are great at working out the knots and pain starts in your body.very professional and pleasant.highly recommend Kristine, Amanda and Laura!

I went for a deep tissue massage and it was great. My back had lots of knots but Amber (the RMT) had the moves to get them out and I would highly recommend going to see her.
