In my experience with the car wash place, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to concerns, making the overall experience disappointing.

I recently visited this carwash and I did not have the best experience. The customer service was really bad. I was really disappointed I don't recommend it

This is a great place to wash and detail your car. Access leaving the car wash is tight when there are cars parked at the vacuums at the back lane though, larger vehicles/trucks may have issues getting out. Great pressure on the wands though.

This used to be a great place to wash your car. Now it seems to be occupied by selfish car washers drying their vehicles, so there is no room to access the vacuums. There are also electric vehicle charging stations and once occupied, makes it difficult to get by them. The property owner has also installed these ridiculous speed bumps everywhere, so you practically need a 4x4 vehicle to access the place! I sadly won't be using it anymore.

TONS of poorly constructed speed bumps have recently been added to the surrounding driving area, do not bring any lowered car to this facility unless you want a cheap exhaust delete. Also the last 2 times I have been the machine automatically ended my wash 3x before I was finished and it's a $3 charge just to run the machine. In total I paid $12 just to keep turning the machine on!

The worst car wash I've ever seen! I chose the car wash option and had to pay $3, but when I paid by card, It was charged $15. Ok, so be it, I started washing the car and at 30 seconds I pressed pause and all the funds disappeared. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone.this is the worst thing you can visit…. And minus three costumers for the institution

The business owner does not behave politely and treats customers disrespectfully. It also uses low-quality detergents and soaps, which not only do not clean the car, but also cause scratches on the car due to its low concentration and lack of smoothness. I will never go there again.

I live near 60 ave and 132 street, I use to go this car wash location but not any more, now they are charging more money and give less minutes.

My husband and I come here all the time when we need to wash our cars and or clean them inside. I really enjoy coming here to get my car cleaned my rhe automatic car wash or if I want to do it myself I will use the self car wash. Both are very easy to use. The cost to use the car wash and the car detailing is not that expensive too. I do recommend coming and trying out this car wash. I would give this a five out of five.

Went to use their fast EV charger. The machine didn't work, the staff didn't know how to use it, and their online support didn't either.

Garbage location, customer service is garbage too.came up to the car wash and random cones were everywhere.i wait for a chubby worker to come out and he literally just shoos me away doesn’t even say a word to me or anything.vacuum was weak and hose was held together by electrical tape.drove 15 mins here and never will come back again

What a rip off for not a very good automatic wash. It's pathetic really, how much they've raised the rates over the past 3 - 5 years and it's probably the worst automatic wash in the lower mainland. As an electric car owner I was also shocked at how much they charge for their charger. Tax payer dollars paid for a lot of that cost.

They should make some arrangements to clean the property timely for better customer service and satisfaction even though they are reasonable and on good location

I like this car wash. Absolutely recommend it. Only negative is can be tight for bigger vehicles.but still worth it nun the less.

Honestly this place is a bit expensive to get your car washed. I wish they would lower their prices by a little bit. I would use it more often.

Like the car wash and upgrading of equipment and services. Really dislike the poorly placed vacuums at the car wash exits, the tight exiting will result in accidents!

Best place to self wash your car, i been using this place from last 2.5 years. No complaints ever. Owner is friendly too. Worth the price.

Went to wash my car as I always do told owner and how the brush may have made a scratch on my vehicle he basically told me there’s no “bloody” way that could happen and it’s my fault will not be coming back.

This is where I wash my car. I have never used the touchless wash, I always wash my car myself in the bays and it comes out clean

Tried this place for the first time since Washworld on 104 Ave closed down. $10 for a reasonable time to wash the car (Rinse, soap, foam brush, rinse, wax, rinse, clearcoat). Vacuum station doesn't take CC but the on-site ATM dispenses $10 bill (though charges $2.50 for use), which you can then break into change using the machine beside it. Vacuums are decent power.

Only issue is the locations of two of the vacuum stations, as they are just outside the bay exits so its very easy for mist from others who are washing to end up on your car and cause water spots.
