Why don't you mention that there will be no doctor for walk in clinic on Thursday on your useless inaccurate website? The money I spent for parking fee wasted, thank you

This clinic is hands down the BEST medical clinic I've ever been to! It's already hard enough to find a walk-in clinic in Richmond that also accepts new patients, and this clinic was one of the few clinics that did all the above. I called beforehand and inquired about being a new walk-in patient, and the receptionist over the phone was very friendly, helpful and informative and told me that they do accept walk-ins. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, it was by far the best front-desk customer service I've ever received at a medical clinic. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, about 20 minutes. I met with Dr. Cheah and he was very professional and nice to me. He didn't rush his visit with me at all and helped with my medical issue. This clinic went way above and beyond that they even called me later that same day to ask if I wanted to book a follow-up appointment with Dr. Cheah to discuss my x-ray results.just absolutely amazing service!
Overall, a VERY excellent and positive experience at this medical clinic for my first time here! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about the front desk workers here. I highly recommend this clinic for anybody seeking fast and friendly, professional service at a walk-in clinic. I will most definitely be coming back here when needing medical care.

Highly recommend this clinic, after calling multiple walk in clinics for allergy shots getting turned down, after calling this clinic, they surprisingly accepted me for allergy shots. Dr. Cheah is amazing as well, he makes the shots a lot more bearable as I really do not like needles. Jenny at front desk is super, she’s so accommodating, even after myself forgetting my appointment, she’s fits me right away for the next available spot.

If there is zero star, I will give zero. Doctors are changing all the time. You will be designated after your first visit but the turnover rate of doctors is really high. Never seen before in any clinics. When you get the phone call or virtual appointment, you will not get a call back. The admin staff must brush up their work, can't blame the doctors. Choose any clinic elsewhere, you will be better

I was ask them a question about my appointment, but they closed the phone when I was speak with them. Very ver rude. I’m so mad with this situation

There was Chinese older ladies who work there. And one of them were almost yelling to a guy who seemed a employee which made me uncomfortable. The Other one who I talked was giving a dirty face with one’s arm folded when she talked me. And the price is too expensive. She said to me you need to pay $160 first. I wanted to make sure they can do something for my symptoms so I asked her are you guys able to treat this symptoms? She said I don’t know. It’s gonna waste my money if they can not do anything for it after I pay. I would not recommend to go there. They are not really helpful.

I came here for an appointment and there were a lot of patients waiting. I was worried my appointment was going to get delayed but Jenny at the front desk was very accommodating. She was very understanding and answered all of my questions!

I like Dr Grace Chan. She always follow up to make sure my health concern have been fully taken care of. I like her patience. She also can speak Chinese and English.

Walk-in is only available on Friday’s despite not saying this anywhere on their website (on website it says walk in open mon-Fri from 9am-5pm).

I was there early and waited outside and when they opened the receptionist simply said “no walk ins, Friday only” and when I said that is not online anywhere she just told me to go to urgent care and provided zero information on why the website doesn’t specify Friday only.

They were polite but am rating this clinic 1 star for misinformation on website. Hopefully they sort it out asap to avoid others wasting their time like I did.

Nina the receptionist is exceptionally rude. Dr Wang is so ambivalent and rude too. If neither of you want to interact with people then you're in the wrong industry. Avoid this place like the plague

I booked an appointment over a week earlier and it gets denied less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. There wasn’t a valid reason for the deny provided and no effort was made to accommodate or reschedule.

When the front desk Jenny knows your needs, she will arrange and explain for you attentively, making you feel cared for.

Just let you know their Doctor wasn’t very patient and was acting like a student. You needed to tell him exactly what to do.

Never book appointment with this clinic, never call you on time, bad service receptionist, if there is minus star, I will give them minus.

Very bad experience. Calling for 2 or 3 hours no one answer and finally got answered still keep me on hold till one hour

I had an appointment, and was told Dr would call between 1: 15-2: 30pm. No calls until 4: 30pm. No voice from the line. I said hello 10 times and got hung up. No call back. I called back, voice machine said they were closed.i dont understand why this is so poorly handled. Now I have to wait till monday to call them.
0 star for the experience. But when you can get a hold of the reception/Dr, they are not bad.

Despite I had to call about 20 times on Monday to get through, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. She explained that she was by herself and was non-stop. The Dr called the same day. I am happy about the experience this time.

Front assistant Miss Jenny is pretty nice and patient. She have energy for patients always. Thank you and Dr. Wang too. He did very patient for our parents' medical concern. Very Professional and patient. Will forward our friends to this clinic future.

The receptionists were very unprofessional and rude.they mistaken my care card number then charged me 150 bucks for an appointment.didn’t even try to call me back until my pharmacist informed them my number was mistaken.very unprofessional and I won’t recommend for anyone who hasn’t been here.

I had a very pleasant experience at Elicare Medical Clinic. Firstly, Jenny (front desk) was very helpful amidst the busy and hectic nature that one would expect at a walkin clinic. She advised me of the anticipated wait time, so I elected to leave and head over to the mall. She promptly called me to me know that the wait time was shorter than expected (always good news!). Also, Dr. Jeff Wang took his time to listen to me explain my ailment. He was extremely patient and thorough in his exam and explanation. I did not feel rushed to make room for the next patient.

Terrible! During my first visit, Dr. Yun Fan (Jeff) Wang seemed totally uncaring, cut me off when I tried to explain my conditions, and was always in a rush to end our visit as soon as it started. Couldn't care less what I had to tell him about my health.
Honestly, what a horrible experience. I'm terribly disappointed. I had high hopes meeting with Dr. Yun Fan (Jeff) Wang based on these 5-star reviews. Really a huge let down for me. Definitely won't recommend.

Doctor Jeff Wang is very kind and experienced.
The receptionist Jenny, is a kindhearted and a motivated person when she does her work. Every time when I walk in the clinic and see that Jenny always smiles. The doctors and staffs are all fun and reliable.

Dr. Wang is pretty nice and professional service, we came back again and obtain very good result and fast service, as well as Jenny, the front desk assistant, always smile to us with comfort.

I am really disappointed with my experience here. They are very money hungry and they do NOT care about your wellbeing. I only came here once and NEVER AGAIN because of the poor service.
